    This people arent proffesional at all, (COMIFY LIMITED) i ordered sleep patches just 1 box for $19.99 and they charged me for 4 boxes at $60.91 + $39.80 for another 4 boxes. Reach out to them and they replied saying they cant refund because order was already shiped, the next day after i placed the order, so they are doing it wrong, charging me more, and they cant fix it? Really? I wont buy from this company never in my life again.....

    I had a similar experience I made an order for two foot patches and then the same day they charged me again for a 4 pack which I did not agree to. This is a fraudulent business. When would an order the same day have two different payments. When I checked out I agreed to one payment not two!

Yours, ******* ******** STOP: ************************ View all 9.03pm They sent me another message on 2nd Oct. 24. I took a look at what was on offer, but I don't remember ordering anything. Then I get an email from ****** telling me that 3 amounts had been taken out of my bank account. They were able to cancel one and I accepted another after the price was dropped. The 3rd amount is another matter. Comify **** told me I had ordered 4 boxes of Foot Patches which I dispute. I don't recall reading about them. I have no idea what they are for and I don't want them. They say that they were dispatched immediately and there was nothing they could do about it. They say I can have a 50% discount and not send them bqck or I can send them back and pay the cost of the postage. Nothing has arrived ****** Comify **** and SoothRelieve the same company. I live In ********* which makes it all the more disconcerting and like another customer whose review I have read I wouldn't give them one star.I shall write to newspapers here and to the Womens Weekly to tell their customers to beware of any similar messages.

    I ordered a 2-pack of the Pain-Relief patches. I paid for these on ******. They debited me in US$ which was not what the advert said, which gave the price in A$.I then noticed on the same day that they shipped a 4-pack as well without my permission and debited it via ******. Also in **$.I have complained to ****** about both orders - the first because the Advert said it was in Australian dollars, and the second because I never ordered the 4-pack, and they did not have my authorisation to charge me for it.This company is operating a double scam, on currency and multiple un-authorised orders.

    I ordered one box of the patches and got stuck in the process of them asking if I wanted the box for a lower price I said yes not knowing they were charging me for another box. I tried to cancel the order and could not. They finally got back to me to say the order had shipped oops to late. Got the patches and they don't work and cause a rash so I'm told I can send them back within 30 days no worries for a full refund. Well they take you through this long process on there website them say you must fill out the form below and there is no form below. I've contacted them many times for them to direct me to the same website that you have no form to fill out. So now I guess Im stuck with $40 worth of worthless patches. What a scam

    Like ***** wrote 7/28/24, I ordered 1 box and paid through ******. I received a confirmation from ****** that the order had processed. Seconds later I received a second confirmation from ****** that an order for 4 boxes had been paid for. I immediately tried to contact the seller to correct the error. I had neither ordered nor authorized a second order for 4 more boxes. I never received a confirmation from the seller, Comify Limited also known as Wellamoon. I logged on to their website and filed the required (by them) but never heard back from them until they sent a confirmation with tracking number. They claimed the order could not be cancelled once shipped, even though I emailed and filed with them minutes after the late night order was placed. This is not the only place I've seen that this company has done this before.

    I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered ONE PACK of sleeping patches. As I went through the "check out" and payment phase for this order, there were no less than ***** pop-up offers with very intentionally hidden "no thanks" places to click that I did not want this offer. There was no way out of this very intentional "throw-it-in-your face" five minute barage of "add this for 40% off" "PUSH selling.I did end up with 4 more bags of the procuct I wanted because I missed one "no thanks" along the way. This type of selling should be illegal!I did call the customer service telephone number right after the order was placed when I noticed this. Of course the response I have heard before was given "oh, I don't think the order can be stopped once it is already placed."
