      In July 2022 I drove 300 miles to purchase a ** from *****'s ** in ********, I was given a date to return to collect the ** I had chosen and was told it would be gone through and cleaned as well as any issues they found fixed, I made a deal to pay 80K for the ** and made sure a check was delivered before I arrived on the assigned date. we did the 600 mile round trip only to be told they were not quite ready when we arrived, Ok, so we went to lunch giving them 3 more hours, when we got back, we were told they were not quite ready still, we waited 4 more hours until just before quitting time for the people, then we were rushed through the inspection and I stopped the tec and told him he had to show me everything, He said they didn't even start on it until 3:30 that afternoon and did not know much about the unit, we found several things that needed repair as well as garbage inside and no cleaning done what so ever. a list of repair items was made, and I was told that they would have a dealership in *********** do the repair where they were closer to my home location, 3 weeks later I called I.F. and they had no Idea of me, and up to know nobody will return my calls or help me with my issues, even the problem manager called me and gave me a number but never returns my calls, Thet Lie , cheat andd steal

As for the repairs at our *********** location, I have had contact with the Regional Manager as of 15 December that the parts unfortunately were sent back to the Meridian location so are currently coordinating to have those parts sent to *********** for these repairs. Once that has been resolved we will be able to get you unit in and taken care of.  The store has been informed of this issue so both Meridian and *********** will be working to resolve this in a timely manner. Again we apologize.

      On January 31 2022 I purchased a Tracer 24DBS trailer. From Bushs RV ******, *****. I purchased said trailer for $37,207.80. Initial walk through sliding interior door was noted damaged on shipping to Bushs. On the day of purchase I paid extra for exterior protection coating. At time of purchased was told the pressure washer to apply said product were not working. Was told to take home and wait for a call that door had come in. So that a time to put new door and apply exterior protection on could be scheduled. Was told that when you get it home and noticed anything else wrong to note it and it will get addressed at time of scheduling for door and exterior protection applied. Once home later that afternoon was showing children new trailer. At which time the **** was turned on for the first time and a line through the ** was noticed. On February 11 2022 noticed the front led light had came loose from the trailer. That had been parked in the same place since brought home. Towards the end of March 2022. I called Bushs since it had almost been two months since purchase. I was told that I would have a call back by end of the day from the service desk to schedule a time for repairs. Several days had gone by before another call was made from me to schedule a time for repairs. This went on until May 11 when finally a time was scheduled for May 13. During this time refrigerator started making load noises. When trailer was taken to Bushs for repairs. **, LED light and refrigerator was discussed and was told would be fixed. Along with door and coating applied. On May 26 was called and said trailer could be picked up. Was told LED light and coating where done everything else had to wait until items came in. When picked up trailer outside was still dirt and coating had not be applied. Still waiting on Bushs to replace or fix sliding door, **, refrigerator. And to apply exterior coating that payed for

We unfortunately had delays with the parts getting here. Today we validated that all of the parts are in and have notified the service department that this needs to be resolved quickly.       We purchased a 2014 Itasca Motorhome on August 6, 2022 from ****** in ************* ******. We decided to cancel our extended warranty contracts on September 13, 2022 and sent an email, a couple texts and left a couple voicemails to ******************************* requesting the cancellations. ******* never responded, so on September 28, 2022 I went to ****** in ************* to speak to somebody in person - ************************* met with me and agreed to process the extended warranty refunds. She told me that the refunds would arrive in four to six weeks. I emailed ****** on September 15, 2022 to request the status of the refunds - she said that she would check and let us know, but we have not heard back from her. It has been 9 weeks since our initial contact with ****** to cancel the extended warranties. The last thing that I want to do is make a complaint here, but I am frustrated by the lack of communication and feel that if I don't make a complaint that this will just keep dragging on.

      We purchased a brand new ******* River trailer house in April 22 from Bishs RV in *********** . After our first outing the siding started coming off the trailer. We sent pics and then took the trailer in ( 150 miles each way) and they said they would get a claim started and patched the trailer temporarily . After multiple calls over the next few months, we were again told they were filing a claim or that we could contact the manufacturer ourselves which of course is impossible . On our 2nd outing our awning came apart but we were told we must have hit some trees . We were in an RV spot and not camped anywhere close to trees. I just said ok get us a cost to replace it we will pay for it. Then we found we were unable to dump our trailer as it was determined manufacturer had installed parts backwards . With winter quickly approaching we attempted to winterize our trailer but are unable to as they think other parts are probably installed backwards . Each time we have to take the trailer for them to look at the problem it costs us $100 minimum . As of today our siding is not repaired, no price for awning ( even though we did nothing to damage it) no repair of black water flush , no repair or solution to why antifreeze cant be sucked in to system . We have probably called their service department over 50 times since April . I would never ever recommend purchasing anything from Bishs RV in ***********.

After reaching out to the store they have told me that as of 9 December the correct awning is supposed to be at our store. Previously, the incorrect awning was sent to us and sounds like it took quite a bit longer than we had anticipated. From my understanding everything other than the awning has been resolved.       Purchased new 2022 Jayco 26ft from this dealer. Within 24 hours of taking possession, noticed that ladder was missing from rear. Dealer agreed to provide ladder and install and provided a contract to support.After months of waiting for ladder, and multiple non returned calls or status updates, dealer installed on 9/8/2022. Unit was picked up on 9/9/22. Unit was returned to dealer on 9/12/22 upon discovering that ladder was not mounted correctly and was now blocking operation of emergency exit window. Service representative sent email and photos to superiors. No response has been received, no solution has been received.This installation has now introduced multiple holes into a brand new unit and poses a severe health and safety issue for occupants.

I also see that on 9/30 we received pictures from you for an issue with your slideout and that we have parts on order.       I found a camper(stock number 56017A) on their website in the ****** Clearwater, **. location. The internet price was listed way cheaper, ($13,791.00) than the quoted price from the dealer(*****), ($24,412.00). I do have proof of the listed price (attached below) as they have since updated their website. I brought the mistake to *****'s attention and pursued a deal that satisfied us both. After I was happy with our negotiated ********************** ended all contact, and has made no attempt to close the deal. This is despite a couple texts and calling the dealer to have ***** get back in contact. Then I went to their location in ********, ** to see if they had something we liked. Found a couple campers we were interested in, asked if they would contact us when a salesman was available, that was several days ago.

      We bought a brand new camper from the ********* location. We didn't receive the same camper that we looked at, same model different trailer. By the time we got home home the door had popped oped, come to find out the jam is bent really bad, when lifting up the storage area under the bed the plywood would scrape up the wall. ****** fixed the bed and ordered the door 2-3 weeks out. At this point we haven't used the camper yet. The first time we used it for a weekend the water pump quit working the first day. I was not aware of there 72 hour return policy, or I would have returned it for the one we originally looked at.

I just wanted to address your issues one by one to share our side to see if there is some middle ground we can come to.In terms of putting your mind at ease with switching campers, our sales outfitter takes a picture of the *** number for us to compare to the stock numbers when we are putting together a deal which makes it extremely hard to prepare the wrong RV. Additionally, we searched through our records and all information for the deal was worked on the unit we ended up delivering to you. As for the door issue from my records I see that the service manager reached out to you immediately after the first complaint. You purchased on a Friday, called Saturday and we brought your camper back that day for us to adjust those two items. Then Monday 08/29/2022 you were able to pick your unit back up with those repaired items. The water pump when made aware of we scheduled you for as early as we could see you which is 09/20 to drop your camper off for repairs. We apologize if you feel we are not resolving these issues quickly enough but are truly trying the best we can. I hope this provides some clarity over our side and that we will continue to work on resolving the issues you are having.

      I am rejecting this response because: I'll guarantee it's not the camper we looked at for several reasons. First, we lifted up the storage compartment under the bed and it did not scrape the wall, the camper we received did. Second, there was a small **** in the moulding above the bed, the one we received did not, I have pictures to prove it. I guess what has me so frustrated, is that we spent $30,000 on a brand new camper that needs a lot of work. It shouldn't be that way. We've only used it once. Can't help but wonder what will break next time we use it.

      Put a deposite down on an RV went in on day of pick up with rest of downpayment and got RV switched on us and said it had been sold when we had already left a deposite and signed several pieces of paperwork. Got sold USED RV for NEW RV price and product is heavily damaged.

      Purchased a Jayco Travel Trailer from ****** at the ***** RV show in April. Did the paperwork and walkthrough on May 13 at Bishs Meridian location. Finance guy tried to scam me with a high interest rate that I had already negotiated with ICCU. He left the room twice then came back with corrected numbers. I did the walkthrough of the trailer after that. I found 6 items (now 10)....3 of which were serious. I was told the trailer would be ready to pick up on Tuesday, May 17 by ******. Tuesday came....no calls. I reached out on Thursday....only to be told that they were awaiting JAYCO Warranty approval. Called the next week......couldnt get anyone in service to answer....so I drove to their location. I was told they were still awaiting Jayco approval. Two more weeks go by...they were still awaiting Jayco approval. I called their BS story and called Jayco in Iowa myself. Guess what ? No one had filed any warranty claims to *****. ****** just flat out lied to me...preventing me from enjoying my trailer. ***** got involved and said I could pick up my trailer to use it because everything was done except the solar panel (waiting on parts). Went camping that weekend and discovered that NOTHING had been fixed. In fact the one repair they attempted ruined the ceiling panels of the *** They used an air gun to shoot staples right through the finished panel. UNBELIEVABLE ! So I left a few bad reviews on ****** that got their attention. ****** in service called me around July 19. I've called her back 6 times. NO RESPONSE. Then the service manager called me. I've called him back twice. NO RESPONSE. I've read all the reviews and the theme is consistent. The management at ****** is poor. They should all be fired and take jobs at Big Lots selling Chinese furniture. My trailer appears to have other poor assembly issues....most of which I will fix to insure they are done correctly. Its my first RV and I'm highly disappointed. However, the management at ****** should be ashamed.

      I am rejecting this response because: Bishs story is a boldface lie.  My experience as well as dozens of others dealing with Bishs is that they do not return calls.  I have called 6 times and my phone log will show it. Your manager called me once and my phone log will show it.  I bought my camper in April.  You havent fixed anything.  Meanwhile Im making payments and paying for storage. I did get a message TODAY. The first one in 3 weeks, so Ill call back and play your game.  I have documented everything so be very careful about lying about what you have done. The facts are on my side no matter how you attempt to spin it. It took a complaint to the BBB to get you to pick up the phone.

      Purchase a 2022 vibe on 5/2022 went camping two weeks later and found out my Refrigerator didnt work so call Bishs camper in ******* ******** and took it in they said they are working with Forest river in replacing it come to fine out they never talk to anybody I take to them to get started so we had another camping trip the next month they couldnt get the refrigerator in by then so went to pick up the camper and pick up the wrong camper customer service didnt no my camper or move it out for me so I hook up to somebody camper with no help from anybody there my camper was the one next to it pull it out and damaged mine so I call my insurance company and they told them to fix it my camper been there in there yard I call no answer go down there they say they are looking for parts I call Forest river for parts and they said they might have them but Bishs have to contact them which they havent would like some help in getting my camper fix
