6/25/2025 I just placed an order with Melaleuca the other day, but now I'm unable to log in. (again)I had $10.00 loyalty dollars to use. I was prompted to watch a video for $20 more loyalty dollars.I watched it, got my $20, but could never return to the original $10 loyalty dollars I started ******* checkout, I was prompted to increase my order for free shipping - I did Then I was charged for shipping and notified I would be reimbursed through loyalty dollars at my next order I feel really scammed Once my recent order is shipped, I will hesitate to re-order Now they owe me $20 in loyalty dollar products - I requested they do the right thing and send them to me I informed Melalleuca that my next course of action will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau *******************************************************Business Response

I cannot get my account closed I have called twice and they refuse to do it via a phone call or email. I have to use their special link which does not work. It is ridiculous. I don't want any more product from them. I feel this is a scam to get more money they make it extremely hard to cancel. It this technology age this should not be so hard.Business Response

I was interested in a buying some meat through the "The Great Patriot Store" which advertised, meat products, a $1 membership fee and a $100 credit to new members. When I attempted to contact the website I was somehow rerouted to Melaleuca. Although I found it strange that the name was different it seemed to offer the same things as advertised so I assumed this was the right site and one of the companies must be a subsidiary of the other or something. I was contacted by phone and gave them the required information to enroll and placed my meat order. Then I was told place an order from their regular products or I would have to pay more for the meat order. She waited on the phone while I picked out a few items. When I gave her that order, she told me that wasn't enough points, and I needed to buy X number of points to qualify for the discount on the meat. I was then pressured to pick out one of their bundles to get the points needed for the discount. Although I didn't need most, if any, of the products in the bundle, they household products that I would eventually use. I specifically asked "this isn't a subscription thing, is it?" She seemed to not hear the question and responded with questions to me. Now I believe that was intentional. Never was I told this was a subscription order. So, about a month later I get another box from them and I get charged $86.53. I contact them and tell them to cancel the subscription and refund my money. They make me fill out and sign a form and email it to them and pay $10 for a shipping label to be sent. I do all that and they claim they never got it and send me another box. Now I didn't sign anything to join this club and I'm not signing anymore forms or jumping through anymore hoops for them. I'm 70 years old and single, I've probably got enough of some of these products to last the rest of my life. They need to send me a shipping label for this last package and refund me the $86.53 and the $10 label fee paid.Business Response

I became a member of Melaleuca after speaking with ***** *****, representative. American products are important to me. I placed my first order last July but had difficulty in doing so. ***** and ***** ************ talked me through. I used my credit card for the purchase. In August Melaleuca sent a box I didnt order, charging my card $80. I called ***** and complained. I got voicemail. I received an audio text telling me it was a safeguard for me in case I was too busy to place an order. I told them to stop. Next month, I got another. I opened these so couldnt return them. I complained again and told ***** I wanted to cancel my membership. I got no answer. I attempted to cancel on my own without success. I attempted to contact ***** but only got vague texts in return. Two more boxes arrived which I did not open. At this time, I canceled my credit card to stop its continued use without my permission.I finally managed a response from ***** who explained that his child was in hospital and hed neglected his duties. I requested information on how to return the boxes and was told no one had ever wanted to return ********** find out. I never heard from again.I contacted *****, same requests. I was finally able to cancel my membership. After several more requests I was sent return labels. I returned the boxes in March. I heard nothing. I sent several emails to ***** with no responses. Last week, I finally told him Id be filing a complaint with the BBB. On 5/20/25 I received a letter giving me an undisclosed credit to Melaleuca. If I do not use it, they will continue to contact me about the credit with a $10 penalty for each attempt. I sent an email to ***** demanding a full refund of $160. I have received no response.Business Response

I ordered this product two months ago, and the next month they sent a new order, that I did not ask for, to an address I was no longer at, so I never received the product so I disputed this charge on my credit card. The following month, on March 30, I sent them an email saying to cancel any further order. There is no way to cancel any orders online, so I was told to write out in longhand that I wanted to cancel, scan it in, and mail it to them. I did that, and they still charged my credit card. I called them and they told me to fill out a form they emailed me to cancel my account, so I did that, scanned it in and mailed it to them. They still did not credit me for the order I never received. This company is a scam because there is no easy way to cancel your orders once they start coming. Because I travel all the time, and am in a different location each time, it is hard to receive packages without changing my address all the time, which I told them in the beginning. How do I get a refund for the last package they sent me and how do I prevent them from billing me monthly for a product I never receive?Business Response

I've been trying to cancel my service for a few months, finally had a chance to speak with customer service. After jumping through hoops and getting emails and clicking on the links, they then force you to go to an unsecure website. I was very uncomfortable with this, they refused to cancel my service by phone. They insist that it's done electronically, but moreover getting SSL mismatches, it's ridiculous. I just wanted to cancel my service and they refused to do this. Unbelievable!Business Response

I signed up with this company because they claimed to be all natural products. When I received the products I read the ingredients and the were not all natural and had a lot of ingredients that are toxic and I cannot use. I immediately sent the products back within 30 days. The order was delivered to them on March 6, I purchased them on 2/25/25.I sent them *** and have the tracking numbers (2 boxes). I never used any of the products and followed all the instructions. They did cancel my account so I would not get charged for future orders but they have not refunded my order I returned. I have emailed them but have not received any response. All I want is a refund.Business Response

I signed up as a customer for this **********************. Out of nowhere i received an email that i could no longer be a customer due to living and being in a romantic relationship with the person who signed me up. I called and was told by business development they would unlock my account but this specific person named ****** ***** had to do it. i also have said i am able to prove i live at a totally separate address from the person who enrolled me and could prove this and that i also was not in any way in a romantic relationship with the person and our finances dont mix thus ensuring that their claims for why they are cancelling it are completely false in nature and i also asked them to prove such allegations were true. They ignored me for a week before saying cancelling my account was final. They provided none of their proofs of the allegations and refuse to speak to me about it or allow my proofs to show no rule is being broken. Since no rule is being broken they have cancelled my account that I paid to open for absolutely zero reason!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: again you are referencing that I am in a relationship with Ms. **** and that we live together. Neither of these accusations are true. Ms. **** is married and lives with her husband ***** ****. I have my own address and did when asked provide a verifiable card in my name in an acct that I am the sole owner of. Ms. **** and I share absolutely no finances, we do not live together, and we are not in a relationship as she is married. You guys keep stating this but refuse to provide any proof that I am in any sort of relationship other than a friendship with her. I can prove I live in my own house, I can prove my own bank account, and I can prove she is currently married. SO why do you keep accusing me of running a business that isnt allowed when we are NOT cohabitating intimate partners or even cohabitating friends. Please provide proof of your accusations instead of just making them.

I joined this membership for healthy green products and to support items made in the ***. After the first order I realized the products were not so healthy and not such good quality. I emailed for cancellation for received lengthy instructions: 1) print and sign form 2) fax or mail original form 3) wait up to 30 days. I did all those things even though the sign up was online with one click. They charged me for the next month. I accepted. After 40 days they charged me again. I sent emails in an attempt to solve, then resorted to stop payment method which they claimed that I never sent a $13 overnight ***** form to them. This company is a scam and frankly I have no idea why they are still doing businessBusiness Response
