The employees at 208GEEK are the most honest, sincere company Ive seen in a long time. We brought our dinosaur of a hard drive in to be looked at, after our computer stopped recognizing it. The staff looked at our hard drive the same day, explained what was the problem with it and that they werent able to retrieve our pictures. They recommended another company, but also advised there was no guaranteed they would be able to retrieve the pictures as well. They didnt charge us for the service and explained sometimes this happens with older drives. They were honest and upfront, while explaining issues with external hard drives and problems they see. They talked to us like we were people, not from scripts like the robots that work the Geek Squad at Best Buy and ****** services! Its so refreshing to know there are still honest, good people around like those at 208GEEK, in a world thats become so money hungry and thats replaced most people with computers.Thank you wonderful staff at 208GEEK!208GEEK, LLC

***** arrived on time and listened carefully as I explained my dilemma (I'm an octogenarian). He then set up the computer to fit my need and walked me through each step until I understood how to navigate Windows 11.. I no longer feel apprehension when I turn my computer, rather, I look forward to learning new information. ***** is an asset to your company and was a treasure to us. ****************************** came to our house right on time. He rearranged cables, devices, and components as necessary to give us a fully functional home entertainment system. Our PC was in an office room, completely away from the ** in the living room. But he figured out a good workaround that included everything we wanted to be able to do. We are enjoying the new capabilities, especially enjoying home and vacation videos played from the newly installed Blu-Ray CD/DVD player and viewed on large-screen **.208GEEK, LLC

We got hacked! 208Geek came out the next day, cleaned up the computer, got rid of the bad stuff and even installed our new printer. **** was very helpful and informative for 2 seniors who are technology infants! Even helped me with an embroidery software problem and helped me find some items I needed on Amazon. I will be having 208Geek rebuild a tower computer soon so it will work with Windows 11. We showed up to our office on Monday and the front desk computer would not turn on. After everyone in the office proved their lack of computer fixing skills we got the computer over to 208Geek. Within a few hour they confirmed our power supply was the problem. Since the computer needed a non standard power supply that they had to order, they got those parts ordered immediately. The computer was fixed and ready for pick up early afternoon on Wednesday!Everyone there was extremely professional and courteous. They obviously know what they're doing and care about providing great service to their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and you shouldn't either!I highly recommend 208Geek!!208GEEK, LLC
