      I've ordered the ****5.1 Your order ID is #*****. on October 2, 2022, for $269.00. The order page state the knife should be shipped out within 90 days. I've been patient with this order, but it's been seven months without any update on my order. When I tried to reach out all I was given was platitude.

      I ordered a knife from Survive! Knives on October 3, 2020. At the time the order was placed, their product page (as well as my original order receipt) said "Preorders are currently scheduled to start shipping in November." After more than two years of excuses, and assurances that it would be worth the wait, I finally received my order on February 17, 2023, only to find they had shipped a knife I did not order; the steel was not as ordered nor was the blade finish. I sent an email notifying them of the error only to receive a canned reply stating " I will do my best to reply to your email as soon as possible. Thank you, *****." I still have not received a follow-up email almost 4 months later. I have also called and left voicemails that have been ignored.

      Over a year ago I spent over $1200.00 on multiple knives, none have been delivered and a few have yet to even start any real progress. Of those that did get close to finish, they have started to sell them because of a small imperfection, those are customer items that they do not have a right to sell. At the heart of this is the company making a complete business change to an actual manufacturer with preorder money. using preorder money to fulfil newer orders. Sounds like a scam to me. They will not communicate or process refunds. I have left voicemails, emails, and letters. The one response I got was that they couldn't complete my order because the defect made it hard to do. So where was the notification of that? This company needs to return all monies from preorders of select knives series or non started serries or face a class action lawsuit.

      Survive! took payment in full for order ***** in January, 2022. Web site said a few months for delivery. It is now almost a year and a half later. No response to emails, no phone number to call. As of today they are advertising new products and finding new people to scam.

      I ordered a ****4.5 Standard knife from Survive LLC. knife on 9-8-2022, order #*****. The website doesn't give any type of estimated shipping date when you place an order. Survive uses a Production Schedule page that you can log into to check build status as your particular model of knife goes through the factory. It's very vague and not very accurate when you are trying to track the status of your knife as it goes through the factory.The email communication with Survive is some of the worst I have ever had to deal with in dealing with a company. Around roughly November 26, 2022, I reached out to Survive for status of my knife. On November 28, 2022, they responded back that they were short handed and didn't have a dedicated customer service person to respond to customer emails. ***** with ********************** responded back to me that the shop was running on full power and they were working on the backlog. n On December 15, 2022, ***** responded to me that the ****4.5 blades were back from heat treat and starting the final machining steps. ***** said that she expected the ****4.5 preordered knives to be shipping within the next few weeks. My knife was a preorder, so I assumed it would be shipping in the next few weeks. On March 20, 2023 I sent an email to Survive asking that my order for $246.00 be refunded. I haven't heard back from anyone at Survive and at this point I just want my money refunded and move on.

      On December 4th 2022, I ordered a GSO 5.1 knife that is highly advertised on online and through their website. The charge for order# ***** was for ****** + tax I have since emailed them several times asking for an order update with no response I have called and left several voicemails, but no one has ever answered the listed phone number ************* "update" videos are very vague and are of no help in determining how long an order will take After reading several other complaints including the numerous comments on their ******* video pages, it appeared I am not alone and that some people have waited YEARS without delivery. I'm giving it until the end of this moth which will have marked 150 days since placing my order. At this point, I don't believe they are an actual business and are overpromising a product that is never delivered. Someone needs to shut the business down and do a thorough inspections on their recordkeeping on revenue intake compared to actual filled orders.

      Paid in full for a knife from this company has been 3 years since I placed my order. I am unable to get ahold of company no responses to phone calls , text messages , social media or email.

      I placed an order ( order #*****) with Survive knives on Sept 30 2022 for a gso 5.1 for $269.00. The only reason I placed an order is because *** from Survive stated on his ******* channel as well as on his website and voicemail that all new orders would be delivered within 90 days. It's is now march 31 2023 and I have not received the knife. I have tried to contact Survive knives via email, phone, and text multiple times with no direct response at all from anyone at Survive! Highly disappointing!

      Ordered a knife in September 2022 with the understanding the order would be fulfilled within 90 days. As of March 2023, the order has still not been fulfilled. Owner has gone silent and will no longer communicate, yet he has payment in full for the knife, I agree with a previous reviewer who said this is an example of a person who doesnt know how to do business ethically. A classic case of overpromise, under deliver, and lots of excuses, I would give this business, a F and would highly recommend that you buy your knives from someone who makes great knives. ANDtreats, its customers, truthfully, and ethically. Clearly, this is not the case for Survive knives.
