    SoothRelieve's sales tactics and customer service practices are predatory and I want to share my experience to warn others. I've been recovering from plantar fasciitis, a slow process that recently improved with steroid shots. My wife saw an ad for SoothRelieve compression socks, claiming to help with the condition, so despite my skepticism, I decided to try a pair The online purchasing process was deceptive and incredibly frustrating. After adding one pair of socks to my cart, I was hit with a barrage of upsells and upgrades, forcing me to decline around six times before reaching checkout. The initial price for one pair was an exorbitant $17.00, including shipping a complete rip-off. Despite this, I proceeded. However, upon redirecting to ******, the total inexplicably jumped to $79.40. Before I could react, ****** approved the charge.Furious, I immediately tried to cancel the order. My attempt to reduce it to one pair was futile, so I canceled the entire order. A customer service representative named ***** confirmed she found my order and would cancel it, but noted the email address on the order was incorrect. She sent a confirmation email, which I received the next day, requesting I reply with the correct email for cancellation. I promptly did so. To my disbelief, she later replied, stating it was too late the order had already shipped ************ is focused on deception. This entire ordeal felt like a blatant scam. SoothRelieve seems solely focused on extracting money from customers with no regard for satisfaction or repeat business. Almost immediately after this debacle, When I contacted ***** about returning the socks, she offered a 50% refund and suggested I keep the socks without returning them. While tempting, I refused to give SoothRelieve another nickel given their shady practices. I mentioned the better offers I'd received, hoping for a more attractive resolution, but she flatly refused and provided return instructions.

    Over charged with unordered items. Tried to correct, but response was vague &unsatisfactory. Ad was devious & pooly designed. ******** applied to get Buyer confused & buy more products. Cancelled order & charges. Scam suspect !BK

    I wanted to try ONE pair of these socks. When I finally got through all the ******** between shopping and checking out, I immediately noticed that I was charged ***** for 5 pairs of socks instead of ***** for 1 pair. I immediately tried to cancel the order. I mean I tried 3 minutes later. They have no phone contact for customer service, only email. Their policy says if you submit a cancellation less than 12 hours after purchase, a refund is no problem. Well, much later in the day, (coincidentally, just over 12 hours later) I was informed that the order was processed and there was nothing they could do. Many emails later, they just stopped answering. The product finally arrived today. I will be attempting to return it for a refund unopened. Wish me luck. Im not too optimistic

    Horrible. Like a golf sock you could buy at *******. No elastic for compression. Too big around. Fits like sloppy sock. I think it is junk and a total waste of money.

    Ordered 1 pair to try for my husband on 12/30/24. When I hung up from ordering I immediately looked at my bank ************** card records and saw this company charged me for FOUR pair and charged me $60.91 !! Immediately called them and was told the order could not be cancelled as it was already processed & sent in the matter of less that 5 min, it was too late! The pkg arrived - my husband cannot begin to get his foot into the sock and Im so dang mad that this company did this on purpose. Im on a very fixed ************* knew they made a mistake and didnt care. Plus they purposely complicate any communication with them. I hope the BBB can find a way to push them into doing the right thing - refund me - Ill send these socks back, once I get my money returned. ***** *******

    Please don't buy this product. They don't care about a Standard of quality.Just purchase a reputable compression garment. ******This was the first washing of the socks.I inquired about a refund of the 3 pairs of sooth relive compression socks I recently ordered. I just washed them last evening and when I pulled the clothing and socks from the washer. The fibers of the socks were all entertwined with the clothing and they just kept unraveling. Three of the six socks are completely coming apart.*********This is the ridiculous response I received.**********Thank you for reaching out to us and I am sorry to learn about your concern. As indicated on our website, our washing instructions advise machine washing in cold water or gentle hand washing, followed by air drying for the socks. After review, we confirmed that the items were dispatched in optimal condition from our end. However, we understand your concerns regarding any damage incurred post-delivery. Regrettably, once the product is in your possession, any subsequent damage falls beyond our control. While we can't offer a refund or replacement in this case, please know that we value your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our products.

    So now you deeply regret the issues with your product. after basically telling me, I dont know how to wash something and insulting me. I would have happily accepted a replacement. now I just dont want people to make the same mistake I did and purchasing this product thinking that it was going to last several washings. This was the first washing on cold water with my husbands socks, underwear, and undershirts in my two year old machines delicate cycle. ( I wish you could see the pictures) I'm a working professional, hand washing compression socks is not an option for me. So my advice is buy the name brand, not the tiktok social media brand and save yourself some time and some money.

    Finding this to be the pattern. Ordered one and then get an email response that I have 7 more without knowing until the reply email confirming my order. No phone number to call. I have contacted my credit card company and have to wait until payment is processed to dispute the order. I have sent emails to the company. Should have gone to ******. They have the same type of socks and then you are assured you get what you ordered with guarantee returns. I was looking for foot pain relief and instead I seemed to be getting a pain somewhere else from this company.

    They're a one way operation, take tour money but can't get refunds, ****** takes the money for them and they can't get a refund either. I ordered 1 pair for $17.95 and they automatically added 4 more pair for $60.91, I ordered size "LARGE " and they sent me size "MEDIUM" which "DON'T FIT" I tried canceling order right away within minutes and ****** said the money already went to merchant. Now I'm fighting to get a REFUND..
