    Tried to order one pair of socks and was charged for 8 pairs and a box of detox patches, totalling over $140!!Tried to cancel order immediately, but contact info for company sketchy. Tried two different emails (SoothRelieve and Comify), but all emails were sent back, non deliverable. All the markings of a scam.

    Please keep case opened.  I am completely dissatisfied with the lackluster response, simply stating that order has been processed and I am now responsible for paying to return allow the items that were not ordered.  The website is set up so that you are adding teams to order without knowledge until after order is paid for.  Such a sneaky scam.  Would like to at the very least,  have SootReliev/Comify pay for return shipping and refund.

    I purchased what I thought was one pair of compression socks and after I had checked out it was noted that they tacked on several other pairs and charged me $60. I immediately tried to cancel/dispute on their website form, but no one responded. Today they said it was too late. This is fraud. This is a terrible company who clearly scams their customers.

    I saw the SOOTHRELIEVE advert on ******** and saw that they were only charging $16.00 for a pair of support socks. I suffer from neuritis of the toes and feet so I thought I'd try them as they claim to help these conditions.I paid them for one pair of socks and to my horror I noticed that they hadn't taken out $16.00 but $104.00 from my account for 4 pairs. I have since contacted them and they promised to refund me.To date no payments have been refunded.I noticed on a recent review of their company that this isn't the first time they've done this and there were many unhappy customers who have been scammed by this company.I have asked for them to cancel the order and to repay me but recently got a very sarcastic email from them saying that they'd refund me immediately and no payments have been received.

    Hi,

    I received a message from this company today, to say that they are unable to refund me or to change 'my order'.

    I was told a week at least ago that they were going to refund me and they haven't.

    I also haven't received the item that they took a disproportionate amount from my account for.

    I do hope that they will now comply but I have my doubts.

    I will be in touch if they don't refund me fully or if they don't actually send out the bought items.

    I still haven't received any refund from this company despite numerous communications with them.

    I just keep receiving the same generic letters saying they refunded me on 24th April and that it will take up to 5 days to show on my account.

    I haven't received anything despite it being mid *********************** is getting away with stealing money from customers accounts with no come back.

    They will continue to do this until some legal body finds them accountable.

    As I am in *********** I would like to know how I can legally call them to account so no future customers are robbed in the way that I have been by this company.

    Soothe Relieve socks is a bad company. I only wanted one pair of socks and I got charged for 2 pairs. I cant do a return because I need an order number that was never sent to me. They add things in and when you try to address the issue you cant because without the order number you cant send the email. This company needs to be looked into!

    On 3/21/24 I ordered 2 pair of compression socks from SoothRelieve.com. When I hit submit order a blank screen came up with the word "NULL" in the middle of the page. When I noticed the total charge it said $60.91. This seemed rather high, and somehow my order said I ordered 4 pair. I tried to order again (2 pair) and again the word "NULL'' showed up in the middle of the page. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order for 4 pair and that I only want 2 pair and told them what happened when I submitted the orders ("NULL") Did NOT receive a confirmation of my request. A couple of days later still heard nothing and started to get suspicious! I emailed them to cancel both orders and send me a refund. I checked my credit card and sure enough there were 2 charges on 3/25/24! $38.91 and $60.91 ($99.82 TOTAL) from SoothRelieve. (Never receive order confirmation or product) They sent me back a "canned" email that they could not find my order and that they needed my order no. and email address. I never received an order no. and told them I only had the email address I used to place the order. If they did not have my order, how did they get my credit card number? I have received this "canned" email from them at least 10 times, and could not find a phone number for them ANYWHERE! This is FRAUD....PLEASE HELP!
