Purchased a used transmission on 9/8/2023 for $2172.48 Order ID ****** with a 3 months ************************** warranty. Sent me a terrible transmission not in the condition they described and refuse to accept return, despite sending photos and proof and having a warranty. Take days to respond via email and try to only communicate by phone to avoid having proof in writing. Lost ******** messages with them, due to their ad going against guidelines. Shipping took forever and they refused to provide tracking. I want a full refund for a faulty product - fully scammed - do not purchase for this "company."Customer Answer

Found further damage - see attached photos comparing intact solenoid on transmission that was removed and broken on the transmission sent from company, as well as the cover on it that shows the damage that caused it to break. Absolutely absurd that they sold and sent this product

On February 13, 2023, we googled a motor for a **** ****** Frontier truck. We found one that guaranteed us to work for a total price of $1782.13. The name of the company we purchased from is Techgineer, as listed here. We were to pay $732.13 deposit, which was paid on 2/13/2023, I do not have a receipt for this payment, I only have my bank account to show this payment, I will upload a copy of this payment. The remainer was to be paid when it was ready to be shipped. They called us on 2/14/2023 for the remainder of the payment, which was $1050.00 and it was paid that day. My husband had heart surgery shortly after that and our technician had broken ribs during that time and was not able to finish the install until June. The part was defective by the cam shaft in the distributor and is not turning according to our technician. Our technician is licensed and has been doing this work for over 30 years. He said the part was not checked out before sending it to us. We initiated a refund with Techgineer. We spoke to a manager named ****, who now we know he no longer works there. But at the time, he agreed to give us a refund for the amount of $732.13. **** said that there warehouse manger named ***** was not going to refund the $1050.00, which made us think we were only dealing with one company. We were still in negotiations on the later of the two prices but they said they would go ahead and refund the first of the two. We never received it and I have been calling every other day since that date. Techgineer tried to tell us that there is a 3 month warranty and that we had exceeded that. I do not have a warranty in any of my emails. When I called today, 8/3/2023, they told me that **** no longer worked there and that they could not stand behind the refund. The man I talked with today told me that I agreed to the warranty in an email. I have all of the emails printed out and can zoom with anyone who does not believe me and share my screen to prove that in the original email there was not a warranty listed. Techgineer representative tells me that he can send me a copy of where I agreed to a 3 month warranty. I said by all means send it. The email sent today does show a warranty: 3 months in the middle of the email. I looked at my paper work, looked at the original email in question and it was not there. The representative copied the email, pasted or typed the warranty to it and scanned it and sent it to me. I know that is what they did because I have the proof, both emails, will be uploaded. I can zoom and show my proof if needed. I have only realized today, 8/3/2023 that I was dealing with a two party sale. Techgineer took the deposit for finding the part. The part was actually purchased from a company, *** Auto Parts, in ******* *******. I will be filing a complaint in ******* as well because my technician said the part was not checked before it was shipped. The website for the *************** shows they have a warranty but does not disclose a certain amount of days or time. It only says they have a warranty. I have it printed as well. I can send all the proof to whomever needs it and I can zoom if needed to show my proof further. All I am asking from Techgineer is the $732.13 that I paid them, the later of the two prices will be taken up with the BBB in *******. Please, contact me if you have any questions.Initial Complaint

Techgineer was paid **** , could not deliver the order I placed , it apparently was delivered to the wrong state , All sounded very sketchy so I decided to cancel order and get a refund , after ******************** finally refunded partially **** . He said I would receive the other 560 the following week , several weeks have passed with the excuse of a banking issue being used . These ppl are crooks and should not be allowed to do business in ******* . Beware , look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble of being ripped off like I was . Techgineer is not what they claim to be , definitely a rip off ,bkwInitial Complaint

I was scammed out of $1,900 from this company. They led me to believe that their business was legit and guaranteed their work with money back guarantee if the engine was faulty. I have been trying to contact them for the warranty refund and all they do is lie saying they will give a call back. They are polite but only because they want to scam you. I would love to have this company and its employees fined or taken to court. I dont want them to continue on with their fraudulent business. Is there a way to *** them?
