      On July 27, 2022, I purchased a transmission with a 4 month warranty for a **** **** Escape from Techgineer/***********************. It was shipped from *** to ****** ************** in Vidalia. Due to Covid related issues with towing/servicing, I had problems getting the vehicle to the shop. On October 3rd, the shop notified me the transmission was not working. I immediately started trying to contact Techgineer at **********. I was calling and leaving messages for the next week. Once I finally got someone to answer the phone, I was first advised the warranty had expired which I told the operator that I have an email that states 4 month warranty on the item. She then stated she had to talk to her supervisor and call me back. 3 days passed without a phone call. I tried calling back again and again. I left 3 separate messages about this situation, still no one called me back. On October 25, I finally got an operator to answer the phone. Again, she stated the warranty had expired. I told her I had an email which stated I had a 4 month warranty that has not expired. She gave me a number to call the warehouse and speak to *****. I called him and he stated that he gives them a 30 day warranty and ships the product, he has no other dealing with the transaction. I called back to Techgineer and this operator began to question me on why I took so long to call which I told her. Then she stated that my story made no sense to her and hung up the phone on me. I called back and this time the operator became very belligerent when I was asking to speak to a supervisor, all I wanted was another transmission sent to the shop in exchange for the inoperable one. As she kept telling me that I should have called back sooner about the issue and ignoring what I was telling her about my reasoning behind the delay. I told her if I can't get a replacement and they would not honor the warranty then I wanted my $860. Operator then said, it's not her problem the transmission doesn't work. I have a witness.

      On 08/22/2022, I contacted ********** Transmissions to aquire transmission for my truck. The number listed wa ********, ****** **************. I was transfered to a represenitive, ( *********************) I ordered a used transmission for my **** Expedition. The total price was $1174. $900 for the part, $185.00 shipping, and $89.77 for tax, Which Im also skeptical of because I live in ****** there is no tax for goods, and the part was being shipped to ******. Ive ordered many items online and Ive never been charged a tax. The order number is:NFO147. I was going to have the item Shipped to ********************* ************************************ 97213-7153. I was told by **************** that only a portion of the money will be withdrawn from my debit card, and after two or three days the remaining will be decucted from my debit card. They deducted $424 from my debit card on 08/23/2022, Two days later I get a call from ********************* telling me that there are more issues regarding my truck, They found that the engine block was actually cracked. Which means I also needed a new engine besides the transmission. I didnt forsee that. I scrapped the truck. I contacted Techgineer Auto that day 08/24/2022 by email and told them to cancel my order. **************** emailed back and kept saying I need to talk to you let me give you a call. I told him we can talk after he cancels my order. I asked more than ten times for them to cancel my order. It hadnt even shipped yet, and they hadnt taken the remaining balance off my card yet. I explained to him why I was cancelling, I dont even have the truck anymore so I dont need the transmission.. I repeattdly told them to cancel my order. To this day I havent heard from them, they wont answer my calls or emails. The Sales Order ID is ********. I think this is a fraudulent business, When I called I was transfered straight to a recording was on hold for two hrs! no one ever got on the phone. All I want is my funds returned.

      Placed a order for 2012 Kia ******* engine. NO engine, NO Calls explaining what happened $3,112 was sent to this establishments..I call inquiring about my funds either placed on hold, never to return or JUST HANG UP ON ME! ITS BEEN WEEKS NO NOTHING!!!!

      I purchased a transmission from this company and it never got delivered and I keep getting the run around, I asked this person name **** multiple times the whereabouts of this transmission and he keeps telling me that its ready to be sent and that the delivery person is sick and to wait and wait and when I finally stated I wanted a refund he is now saying that he wont refund me and wont allow me to speak with someone else giving me the impression that this is a scam business. I do not know what else to do so I decided to file a complaint here so no one else gets taken like this. I paid $360 dollars and he wont refund me this money.
