      ******* and his team did a great job. His inside office was always in communication with us since day one very prompt service and also the roofing crew did good quality workmanship in a final cleanup.. all of my neighbors have decided to also proceeded with Universal Home Improvement after seeing our outcome with them!

      ****** and his team did a magnificent job from the beginning to end. The turnaround time was amazing. I got approved on Friday and the next day got installed for my full replacement approved by State Farm! I would highly recommend ****** and his team to any customer that has insurance needs for full insurance claims replacement.

      Universal Home Improvement is a first-class company. They were very thorough, and professional and exceeded all my expectations. Universal provided me with a timely response when I contacted them. They also were always available when I needed them during this whole process of getting the work done from the beginning to the end. They took the time to ensure I understood the procedure for working with my insurance company. Universal Home Improvement's knowledge showed me that they are a first-class company. From the beginning of inspecting my roof, assisting me with filing my claim, working with the insurance company, then the excellent job of installing my roof in a timely and professional manner made me feel comfortable. I was completely satisfied with the job they had done. The high quality of workmanship was commendable and showed Universal Home Improvement's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to get their roof replaced.
