    You must be very careful with this website, they trick you into ordering products and will not cancel them

    This is the first review that I would make zero starts if I could. I tried to order 1 box at the Special sale price. I recieved a notice, less than two minutes later, from my bank that they tried to charge me three times for ***** each. I went back to the order and they had changed it to two boxes and a sleep spray. That started a chain of emails between myself and a customer service person named *****. First they couldnt locate my purchase with the ****** transaction number and name. Then the email address that I provided was wrong (by one letter). It would **** *+ hours between their emails. By the time they confirmed they had located my order in their system they had already shipped the order. I havent recieved the order yet. But I have requested information on returning the package unopened for a refund. Of course they reply with we hope that enjoy your wellamoon ********** NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

    Same story as other complaint picked quantity 1 for knee patch and had 4 in the order and a 2nd order for more which I Def did not order!!!

    Zero stars if I could. I also order one box and minutes later got charged for 8. I had sent 4 cancelation requests 5 min after I got charged. They shipped anyway. The payment method I used is putting a hold on the payment since I did not authorize, but I still have to pay to ship product back.

    ******* ************ is a ****. I ordered a product that was suppose to be $15.95. I have two bills on my ****** for $39.95 and $48. Additionally, i see where they have me listed as an ongoing subscriber. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have the same complain against Comify Limited for the Wellnee order. I ordered ONE PACK of sleeping patches. As I went through the "check out" and payment phase for this order, there were no less than ***** pop-up offers with very intentionally hidden "no thanks" places to click that I did not want this offer. There was no way out of this very intentional "throw-it-in-your face" five minute barrage of "add this for 40% off" "PUSH selling. I canceled the payment in ****** and I got the confirmation immediately after I realized what had happened, but the payment still went through. I tried to call the seller, and am not able to get through to the 'customer support' so I sent an email. I also contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. Very deceptive of the company and no customer option to cancel, talk to or complain to. This should be illegal and the company needs to stop this practice.

    Zero stars! During the initial ordering process, unwanted items were added,doubling the cost. I tried to cancel the order immediately to no avail. Upon arrival of the package I initiated the return/refund process. They offered to refund 1/2 the price of the full order. To which I agreed. Upon opening the package, I found nothing that I ordered. They're a den of thieves.

    I consider this company, "comify limited" selling under name of "wellamoon" to have deceptive practices. Nov 3 i looked into a "special price" and was going to try product at that cheap price. Then i got a "thank you for your order" of $47.45 of 4 boxes in addition to order i placed at cheap "special price" The terms and agreements said cancelation is easy if youre not satisfied. We want our customers to be satisfed. So within minutes of recieving notice of order i did not place, i replied "didnt order! This is mistake! Cancel!" But no reply. I replied again, "cancel, didnt place this order!" Didnt hear back, no response. Contacted ****** and saw i was signed up for monthly autopayment. Got that canceled thru ****** but theysaid contact company to cancel the order. They didnt reply even after other messages. Then on nov 8 they finally replied saying they just shipped items so was too late to cancel! I'm furious. Will never buy from these companies with such deceptive practices. Want a refund!!!!
