I chose 208Geek, LLC as the business to work on my PC because of their high customer ratings and excellent reviews. I called their business because I was having trouble loading Turbo Tax and diagnosed the problem was with Windows 11 and the inability to upload their monthly updates. ***** received my PC in the early a.m. and had it up and running by the end of the day. In addition to fixing the initial problem he removed apps that were causing my PC problems and explained to me in detail what he had done. I have had my PC back in operation for about a week and it is running flawlessly. ***** and his wife are the team I will continue to use should I have issues with my PC in the future.
