      ************* did not inspect the *************************************************************************************************************************** and my wife. By the way, I'm extremely upset with myself because I broke the cardinal rule and did not thoroughly go through all the ** functionality. I took it for granted that **** might be an honest business. Wish i would have read all the other BBB reviews first. Would never have gone there. Shame on me! Nevertheless, they quickly sold us the ** and sent us on our way. When I got home, this is what I found when I had the time to look at everything thoroughly: The macerator tank under the kitchen sink was leaking water into the compartment bay. The black tank was leaking into the compartment bay, The water heater was leaking to the outside of the ** and would not stay lit. The camera system was only working intermittently and the screen door was missing the latch. Oh, and the air conditioning on the dashboard doesnt work. **** problem. ****** should have never sent an ** out to ****** in this condition. SHAME ON THEM! But it was ****** responsibility to catch these issues and fix them before selling it to me. THEY DID NOT INSPECT ANYTHING. THEY FLAT OUT LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME IT WAS READY TO GO. When I found these problems a week or so after I bought the ** and I called **** to remedy the issues, the service ***** said I'd have to make an appt. about 4 weeks out. I said Bulls@&#, Im bringing it back right now. They said we dont have service people on weekends. I said I dont care, find one! Unbelievable!Word of advice. Do not buy anything from BISHs **. Once they get the money, they dont care about you anymore despite their slick salesmen telling you theyre your best friends. Needless to say I will never recommend Bishs **.

      *** in ********** ***** was very helpful. Our new 2023 jayco has need repair twice since buying it in March. We have only been able to use it once. The bathroom flooded , and there was problem with door, refrigerator and trim. We are taking it in because the solar panels are not charging the batteries. I bought the trailer so me and my daughter in law plus friends could take it on a trip we have planned for a year.

      My wife and I purchased a vehicle from your dealership brand new on February 21st, 2023. Upon delivery there were some issues that were noted for later warranty repair.Upon returning from our initial trip I called the service department and set up an appointment for May 10th, 2023 roughly 3 months after purchasing this RV and driving it less than 5,000 miles. The service department and myself developed a 7 item work order. On June 4th, 2023 I was informed by the service department that the manufacturer had approved all of the warranty work. I contacted Thor Customer Support early on the morning of June 21st to inquire with them about my vehicle. I was informed by Julie that although the warranty work had been approved on June 4th. After hearing nothing else from your service department, I showed up in person on Monday, June 26th only to discover that my RV had received some obvious exterior damage to the driver's side rear panel and rear bumper with the broken parts stuck inside the external rear cargo compartment. On Wednesday, June 28th, I called Thor support again and was assured me that NO approved warranty parts had been ordered by your dealership but a week earlier on June 21st SOMEONE ordered a side light and the rear reflector for this vehicle from your dealership for repairs. On Thursday, June 29th my wife and I showed up in person at your dealership with our RV in the same location and condition as I had witnessed it on Monday and were informed by the service associate that our RV was quote "clipped". We still have not heard anything further concerning our RV other than we paid you around $110,000.00 in February 2023 and now in July 2023 just 5 months later Bish's has both my devalued RV (it's been wrecked and every one I've talked with from my insurance carrier to the finance company agree that even if the RV is repaired to 100% much like CARFAX with autos there is a repair history report and subsequent devaluation for the lifetime of said vehicle.

      ***************** of ************, ******** has bent my door frame so badly it needs to be replaced. My camper was in for warranty work because my door was impossible to close/latch when I was inside the camper. While it was in for this warranty item I asked them to put a new lock on my door as well. When my camper was picked up (by someone other than myself due to me being out of the country) it was discovered they hadn't bothered to give anyone the keys to get inside. After a few phone calls and some irritation, that problem was solved. BUT... when I finally get home and get it out for a shake-down I discover the door won't lock from the inside. The inside lock wouldn't turn because they didn't verify that they had set the plate correctly. Unfortunately that is when I discover my door frame is bent. Badly. So badly that the only thing I could do is remove the plate so my door would lock. When I contacted ****** at ***************** (************ closed at the end of May so he is now in *********, **) and sent him pictures of my door frame I was told that this damage was not done by them and that when they sent the person to unlock my door that the frame was not damaged. You read that correctly, they are blaming me for my campers door frame being bent so badly I need a new one. I regret ever buying my camper from *****************. I regret that I needed to try and get warranty work done through them. I wish I could say it is only the ************ location that is the issue but unfortunately, *************************************** is no better. I am left with no other choice than to use social media to inform as many people as possible that this company is the absolute worst. This is a brand new camper and now I'm going to have to pay for a new door frame because they won't accept responsibility.

      Our service experience has been a **** from the get go, they want to fix the easy stuff that is broke on the ***** NEW CAMPER we bought in October of 2022. They are blowing us off especially the GENERAL MANAGER *****************************, he has had since ************* 6-29-23 to call us to get this straightened out....***** is avoiding us at all cost. We have ****** in dead batteries that they let do this on their lot, they have had this camper since June 11, 2023, and the following issues have not been met and fixed, the 18 cf refrigerator fan runs non stop and they say nothing is wrong with it also the refrigerator has been shut up since the batteries have died and there will be mold in the fridge/freezer, left the 162 gallons of water in fresh tank when we told them to drain it when they was done with the water pump repair was done, we feel adjusting the seal on the bedroom slide out is not THE FIX and it will leak again, and we will have water damage, the landing gear is not working correctly.... ********************** does not know what they are doing and they are hoping they can just blow smoke at us and we will believe them...SORRY this is camper number 5 and we know what we are doing. We are going to call the head office in ***** and start the process....I will also be calling TRITON to let them know on the service we have received and the issues we are having with this company.

      Purchased 2023 Jayco Eagle HT on 05/05/2023 from ***************************. At the time of delivery, it was found power cord for vehicle hookup had insulation cut. Tech wanted to put electrical tape on it instead of replacing cord. Had 2nd ac installed as part of the purchase, only to find first time out, it didn't blow cool air, fan only. Propane tanks weren't filled. Once out, ***** command tablet dumped bmpro app and if I hadn't had the app on phone, I wouldn't have been able to run slides out, check tanks, ect. Numerous other issues were discovered and unit was taken back into ******* for the issues. Prior to taking it in, I had requested a service appt. online, only to find out it was never received. Prior to date of service, received text with link to fill out form for service. Upon taking it in day of service, found out that was never received either. Was promised the unit back the following day by service manager *******************************. Next day came and no word on it being ready. Waited till 05/22 and called, **** not available and no return phone call. On 5/23 received text and email as for the clearview page to view status. All repairs were "waiting on warranty approval". Following week, contacted ***** to check on the status of the warranty approval, only to find no issues had been submitted. So, I've been lied to and it appears nothing has been done to address my warranty issues or action to correct them. Haven't been able to find out anything else as to the status of my unit. Totally unacceptable. It appears, no dealer inspection was done on this unit prior to deliver. Otherwise, the issues I've experienced would've been noted and corrected. No water had been run thru unit, as the drain for the sink in bathroom had come down and water would've been all in the cabinet, aside from finding out unit hadn't been de-winterized. Upon setup, antifreeze was still in the lines. This matter needs to be address, instead of my unit sitting at dealership.

      Our buying experience was wonderful!***** the finance manager was a peach. We bought our trailer last year and the refrigerator has never worked. We have had it in two times and each time they said it was fixed, it has never been fixed. Last fall we left it to have the fridge fixed, after several months we went in the store to check on it and they said they didnt have it. After about an hour they found it and they fixed the problem. The reason we went in the store is because no one would answer the phone, we would leave messages and no one ever called us back. I will never go back. They NEVER fixed my fridge. New camper and the fridge has never worked!!!!!!!!!

      Recently purchased new 5th wheel toy hauler from Bish's Omaha Dealership. Sales process was okay. Unfortunately, everything there after has been just awful. Not sure if I have ever experienced worse customer service. I can understand manufacturer warranty challenges, getting parts and even delays due to labor shortages - however, the total lack of communication or response from them is unbelievable. Have even left messages with the general manager and no response.

      The salesman was great, the financing **** was great but don't ever take your camper there to be fixed or inspected. They never do a complete inspection so don't rely on that. They are the absolute worst at fixing anything. They will literally use tape to fix something instead of fixing it correctly. Saying they cannot find the parts after 5 months. I found the part in five minutes had it in two days and put on in fifteen minutes. I implore you to have a 3rd party inspect the camper you're thinking of purchasing before doing so and to never take it there to have it fixed.

      I'll start by saying my purchase of the camper was the best experience, if the service side of ****** of Coldwater was HALF of what their sales side was this review would be 5 stars. My camper was dropped off for warranty work 12/14/2022 and picked up 04/28/2023 after FIGHTING ****** to cover work that should have never been needed. I asked for the unit to be winterized upon arrival. One month later 01/14/2023 I got a call stating that our unit froze and our faucet within the kitchen was busted, and a deposit was needed to move forward with repairs. When I questioned if it was winterized upon arrival, they stated that it was not because the faucet was already damaged upon arrival, but they took a month to notify me, another month goes by, and more damage was found. This led to *** getting involved... *** was the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. There was no discussing the damage or how we could work together on the damage, just a flat youre paying this amount. He assumed I was married, assumed that I was fighting this because I couldn't afford the $500 to repair it and was so degrading and disrespectful, but offered me 10% off my repairs even though I get 10% off for purchasing my unit there. I went above him to report this encounter and since that call no one can seem to find who I spoke to, but they submitted a warranty claim to the manufacturer to get the damage repaired with no luck. Once I got back in contact with **** who started this whole repair and mentioned the interaction she knew exactly who I had spoken to and stated yeah, thats Pat weve had a lot of problems like this with him. And now hes the head guy in their service department. Once I showed up to get my camper that was supposedly repaired, I noticed incomplete repairs and that my unit was COVERED in mud. I had to request that it be cleaned before I left and also ask for the hoses to be connected for the outdoor shower as it was just laying in the compartment.
