1 starTraveled to to ******* to trade our Winnebago for a ArticFox. Deposit has been paid, off the market. Get there and it is posted on their board for ***** vs ***** and some change we were going to pay. They had some garbage about corporate changing the price. Lies, was not on the market hence the deposit. Inspection by me (I will keep this short but have pics), rust on frame, wires hanging underneath everywhere. Rusted 30 lb bottles to include valve threads. No fireplace and pics advertised such. This thing looked like it had been through a war zone, they had three weeks to prep. Disgusting trailer (used?). I have pics and they took down my post on ****** reviews. This is what they told my wife, we can make this right. Two days travel to their site, you can't make that trailer right and you cannot change who they are, i had their add up on my phone and that was not the trailer they advertised. They have now relisted it with the pics that matched the trailer minus all the rust and wires hanging out the bottom. This trailer was the only one on their lot, I don't want to hear they had another one. RUST AND WIRES!!!!!!!!!Review fromLori E

1 starBought new ************** than a year ago. The service department didnt seem to know much about how the different components worked. I talked to them twice about no hot water and they just laughed saying that it was as good as I could expect. I almost believed them, even though Ive owned 3 airstreams and Im not a newbie. I finally called the company who makes the hot water system, while I was on a **** mile road trip. They talked me through resetting the system, which was very easy and it has been fine ever since. Ive had to trouble shoot on my own for various other components as well. Recently I received a recall notice regarding the necessity of installing cables to hold the lithium battery so as to prevent catastrophic fires. It took over a month for the part to finally arrive at dealer and I had to reschedule the appointment 4 times to accommodate the slowness. When I made the appointment I was told that it would take an hour and a half. I told them Id be waiting because I lived over 40 miles away. I scheduled at 10 am. They neglected to tell me that they all take lunch from ****, company policy. So when I came back from walking around the dumpy little town where dealer is located, no one was there who could tell me anything because it was 12:30 and they still hadnt finished the work. When they finally returned from lunch I was told by the tech it would take at least another hour and a half and while Im writing this they texted to let me know it would be longer. I let them know they shouldve communicated clearly about their lunch break and that I wouldve been better off leaving my van if I didnt want to wait around all day with nothing to do. They seem to simply not care and think its no big deal to make a customer wait the entire day. Its the worst customer service Ive gotten anywhere. If there had been another dealer in the area I wouldve purchased my $210.000 van anywhere else. They are very good at making excuses & gaslighting the customer.Review fromJeff R

1 starThey do not deserve one star but that is the minimum. I would not recommend ****** to anyone. Horrible customer service, never return calls, it took 2 months for warranty work to be completed (which is questionable), 2 months for issues when we purchased the coach (which we did not know about until we went to pick it up). They ran a quarter tank of gas out of it when they had it. Chrome grill on the **** chassis is peeling (they say it is a **** issue even though they sold it like that), leveling system did not work, generator would not run. 100% dissatisfied with the purchase. We have owned it 6 months and it has been on their lot for 4 of them. Emails to GM not returned, ***** is non-responsive to calls and emails, lots of lip service and promises but no action. NEVER BUY FROM ****** AND NEVER BUY A *****!Review fromBrian K

1 starUPDATE 2: 1/4/24 ****** service department has now had possession of my (brand new) camper longer than I have.4 MONTHS. After my last review (November 23') the service manger called me within minutes of my post promising solutions. My camper was due to be transferred that week to NW Fleet and my leaking slide was to be re-tested. To my surprise when I called today (2 months later) my service rep knew nothing about that phone call, no notes and guess what? My camper has just been sitting there.UPDATE: Turns out ***************** is only super attentive when they are trying to make a sale! If you do choose to purchase here (which I would never recommend) be prepared for them to hold your camper hostage for months, not returning emails or phone calls on simple warranty repairs.Review fromMark T

1 starPurchased a 2023 Newmar Kountry Star **** with wheelchair lift. Had an issue with the wheelchair lift and finally got a call back from the ******************************** 8 hours later. Fortunately, I called Newmar and they pointed me in the right direction. **************** is non-existent. The inverter failed on our vacation and called the service department 3 times in **********, ***** and never received a call back. Again, customer service is non-existent. Finally contacted a 3rd party repair company that responded to us, on site, in an hour. When we purchased the Newmar motorhome, the hard sell for all the add on's was exhausting. Tried to sell us a protective coating, which Newmar already installed from the factory. I declined all the other, so called, benefits. I will never deal with them again and would not recommend to anyone.Review fromLynece M

1 starNever returns calls. I have called numerous times regarding a refund on an extended warranty and gap ins. and still have not heard anything. Say they refunded ** on a down payment on next rv sale and nowhere does it show that. Numbers do not add up then all the sudden their finance guys drop off the face of the earth.Review fromJennifer K

1 starI bought a brand new Geo Pro, supposedly never used. The battery went dead within a week, had to take that back in. Took it in a week later for a leak, they said it was condensation from the fridge. 2 weeks later, I took it in to get it winterized and a pipe was broken. In the same spot I said the leak was. They refused to warranty it. Said it had frozen. Now I have to pay $250 out of pocket because the service department didn't find the leak, the first time. Of course they don't have the part, and have to order it. The part is at least 5 days out, so they won't warranty the winterization, in case something else breaks. Well I guess it will never be warrantied then. What good is it to pay for a warranty if they can't figure out what is wrong, blame it on the customer, and won't warranty anything? If I hadn't had it in there 2 weeks before for a leak in the same spot, I might actually trust their work. DON"T trust their work. Make sure you video everything and write it down so they can't come back on you and say it is your fault.Review fromCameron A

1 starPurchased NEW 2022 Sandstorm toy hauler last Thurs. Made overnight trip and ended up with a long list of issues and decided to return the camper since there was a 72-hr guarantee. I took possession around 7p on Thurs. The 72-hrs would have been up at 7p on Sun. However, with them not being open for business, we figured the time limit would extend to 7p on Mon. When I notified the salesman Mon morning we were returning the camper, I was told the time limit was up and the mgmt team said there was "no option for return". Took the camper to the dealership and met with them to go thru the camper. Ended up being 37+ line items and I texted more issues later. Fri, we hadn't heard from anyone at the dealership so my husband called. Received a message back saying they were busy and it would be 11/17 (2 more weeks!) before they would work on our camper. Nothing has been submitted to Forest River for needed parts or anything. Plus, we bought this camper to make a trip on 11/21. Entry doors are warped. One is unusable and has to be deadbolted. Many of the cupboard latches are broken. Slide has been cut on..looks like it didn't fit and they just cut it to make it fit and left raw/jagged. The seal on the slide is deformed. Were told it would "fix itself" when it heated up? A part on the front of the camper where the metal wraps looks like it has been cut with tinsnips and left jagged. They've already tried to fix a blind by drilling more holes that are very noticeable and it still doesn't work! The amount of putty already used to fix nails and staples coming thru the walls/trim is crazy. Wiring is hanging out of the ceiling and many places has trim falling off. Is this ok when buying brand new? They are still sticking to the "no option for return" tho. This camper should never been allowed to leave the factory. The dealership should have refused it upon delivery. Refusing to refund our $ is beyond absurd. It's the price of doing business and to "save face"! Step up Bish's!
