I signed up with this company because they claimed to be all natural products. When I received the products I read the ingredients and the were not all natural and had a lot of ingredients that are toxic and I cannot use. I immediately sent the products back within 30 days. The order was delivered to them on March 6, I purchased them on 2/25/25.I sent them *** and have the tracking numbers (2 boxes). I never used any of the products and followed all the instructions. They did cancel my account so I would not get charged for future orders but they have not refunded my order I returned. I have emailed them but have not received any response. I signed up as a customer for this **********************. Out of nowhere i received an email that i could no longer be a customer due to living and being in a romantic relationship with the person who signed me up. I called and was told by business development they would unlock my account but this specific person named ****** ***** had to do it. i also have said i am able to prove i live at a totally separate address from the person who enrolled me and could prove this and that i also was not in any way in a romantic relationship with the person and our finances dont mix thus ensuring that their claims for why they are cancelling it are completely false in nature and i also asked them to prove such allegations were true. They ignored me for a week before saying cancelling my account was final. They provided none of their proofs of the allegations and refuse to speak to me about it or allow my proofs to show no rule is being broken. Since no rule is being broken they have cancelled my account that I paid to open for absolutely zero reason!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: again you are referencing that I am in a relationship with Ms. **** and that we live together. Neither of these accusations are true. Ms. **** is married and lives with her husband ***** ****. I have my own address and did when asked provide a verifiable card in my name in an acct that I am the sole owner of. Ms. **** and I share absolutely no finances, we do not live together, and we are not in a relationship as she is married. You guys keep stating this but refuse to provide any proof that I am in any sort of relationship other than a friendship with her. I can prove I live in my own house, I can prove my own bank account, and I can prove she is currently married. SO why do you keep accusing me of running a business that isnt allowed when we are NOT cohabitating intimate partners or even cohabitating friends. Please provide proof of your accusations instead of just making them.

I joined this membership for healthy green products and to support items made in the ***. After the first order I realized the products were not so healthy and not such good quality. I emailed for cancellation for received lengthy instructions: 1) print and sign form 2) fax or mail original form 3) wait up to 30 days. I did all those things even though the sign up was online with one click. They charged me for the next month. I accepted. After 40 days they charged me again. I sent emails in an attempt to solve, then resorted to stop payment method which they claimed that I never sent a $13 overnight ***** form to them. I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription with this company. Doing exactly what they ask of me multiple times, and they continually lie and say they are not receiving the document required to cancel. They continue to try to charge my card for the monthly "back up" order...even after multiple conversations asking to cancel and to not send any products, they still try to charge me! I have copies of my emails I have sent that they "aren't getting;" to the emails they provide me with. This is ridiculous, they keep calling asking for me to pay to "keep my account current and to stay a preferred member" and give me the same run around every time.Business Response

I ordered to try the product they claim to be all natural but when products arrived they are not. So I didnt want to order anymore. In November they shipped me a package that was $86.63 I called to cancel they canceled the shipment but never returned my money. They just did it again another $86.63 box is being shipped and I told them I did not want anymore coming out. I had a Melaleuca **** credit card through **************************** ****. I purchased products in September 2024. Melaleuca then sent me a package in October 2024 that I didn't order for the amount $88 dollars. When I called Melaleuca in regards to this October 2024 package I was told that I am automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription. I was told I would have to return the products to be refunded. Melaleuca doesn't provide return labels so I had to spend $22 dollars out of my pocket to return these products back to Melaleuca. I did so and confirmed with Melaleuca that the package was received and they were refunding me. The next week I received a bill for a membership fee for $20 dollars. I called that day and disputed that with Melaleuca to which I had to fax a letter signed and dated to cancel this membership. I did so and it was confirmed that my faxed signed letter of cancellation was received and noted and the charges would be cancelled. I then get a letter in the mail that I owe $33.91 from ****. I have called them several times and to say this is been a nightmare is an understatement. As I have been transferred to many departments with no resolution. I have a very high credit score and when checking my credit today find out **** reported this and my score has gone down 47 points!!! To say this infuriating is an understatement. My credit is being ruined over this company Melaleuca that I believe now to be a pyramid scheme. How do I have this rectified? The amount of time I have had to spend calling this company with nothing resolved is exhausting. Now my credit has been affected immensely over $88 dollars!!! I am infuriated and disappointed and disgusted with this company. I did everything right as a customer/consumer to be screwed over by **********************!Business Response

**Subject:** Complaint Regarding Shipping Fee Charge Despite Full Return of Products **To Whom It May Concern,** I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent experience with Melaleuca. While I greatly appreciate and enjoy Melaleuca's products, I am dissatisfied with their handling of a shipping fee charged to my account. , I placed an order with Melaleuca. Unfortunately, I needed to return all the items in that order, which I did promptly. Despite this, I was still charged a shipping fee. Given that I returned the entire order, I do not believe it is fair or reasonable for me to incur this cost. I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with Melaleuca but have not been able to reach a satisfactory resolution. As a loyal customer who values the **********************'s offerings, I feel this situation could have been handled more equitably. I respectfully request that the shipping fee be waived and refunded to my account.
