on 2/21/23 I attempted to order from "****** auto parts group" a E4OD transmission from a **** f 350 for the price of $600 They claim i was helped by a "*****************" but the person gave me the name "***************************" and attempted to charge me $1500 for an E4OD from a **** f 350. I called to cancel and was repeatedly hung up on. I ask for the supervisor and no matter who answers they claim to be the supervisor and give me fake names. Then they cuss me out and hang up on me. All the people are from ***** but claim to be in ****** and give names of different ** companies every time you call. They absolutely refuse to cancel my order or even work with me at all. I cancelled my card and filed a fraud chargeback which they deny, by giving false information, and claiming they sent me multiple emails which i never received, in an attempt to work it out. They've even gone as far as to fabricate copies of emails for the chargeback report. They charged me $590 and refuse to talk to me but claim they are willing to offer a refund or cancel the order if i had just contacted them which i have done many times. total fraud company full of liars and scam artistsInitial Complaint

I tried buying a motor from them about two weeks ago and put a $300 deposit down for one that would fit my car and as Im trying to receive updates and more information about the donor car all of their phone numbers are no longer working and they will not reply to any emails Ive sent. This isnt the first time its happened to someone after doing quite a bit more digging.Initial Complaint

I made my purchase in between the 3rd and 10th of March 2023. Received my transmission on 3/14/23. Transmission put in between 3/25-3/28/23 and driven twice since then. Transmission was out the second drive on 4/1/23, which was 4 hours away from my home while on vacation. Got my car towed back home and put back in a shop. I contacted Techgineer Auto on 4/3/23 to inform them and they told me to let them know when I get an diagnostics on the transmission and we can start the process of refund. I was awarded 4 months warranty with Techgineer Auto, 100% money back guaranteed or a replacement and I wanted my money back. They have all recordings on a recorded line where they lied to me from the beginning. They didnt get an extended warranty within their warehouse that they work with, but gave me a 4 month warranty and Im well within mine to get my refund. They are not taking on responsibility of resolving my issue with a none working transmission that they have sold me. My car is in the shop again because of their mishap. They keep telling me to keep the transmission and dispute both transactions. But their warehouse is declining because Techgineer went out of warranty with them after 30 days. Those 30 days has nothing to do with my 4 month warranty that they gave me. Im coming out of pocket again for $4600.00 and they dont want to give me my $1400.00 back. I just want my refund and they are giving me a very hard time and stating that they cant do anything to help me. Everybody within that company, including managers and supervisors are full of lies and will not mention their names to you when answering the phone now and keep saying they are not helping and they dont have anything to do with getting my refund. December 12, 2022 Order# KN0325 Salesperson: **************************: $300.00 We ordered a motor for our **** GMC truck Series ************ (5.7L, VIN K, 8th digit), gasoline. We put a $300 deposit down. They said to call when ready for delivery and when we called they said that the one they had did not pass inspection and they were getting another delivery later in the week and would ship then. Never recieved so we called and they said they did not receive that engine and they could not help **. They agreed to return our deposit and never have. We called several times and they keep saying that they did return the money into my account, then they said it went to wrong account and they would retrieve it and send to my account.I have still not received the money back to my account.Initial Complaint

March 24:I initiated a refund through phone and email exchange from Techgineer for a product that I ordered. It was accepted and to be processed and finalized within **** days (March 31-April 3). Today, April 11th, I still have not yet received a receipt from my purchase, or any amount of the refund of $510.March 25-April 5:No contact from Techgineer.Thursday, April 6:I called ****** the phone agent for Techgineer who I originally made the purchase and refund with. She said she was unaware that the billing team had not yet processed my refund and that they would contact me later that day with a phone call and an emailed receipt of the refund. This call from the billing team never came, nor did I get an emailed receipt. I texted ***** this evening that I still had not received this call or email, she replied with her billing teams phone number. The phone number does not connect and is a dead line. I tell this to ***** and request another number to contact with no reply.Friday, April 7:I got a call from a man at Techgineer who claimed to be on the billing team and that he would send me a receipt that day. This email was not sent. Monday, April 10:***** calls asking if I have been contacted by the billing team, I say by phone only, but no receipt or refund.Tuesday, April 11:I reply to an existing email exchange with multiple members of Techgineer stating that I have not yet received any of the mentioned emails, receipts or refunds. Their response was the same, they will be sending me a receipt and refund in time.I do not believe this company will ever send me a refund without further action. They have been rude during all exchanges and have provided no help or reassurance. I have been lied to, deflected, hung up on and given false information. This business seems to prey on people to who don't have the time, energy, attention, means or otherwise to continue following up on their money.Initial Complaint

I order an engine for my ***** c3500 they said they have one. they tested it and it didn't pass. they wanted to sell me a more expensive engine I refused it.They said they would refund my $500.00 three weeks ago and every time I called they said give us a week and you will be payed. Yesterday 02/01/2023 We proceeded to buy a transmission for an **** Infiniti QX56. The company Techgineer we spoke to ************* who stated the whole cost for our transmission was ******* they then proceeded to take 417 off my debit card and said remaining balance would be due when the part shipped. They proceeded to call me back this morning 02/02/2023 and say that we owed the balance of ******* and that our transmission was ready to ship. We told them to cancel the order and asked to speak to the supervisor after asking for a refund. They then had some other guy call us back about 30 minutes later he was no help, he then had another lady call back and she sent and email stating the cancellation of the order and said we would only get 117 of the 417 that was taken off our debit card back. I do not recommend this company at all. When we told them we had read the reviews about their company ************* stated they were all bad because people didn't want him in business because he sold good parts and everyone was buying his parts and not theirs.Initial Complaint

Classic bait and switch. **** a picture of the engine I bought. Picture of a clean 7.3 with 78k miles. **** me a completely different motor (obviously left out of doors in the elements) closer to 200k+ miles unknown. Picture obviously had the turbo on motor and all intakes sealed. Shipping was supposed to be via ***** or *** Freight. It came rolling loose in the bed of some girls pick up truck.Initial Complaint

I inquired about a product and received both verbal and email confirmation of the item being ordered. I provided payment and an item was delivered, but it was not the item ordered. The item was for the wrong model and year automobile, as well as had more than ******* miles on it over the promised mileage. I contacted the company and they agreed to issue a refund. Only a partial refund was received. The company stated I had to contact another company for the remainder. It was discovered that they were a middle man in a parts dealing ring and gave my bank information to another business without my knowledge or permission. They refuse to give the remaining refund and ignore all correspondence. A police report has been filed.Initial Complaint

On 11/23/22 I paid Techgineer $1007.45 for a transmission for my **** ***** b-**** pick truck. It came with a 4 month warranty! It was shipped directly to ********************** Repair in *******, ** for installation. **** installed a new clutch, a new clutch slave cylinder (I think that's what it's call) and fluids, **** informed me the transmission was no good, that it has internal transmission noises! I let techgineer know if the findings, they first said can I email them noises? They later said via email-can the mechanic fix it?and that they would pay for it! Then I was told to send it back and that once they received it they would send me another one! I responded that it makes sense for them to send a replacement at their cost, so when mechanic pull the bad transmission out they can install the replacement transmission, and I can send the bad one to them! I GOT NO RESPONSE! I then emailed them to say that a refund would be a better solution to this issue! AGAIN NO RESPONSE! After I had purchased this transmission, and had a problem getting a tracking number from them, I then checked Techgineer's reviews.....I knew I had dealt with a fraudulent business, that Techgineer sells bad parts, won't give you a refund, ignores your phone calls, just to name a few of the complaints, of which is exactly what I'm dealing with them! I also had get rid of my debit card I used to make this purchase, because another review stated that Techgineer tried using their credit card information for their personal use! So I just want my money back, a ****** learned dealing with this business!!!
