1 starBought a new car here because I was desperate it was ok salesman constantly hounded me and solicited . Main problem is brought in my old car to get look at and they charged 600 for a tune up and to fix something. A month later my *************************************************************** to a local mechanic and they said The whole Underbody has rusted and the car was totaled. How the heck did ray not notice this? Beware and go elsewhere. Also when I emailed someone about this no response so yah .edit: I have called them to remove me from mail and they keep sending letters anyways. Disgusting place. They have continued to mail me for two years despite about 7 times calling them. This is harassment.Review fromKarime G

??!! BEWARE CHECK YOUR VEHICLES BEFORE AND AFTER BEFORE YOU LET RAYMOND CHEVROLET ************ TOUCH IT?? Just a good day to schedule service on my 2023 Silverado 1500 for oil change, letting them know a head of time my truck rubs when it turns and be careful on the wheels to not get them scratch. Seems like they heard the opposite anyways we go and talk to there supposedly manager and he seems to not care and really DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE!! (***********************) Guess what he said "I'm Not Fixing this wheel" because evertime is a problem! What you mean problem? You mean is a problem telling you that be careful with the wheels to look out for them! Really?DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE RAYMOND CHEVROLET IN ANTIOCH!This dude is out of his mind.Funny how they say we get thousands of cars in and nobody has a problem, IS TIME TO LOOK OUT, CHECK YOUR VEHICLES BEFORE YOU LET THEM TOUCH IT They will try to get out of it.* RAYMOND CHEVROLET * ANTIOCH *I know is a aftermarket wheel, all I want to stand out is that they have to be MORE CAREFUL, and stop denying that they didn't do it. When is Clear. They have to take responsibilities of there actions. AS ALL I CAN SEE THRU THE WINDOW WHEN YOU DROP OFF THE VECHICLE FOR SERVICE IS GUYS THROWING MIDDLE FINGERS AT EACH OTHER! All I was is to hold them accountable. I DONT WANT MONEY BACK, NEITHER WHEELS/TIRES MAIN POINT IS THAT THEY HAVE TO TAKE ACCOUNTABLE.

5 starsIm new to the area and the old ***** Dealer I used before was just too far. I went in looking for a car and ***** was a great guy. No BS, he says it how it is. I understand the market is going up and down. I was able to get a fare deal on my trade in. What helped even more was the rebate he found and the finance office checking around for the best rate. I havent tried Service, since its a new car. But if its anything like the sales side, I feel like Im in good hands.Review fromLucas B

5 starsBy far the best car buying experience I ever had. ****** was a great help and walked us through the process! Took me right to see the car I wanted to see, no other BS or trying to show me cars out of my budget! They were totally upfront about the policies, allowed a test drive and let us inspect the vehicle. ****** really made the experience easy and chatted with my family, we genuinely enjoyed talking to him as a person.
