    Ordered a 4 pack of socks that were delivered. Their website says large fits up to size 15. I have a size 12 foot and these come nowhere near fitting. Returned them and I show deliver confirmation they were received. No I just am getting the run around saying they didnt get them so cannot issue a refund. Beware these people are horrible to work with and basically unethical. Detailed records sent to credit card company along with dispute of the charge.

    Misleading when when ordering you only want to order one pair and they end up giving you six or seven pairs for over $100 I didn't order $100 worth of ***** no longer want them to give me a hard time about giving getting my money back and sending the product back to them and keep offering me 30% off I'm not taking that I want my full refund I don't want the product

    Just like **************'s review, I ordered 1 pair for ***** and moments later my card was charged $60.91 and $39.95 on 24 September. I immediately contacted them and tried to cancel the order, only to be told it was already processing and could not be cancelled. Through various emails back in forth, I was offered a 30% refund, then a 40% refund and finally a 50% refund if I kept the socks. I turned all these down and requested a 100% refund. The socks showed up at the post office on 29 September where I refused delivery and they were returned and received back on at SoothRelieve on 30September. As of 10 October they still refuse to do a refund.

    I ordered 1 pair for $17.95 and $5.95 was offered a second pair for 1/2 price and no additional shipping.Moments later my bank chimed with a charge of $60.91. Second later another charge for $39.95. What a scam. I immediately cancelled the order, only to be shuffled around and told its already processed. Cant be cancelled. I received them on September 19. 2023 and shipped them back unopened via *** on September 22,2023. Paid $21.83 to have them shipped and signed for. They received them and was signed for on September 26,2023.Ive had 28 different emails to and from them and still havent received my refund. I keep getting a message that says they hope Im enjoying my socks, are you wearing the right shoes and on and on. I will take this to the bank on Monday and dispute the charge.

    I ordered online 1 pr of their SootheRelieve socks and was charged for 5 pr. I was surprised to receive 5 pr in the mail and the size was much smaller than presented on their order form. It has been a real hassle and many emails to return these unopened socks. They keep offering me discounts on my charges if I will keep the socks and do not return them. I will have to pay for the shipping costs for receiving them and for returning them but it will still be less expensive to do that than pay the $76.86 charges they've made on my credit card if I get the credit at all. I keep telling myself not to order anything advertised on ******** as it always turns into a hassle to try to get credit for inferior products.
