Very poor customer service. Failed to repair same issues after repeated attempts.Service department will not answer the phone, will not return my voicemails, or my emails.I have bought 3 Jayco units, two of which I have purchased from Bishs, and have spent over $200,000 dollars with Bishs. They have lost a customer for failing to address my issue, and not responding to my repeated attempts to contact them.

Weve owned our 19BH for a year, purchased brand new in June 23. In July 23 on our 2nd trip out our electrical panel burned out; we advised when doing the Bishs fix call that something was wrong with the fridge, it wouldnt stay running and we believed this had something to do with the burned out electrical panel. In for warranty work, new panel installed and covered by *****,fridge issue ignored.Husband called and left multiple voicemails for the service **** re questions re fridge, never received a call back.In for more warranty work on the cabinets that fell apart at the seams & electrical light issues, fixed, no mention of the fridge. July 24, out for a 6 day camping trip when the fridge finally shut off & back on then completely died. Less than 1 month out of warranty(even though we informed them multiple times during the warranty period) Jayco declined bc its out of warranty, so we argue that Norcolds website states there is a 2 year warranty. We wait, husband calls mad, we are told no then they (service manager) agreed that it should be a two year warranty and submit to Norcold for warranty approval. We wait and yesterday, get an email stating its been denied by Norcold. They spent an entire year ignoring our complaints and we believe, purposely pushed us past our warranty.(Btw, all 2024 GoPlay models no longer have Norcold refrige)Theyve also lied about other rv purchase prices when we tried to trade in,they lied when we bought it and said rvs hold value really well(until we wanted to trade it in and they slapped me with a $9k trade in value) & gaslighted us at the end by telling us ***** declined the electric panel work and they supposedly had to eat the cost.We didnt build these trailers, we didnt burn out the electric panel & in the end we are out a fridge or another $758 for Bishs to fix it.They care about their commission and thats it. Extremely disappointed, as this was our first RV purchase after 25 years in a tent and theyve ruined it for us.

I have a 2018 ** trailer where the grey water drain abruptly stopped flowing very fast when dumping the tank. I went through the standard routine of lots of hot water, degreaser, backflushing by hose fitting at the dump outlet to no solution. I read online about construction debris randomly making its way to the drain outlet to create a drain problem. I bought a scope and observed debris at the outlet restricting flow. So I took the ** to ****** as I thought they would know how to clean the debris. I gave them pictures of the debris. They gave me the ** back and said everything was now clean and draining properly. When I got home I filled the tank to 50% and dumped it, and, the flow rate was the same as when I took it in for repair (poor took 7 min to dump 20 gal approx). I took pictures again with my scope and the same debris is still there. I called ****** to express my observations and that I was unhappy with the service. They said everytime you take the ** on the road it is an earthquake happening, so something must have moved in the tank to block the drain again. They admitted that they got the photos I left in the ** showing the grey water drain blockage. So they do not care that they billed me for work which did not take care of the problem. The ****** service manager repeatedly argued that more grease must have moved to block the drain and that 4 service people can confirm that. She did not care that the photos say otherwise. She chuckled/laughed when I said I felt I had been charged for work that did not fix the problem and that I would seek to dispute the credit card charge with my card company. I will likely never go to ****** ** for service again. Extremely disappointed and on a scale from 0 to 10 with 10 being the highest best score, this dealer gets a fat ZERO and with that a big red neon light flashing at their street entrance flashing CAUTION - CAUTION - CAUTION - USE ALTERNATE ROUTE.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Be warned and Be very careful dealing with this dealership they will stick you in the back faster than they will sell you A unit!!! Make sure you spend at least a day or two goin through everything on the unit you are thinking of buying from these people. They sold us $100,000 unit claiming it had gone through many inspections and everything was ready to go 100% !! Which was an out and out lie!! they fixed the couple things we were able to find on the walk-through but anything that was wrong that we didnt catch that they had to have known about, based on the obvious inspections they do when they get the units. Theyre now running through our Warranty. I feel sorry for you if you didnt buy an extended warranty because youll probably have to pay for all of that out-of-pocket their service department deceived me when I drop the unit off telling me that they would test the ** on a hot day the text I just got from the states they tested the ** on a 75 degree day claiming the ** is working properly but when you put the ** in 100 temperature, it wont even cool below 90. City water inlet was leaking on first use which means it was leaking and bad when we picked up the unit but because we didnt catch it on the walk-through which how could we when it wasnt hooked up theyre now running it through our warranty, so they make sure they get paid for this work instead of doing it prior to selling the unit like they shouldve with this and many other issues. We will never buy another unit from Bishs RV we are very disappointed and dissatisfied with what we did purchase from them.I dont think they realize word-of-mouth is a powerful tool which I intend to use to make sure everybody I meet knows this company will rip you off faster than theyll sell you a unit.

This is the worse rv dealership Ive ever worked with. They charged me $8,800.00 for servicing that should not have been done. They did not care for my coach while it was in their care so now it is uninhabitable. I still have an outstanding loan on it as well

I bought my camper and the extended warranty. I have had it 3 years now. I have had them out to my home twice to replace the water pump. They have never charged me for paperwork, parts or labor, The campers carbon Monoxide sensor went out and now they say they will replace it if I pay a $50. Processing fee. I told them I had never had to pay that before and that my warranty should cover all costs. The person at **** Fix told me they had to change the policy due to "changing rates of the service industry". They may be doing this with new buyers, but should honor the original warranty sold before this change.

Do not waste your money on extended warranty. Waste of money as they can claim you neglected something without inspecting or checking anything and leave you high and dry. Well we wish it was dry! After purchasing a brand new travel trailer from this dealership (2023) things were off to a rocky start. Our camper had several issues the day we went to pick it up. They got all of the drains cleared and working quickly of course because they wanted our money. We had a leak in the wall being the most serious issue addressed where they kept the trailer for months on their lot. When we got it back we packed it away for the rest of the winter and when we took it out this summer(2024), just over a year old we find the wall is still leaking water and the claim is being denied stating lack of maintenance. How can you claim that without checking the roof or walls. Thats impressive phone skills! I believe it was a lack of repair being done when they had it and still no visible leaks found. Very disappointed with this dealer and would suggest shopping elsewhere.

Where do we begin? We purchased our camper at the Lincoln location. Tanner was the salesman. He assured us the camper was looked over. We visited with Perry, the shop guy. Assured us it all checked out and was in great shape. Before even leaving the lot, the toilet leaked. They quickly replaced it with a new one and sent us on our way. Our FIRST trip taking it out the large slide was drooping and the door lock was broke. We took it to the Kearney store where both were repaired. They tried to bill us, but we had coverage on the slide. We paid for the lock. After contacting our salesman about having to pay for the lock he said he would reimburse via venmo....We are still waiting. Second trip out, we are 2 hours from home. We are putting out slides again only to have the bedroom slide collapse in and THE MOTOR FALL OFF! My husband quickly called our salesman. Salesman replied with a "I'll call you in a bit". No call! My husband called and asked to speak with a manager leaving a call back number, No call. Camper went back to kearney. Kearney's had almost 2 weeks and still have not repired the bedroom closet! In the mean time, the title took over a month to receive to license. It has been very unfortunate as this was our first experience buying a camper. Bish Fix was super helpful. But unless repairs are actually done and in a timely manner a nice voice over the phone doesn't help.

Sales / Financing process sucks. I am 3 days away from deadline to license/title the RV and still don’t have my paperwork. Also 3 days away from payment due & STILL no paperwork for that either! They say one thing but do another. They charged fees when they said they removed them. An RV costed $15000 but in the end, financed was $25k! Rip off! Doesn’t answer the phone, messages, etc. So disappointed in this experience!

Took my travel trailer in to get serviced in Nov. 2023. I chocked the wheels when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, the wheels were chocked with scrap wood. My chocks were gone but they did give me new chocks after numerous calls... they would not return my calls. Took my camper out in June, for the first time since the service work. The water pump runs but does not pump water. Having trouble getting a call back. They did some work on a leaking hose, so they should have had to run the pump to test it. Unless they offer to fix it for no cost, I'm going elsewhere.
