I placed order #*********** for 24 HF Vertical Antenna, DX Feedline Kit, RF Choke Mini LL, and LDG RT-100 Remote Antenna Tuner on May 2, 2022. Total order was $1,354.97. Payment was by check. Received delivery of the antenna and RF Choke on August 5, 2022. It is now October 30, 2022. I have yet to receive the Antenna Tuner or RF Choke. I have left many messages via the chat box, contact form, email and voice mail. No response to any messages. I also sent two letters via ** Mail. First letter was to a ************* ** address, which appeared on their web-site. That letter came back with the message No Mail Receptacle The other was to the ********* address that is listed in the BBB website. This letter came back undeliverable with the message Not Super 1 Foods. I no longer need the undelivered items, having acquired them elsewhere. Ordered product that was never received.6/27/22: Attempted to order 20' flagpole and LDG remote tuner from company website. Credit card processing did not work. Contacted GP via their online contact form on webpage regarding credit card processing problem.6/27/22: Received reply from GP stating they are only taking orders using "Pay by Check" option. GP stated that "orders in today will be in the 2-3 week range estimated" in response to my delivery time inquiry.6/28/22: Placed order for 20' flagpole antenna and LDG remote tuner(Order #***********, $1119) and put check in mail.6/30/22: Sent email to GP to confirm shipping address since I had recently moved. GP responded saying they will ship to address on the order form (which is the correct address). They stated: "Your antenna is boxed and ready to go!"7/13/22: Received email from GP requesting payment for my order since they "are preparing and shipping the *****' versions actively now" and I was on the waiting list.7/14/22: Responded to GP email with copy of cleared check. You're right, we goofed. The order sat in our "unpaid" file since the early summer. In the spring we offered a discount price for check-only payments while building our stock for the upcoming summer months. We don't ask for check otherwise as most are in a hurry to get their product. Needless to say, that created a waiting list. We are clearing the "unpaid" file as quickly as we can match them to a payment. So sorry about the delay with yours and we will get this shipped in the coming shipment as we are shipping daily, M-F. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 10/21/2022 regarding a delivery problem I was experiencing with Greyline Performance Antennas. The companys response acknowledged the problem and indicated they would ship the product in the coming shipment.
I accepted their resolution and expected to get notification within a few days at most that the product had shipped since it will be shipped in the coming shipment as we are shipping daily, M-F. Well, it has been another two weeks and Ive heard nothing from Greyline Performance. It has been nearly 4.5 months since the order was placed and still no antenna and tuner.
Since the business failed to follow through, Im writing to you again. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to give you some additional information that I found this morning on Greylines webpage. According to their webpage, they are:"Status: November 9, 2022: The next 50+ are $200 off. Now shipping same/next day for ***** footers. More info is here + below "
As you can see, they are still advertising same/next day shipping for ***** foot antennas. My order from 4.5 months ago is for a 20 foot antenna. I just dont understand why they dont ship my antenna - unless they are a totally fraudulent company and this is all a scam.
Any help you and the BBB can provide is greatly appreciated.

I received an antenna from Greyline a few months ago and complained that there was no instruction manual. They responded that they were provided online. I looked at everything they had online but found nothing useful. I figured out what I needed to know by zooming in on pictures provided by customers. I have never been able to talk to anyone on the phone. Messages I leave are ignored. I ordered an item on September 23 invoice *********** after trying for days to find out if they had it in stock. I decided to go ahead and order it when I could not find the equivalent anywhere else. I then ordered a similar but different item on September 27 invoice *********** through their website. I cannot receive any response as to when I might receive these. I informed them that some of their ferrite cores arrived broken. They replied they would send them right out, but I have not received them. I am a 100% disabled veteran.Business Response

After inquiry of product on 1/17/2022, I was told to place a pre-order and that payment was not yet needed. I then placed my original pre-order (#****-2-2926) on 1/18/2022 for a 28' DX flagpole antenna w/ MFG998RT and ****w choke. I was told that spring stock was being accumulated and shipping was expected in 2-4 weeks. I was also told that the MFG998RT would not be available and to source my own separately, which I did. Fast forward to 3/7/2022, I inquired status or products and was told they were still building spring stock. Fast forward to 7/15/2022 after yet another follow-up after I saw that products were shipping from a marketing email, I was told that I was next inline for shipment and to send payment. It was explained that temporary sales pricing was available on the web-site for correct pricing. I made another order (#****-2-1926) for the 28' flagpole antenna and ****w choke, minus the MFG998RT for correct pricing and mailed payment in the amount of $1045 via check made to Greyline Performance. Check #**** cleared my account on 7/29/2022. On 8/18/2022 I received and email saying that the 28' flagpole antennas were still a couple of months from production but if I were willing to accept a 24' flagpole antenna, they could ship that right away. I replied yes, I would accept a 24' flagpole. Then to my surprise, I was then told to send payment! I replied with a photo of cleared check and order info and this is when their communication went silent. I have yet to receive a response as of 10/3/2022. I have emailed and called many times with absolutely zero response. Even explaining that I was not in a hurry but I did want communication, still zero response. Yet I continue to receive marketing emails from Greyline. I seek for Greyline to fulfill the order as payment has been made in full. I ordered a Greyline vertical antenna on May 9th, 2022 invoice # *********** I then received a follow up email in June stating that if I paid now I could lock in the price. I sent a check for $1240.00 on June 27th and the check cleared my bank on July 5th. I did not hear anything from Greyline until I received another email on July 13th stating that they wanted to process my order and to pay them. I responding to that email stating that I already paid and that the check had cleared. It took several emails and several voice mails to them to get a response. They finally acknowledged my contact on July 28th and stated that my order was processed and that they had received payment in full and that my antenna was completed and ready to go. Thats the last I have heard from anyone at Greyline. It has now been one month since the last contact and they wont respond to my phone calls, voice mails, or emails requesting an update on when my antenna and tuner will ship. It has been over three months since the initial order was placed and 7 weeks since the check was cashed and still no word on when my order will ship? I understand there can be supply issues and shortages, but this company needs to communicate and provide the customer with better service than this! We are in direct communication with **************** and are now engaged in correcting this error. He is correct on the delay. We will extend 2021 pricing (a goodly discount) and expedite his order in our next shipment. After a winter away from the Amateur market we returned to a long waiting list and then have been shipping all summer season. As it's been a bit of an overload, we appreciate the patience offered by nearly everyone. Inadvertently, we misplaced a few other orders from around the same time frame as ******************** order. I ordered a 24' Flagpole Antenna from Greyline Performance Antennas on May 5, 2022 (Order # ****-2-2005) for $900. I paid by check when I placed the order and the check was cashed on May 11, 2022 although the business said when speaking to them they would not cash the check until the order was ready to ship. I received an order confirmation email on May 4, 2022. I reached out to the company via their chat feature several times to find out the status with no response. On July 13, 2022 I received an email stating "Greyline Shipment - You're next!" This was followed up with a second email stating the payment of $900.00 is due. I responded stating the payment was already made and the check cashed with a photo image of the cancelled check, but I did not receive a response. I left a voice mail stating the same information and a request to be called, but I did not receive a call back. On July 23, *************************************************** line for shipment and I should expect an email with the shipping details. On August 12, 2022 I received another email stating payment of $900.00 is due. I emailed back to Greyline without a response. I called the listed number again and left a voice mail without a response. I sent a chat message through their website without a response. Lastly I filled out their contact form again and still have not received a response. All in all I have left 3 voice mails, 2 emails, 2 contact form messages and several chat messages via the website. The seller has not responded to any message. In short, the seller cashed the check that was sent at time of order although he stated he would not until the product was ready to ship. When placing the order I did not see a method to pay with a credit card at checkout. He has not responded to numerous attempts to reach him via three different methods. Today, we are booming aware here of a few folks with the same reported issue and we must extend our humble apology for this oversight and any issue this causes on the receiving end. We do understand there is planning involved, please excuse the delay. Frankly, we have been so busy building and shipping this summer season after a winter away from the ******* markets and finally making such great progress whittling down our waiting list we seemed to have failed to look up and notice a few of these. I am rejecting this response because: The business clearly did not read the last message he sent. He has been paid $900.00 via check, which he cashed on 5/11/2022. He has acknowledged this already. He has received multiple copies of the cashed check. He is not responding to voice mails and emails I have left him about this. I had to purchase another antenna. I do not need or want him to send me the antenna. I want him to refund my $900.00! The seller is giving myself and other people the run around concerning taking payment and not sending the products. I attempted to work this out with him and ultimately had to involve a consumer complaint with the Better Business Bureau to no avail. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General concerning this theft of payment.

I am rejecting this response because:The business shipped the product extremely late and did not respond to multiple attempts to request a refund for the check he cashed. More so, the business was informed multiple times that I no longer need his product and purchased another product in its stead. The business ignored all of these communications and instead sent an email stating that my order was placed in a wrong pile of unpaid orders. The product showed up two weeks later. There was not a notification that he was shipping the product or any tracking information provided. The business has not responded to a single attempt to contact him. I now have a product I no longer need nor want.
