      Been using Freestyle Libre for 2plus years and IF it works, it's great. **************** is worthless and i am looking for an alternative. Last two sensors stopped working and two other ones fell off. I think customer service should be familiar with this device and ************************** recommended for a host of reasons.

      On Sunday, July 24, 2022 I activated a brand new Libre 2 continuous glucose monitor. From the very start, the device gave an error message that it was faulty. I called customer service and gave them the status code and they agreed to send me out a replacement. Since it was my only means of checking glucose, they offered to send it overnight. When I didn't get the package as expected, I called and they told me they could see that the original rep and indicated that it would be sent overnight, but that it had been sent via ground instead. I was informed that I would receive the package the following Tuesday, 9 days after my original call. I asked if a new one could be sent overnight since I had no way of checking my glucose in the interim and was told that that was not "possible". Which, well, is not true. They just didn't want to send me another device.I called back again asked to speak with customer relations and was told that that was also not possible.

      I will use what I paid for but don't see a need to continue using the Libre or giving Abbott my business. The first time I called, the Libre came off my arm about an hour after placing it on my arm. How? I brushed up against the door frame. So I replaced the Libre and had results that didn't make sense. Yes, I understand that it can take 15 minutes for the Libre to reach numbers a finger poke gives but they were so erroneous. An entire day I was in the 70's - 90's, finger stick read 134 while the Libre registered 92. The last reading I had with the Libre stated my BS was 41! The finger stick registered 168. Then, and this is where I am extremely upset, stopped working 2 days early. Why? The first time I called a replacement was not sent because your employee never set up a profile. These phone calls are almost 30 minutes long. The second phone call your employee didn't seem interested in the faulty readings and the fact that it stopped working 2 days prematurely. If this is the best you can offer a consumer, then I don't want to waste my money on erroneous readings, short lived sensor, and your staff that did not take my complaints seriously.
