      I ordered a knife from them over a year ago and pre-paid $274. Had they been up front and said the lead time is going to be years, rather than months, then I would not have ordered one from them. Their monthly updates are only every few months or longer in between and extremely vague, without providing any timelines. And the production schedule graphs on their website are only updated maybe every three months and provide no transparency as to when you can expect your order to be filled. And dont expect a timely response to your emails, if ever. Meanwhile, it appears on their ******** posts that they are fulfilling pre-orders that were placed after earlier pre-orders for the same knife models.

      Ordered a knife from them that was promised to ship in July 2020. Still have not received it and they will not reply to my emails or answer their phone.

      I have placed an order for a survive knife around 20 months ago . It was for a EDC 2 knife the amount paid was ***** . I have tried emailing the company and calling them only to find out that the phone # provided has a full mailbox so I was unable to leave a voicemail. I am seeking a full refund for the item I purchased , and am very disappointed at this whole process . I will keep my personal recommendations aside and maybe share them on another occasion based upon how this outcome is resolved . I am requesting a full refund . ***************************

      I preordered a knife from survive knives 13+ minths ago. I still havent received the knife. Then i recently foubd ojt they are still filling pre orders for the same knife i pre-ordered from backnin 2018. Im not going to wait multiple years for a knife. So on 08-15-2022 I called in and requested a refund and for my order to be canceled. The company conplied and said they had not problem processing the refund and cancelation. Then i called on 08-16-2022 because they still didnt cancel my order or begin to process my refund. Again i spoke with the same gentleman and he said he told one of the office ladys to process the cancelation and refund, but it ***** got done. He then told me h*** get is done. I checked this morning and still no cancelation, and still no refund processing. I sent a second email/message to the company again requesting a cancelation/refund and no response. That would make it 4 times all together i have tried to get agold of them within the same week. Two times they have completely ignored me, and never responded and twice they answered *** said they would process my refund and cancel my order, but never did. I just want a refund and to work with honest companies, not be told what i want to hear for them to never follow through. That shows poor business practice and shows theyndint care about their customer base.

      I ordered a survival knife from this company in Apr 2022 for the sum of $274, confirmation #*****. After production lead times continued to be extended and research from BBB indicated this business has a track record of holding onto purchase funding for several years without delivering their product, I asked for a refund. Ive emailed several times but have not gotten a response. I have also sent text messages for which this company stopped responding to once I asked for a refund. Ive asked for my money back several times now and they refuse. Their feedback alone on BBB and several forums have shown this company is notorious for taking funds and not delivering. This smells of a Ponzi scheme and should be investigated by the ***** Attorney General to which I will be filing a complaint with as well.
