    Finding this to be the pattern. Ordered one and then get an email response that I have 7 more without knowing until the reply email confirming my order. No phone number to call. I have contacted my credit card company and have to wait until payment is processed to dispute the order. I have sent emails to the company. Should have gone to ******. They have the same type of socks and then you are assured you get what you ordered with guarantee returns. I was looking for foot pain relief and instead I seemed to be getting a pain somewhere else from this company.

    They're a one way operation, take tour money but can't get refunds, ****** takes the money for them and they can't get a refund either. I ordered 1 pair for $17.95 and they automatically added 4 more pair for $60.91, I ordered size "LARGE " and they sent me size "MEDIUM" which "DON'T FIT" I tried canceling order right away within minutes and ****** said the money already went to merchant. Now I'm fighting to get a REFUND..

    I wish I had checked this site. Soothe Relieve extorts you in so many ways. I ordered one pair, got charged for 4 more. I filled out a form to cancel my order within minutes. They still sent all 5 socks. There is no order summary before you pay so you are paying blind. All I got was smoke and mirrors when I tried to get the 4 socks removed. Extortion is the best way to describe my experience. I did not authorized the second order for 4 additional pairs. Once you select what you want, you need to refuse a number of additional items before you get to check out. The request forms disappear into some ether. Take pictures of all transaction, do you have proof you submitted forms. The whole thing is a circus. They have your money. Little recourse once you pay. Hopefully you pay only for what you order because you cant see what you are paying for until you have paid. Less than one star.

    My experience was terrible. I ordered one pair. They informed me they were sending 8 pair and charged my card. By phone one hour later I was told it was too late to change the order but I could keep half of the 8 at a discount. The socks do not fit me well at all.
    Their customer service people are unwilling to help.
    I will never use this company again.

    I would like my money back. I contacted customer service 3 times to let them know that I do not want the order anymore. I told them that I want a full refund or to not charge me at all. I feel that I have been ignored, and that all they want is more money from customers. If I still do not get my full refund I will have to contact a lawyer or police. However, I hope BBB can help me through this. I need the money for something else. Also I contacted them 2 times in less than 2 hours for refund and return policy. It has been frustrating, irritating, and annoying matter. Please help me get my refund. I ordered one pair of socks and then they charged me for another 4 pair of socks that I did not select which was more expensive than I expected.

    Ordered a pair of their socks showing for the reduced price of $17.95 + $4.95 shipping. They charged me $60.91. On their site it said I could cancel the order prior to it being 6 hours old. Tried but they didn't respond until way later at night saying they couldn't because it was already processed to ship. B.S.!!! These people are click baiting people with deals they have no intention of honoring!
