      ****** is an excellent salesman. He was very helpful in my new car shopping process, very personable but not pushy. He was able to patiently provide me with all the information I needed to choose the vehicle I wanted. Thank you ******.

      I delt with ******. He was awesome. When the first truck I drove had some minor problems he took the time to walk the lot with me and took a few for a test ride. I ultimately bought a truck from him. When it came time to trade my truck I told him it was at my house and I had nobody to follow me to bring it in because my wife was sick with cancer. He not only delivered my new truck to the house but also picked up my trade in. I would say that that was above and beyond. I would highly recommend him to do business with he is a very pleasant person to work with.

      I am going to provide feedback so that hopefully will help improve the experience.Whether you take my feedback to heart is really up to you.My experience was very disappointing and I dont believe I will be coming back.I had an appointment to see a specific vehicle. I made an appointment and talked with an Online rep to verify that the car was available before I arrived.No one bothered to check to make sure the vehicle was ready. I dont mean pulled up and ready because honestly with the number of dealerships I have come to I think maybe 2 are actually ready like they say they will be. The fact that it hasnt been cleaned or detailed was frustrating and i was Embarrassed for you. Than to come to find that the seat was damaged so I couldnt drive it.We went on to find another. I went to the website on my phone and asked to see another one that had the right criteria. The dealer searched high and low and no One could find it. After some time waiting we took a walk to try and find it. An hour later we found out it was sold that morning. We went back to the drawing board again. I again searched on my phone and decided to see a **** We walked over to *** across the street only to find it wasnt there. It was in the service center. This was also a car the manager advised would be in the budget. I just requested a back up camera, 3rd row and miles under 90,0000. The gas light was on in the *** but we decided to give it a try.The *** was loaded with everything and as nice as it was it was when it come to numbers it was over 200 over my price range. I had no business being in that car. I had already asked my husband to come see the car and was again very disappointed and frustrated.Than a 4th car is shown to me. This is a complete opposite of the *** and didnt have the one thing on my must have. A backup camera. The check engine light was on and once again no gas. Felt like I wasted hours at the dealership and should have just left

      I came in a few days ago to get a used vehicle because mine was on its last leg, they helped me find a new (used) car that was in my price range and will last me for a years to come. I enjoyed my time here and wanted to give a big thanks to **** for bearing with me, while we test drove every car! Sorry Im indecisive! We got there eventually. Thank you to everyone that helped me!
