      I used the freestyle Libre 3 and got a low glucose warning of 67 I immediately checked and my blood sugar test was 147 and 80 Point difference this can be very serious and harmful to diabetics I was told by the customer service representative that the first 24 to 48 hours is needed for the sensor to adjust and the data may not be accurate which means that this sensor which is being falsely advertised for 14 days is only accurate for 12 days this is misleading patience customers and their needs to be a correction made by Abbott for this product there should not be an 80 Point difference between this sensor and an actual blood glucose test the directions and manuals on the *** and on the paper that is provided in the Box does not indicate anywhere that the first 24 to 48 hours is an adjustment. This needs to be updated this is very dangerous to the public.

      The sensor is reading about ******* points too low; its obviously defective and the company will not award me a voucher for a replacement.

      I bought the reader and sensors.Sensor not keeping charge!!Spend money again for another charger.New sensor applied NOT CONNECTING!! Tried another sensor Not CONNECTING.Calked freestyle libre customer service service (a joke) takes forever to get message across have to keep repeating myself(I do not have an accent) tell hr what's going on she finally tells me she's sending replacement fine get the"replacement the following week-2 sesors in the box!!NO READER WHAT GOOD IS THE SENSOR WITHOUT THE READER.CALL AGAIN(STILL A JOKE)takes forever for him to understand even my address finally understands what I'm saying then needs sn for both have to unpack box give both numbers then tells me they can only replace one because it may not be the meters fault it doesn't connect.well I tried 2 sensors and still failed.Yes I have insurance(ppo) but I still have to pay out if pocket.Now I have to go buy another freaking reader since tsbeen week without it This s unacceptable

      Got the Libre system 2 weeks ago. Have had 3 sensors go bad and all they tell me is we will send you another sensor. ***** wonder can see there is a problem but they can't. I am out of pocket over $200 for thus junk system. Noone will refund me . So this company sells a product that's junk and gets away with it. 1st sensor was giving false reading , thank god I had my other meter .then the sensor quit working. Called tech support. Get sent another sensor. After another 2 quit working I stopped using this junk. If the had negative numbers for the reviews I would have used it. Junk system and junk company. My rating is "0" but you have to give a star to have your review seen

      This company sends out expired sensors marked with incorrect expiration dates. They won’t replace the sensors, just tell you they’re expired based on the serial numbers (despite all packaging saying they have 6 months left). Customer service is like talking to a brick wall if you try. This after, like another person said, about a 25-30% sensor failure rate even on unexpired products.

      20 defective sensors or more in a years time. Replaced needed replacing. Can not hear customer service rep. I need to punch a hole in the wall ... I will be right back. Hi , I going into a coma ... please call 911.

      I purchased a reader kit on 11.10.22 @ $64.99 and 2 sensors on 11.17.22 @ $76.56 for a total of $141.55 at local ******* pharmacy. The reader kept giving me "sensor error, glucose reading is unavailable. Try scanning again in 10 minutes". I scanned again in 10 minutes and the same error came up. The sensor was also an irritation on my skin. So I removed it. I attempted to return the unopened sensor box to ******* for a refund. They said to contact Freestyle because they cannot accept returns. I contacted Freestyle and they want to replace the sensor. I said no. They will not give me a refund for the unused sensor. I am disappointed that Abbott doesn't stand behind its product nor do they offer to make me whole with a product that didn't provide the service it was intended for. I am entitled to get a product that works and if it doesn't suit my needs, I am entitled to a full refund of my out of pocket expense of $141.55. Shame on you Abbott. You prey on diabetic consumers and sell a product that is useless.

      My husband uses the freestyle libre for over 2 yrs. They come off easy even if he's trying to be careful. We completely clean the area then alcohol to clean again and the put on adhesive glue to help hold what a joke. Then if you get ahold of customer service they want all of the serial #'s on the ones that fell off who the **** keeps that? I'm tired of arguing with them. My husband has had about 11 fall off over the past yr and half. They did replace 2! Please help

      Pathetic service and rude. Doesn't listen. Have to repeat myself. Ask to speak with someone in higher authority and told that I would have to hang up and call back. Problems with application.

      Using Freestyle Libre system since 2017. Over past year, have experienced 5-6 failures on activating new sensors: after the "ready in 60 minutes" the sensor says its finished and I need a new sensor! Have complained to ***************** On only one occasion was the sensor replaced. Have written 3 letters over past year: not one has been responded to by ABBOTT here in *********. Absolutely will look for an alternative. ******** care does NOT exist despite website detailing otherwise. **************** ****** ******
