      They promised a free estimate, then when they got there they said it was ***** to even look. They did not even look at our pipes or the problem then said it would be a "big job" and he could tell us more after we paid his ***** fee. When I called to complain they said they tell people it is a free estimate then fold the fee into the job. So they lie then put in hidden costs before they even give you an estimate. Not honest before they even get to the house.

      I got 3 quotes from what I tough were the best companies out there *** Came in cheapest at $7900 similar system from four seasons and ****** heating were over 10k I thought I was getting a deal but boy let me tell you what a mistake, they saying you get what you pay for its sooo true I guess I should blame myself for choosing the cheapest option, I don't know how I felt for it I typically choose quality over price. Shame on me and on them!Seems like most of their staff is inexperienced and I don't know if it is incompetence or unethical, but they don't take care of their customers Do your research, I'd stay away from this company

      If I could give 0 stars, it would be an easy choice. We contacted *** about re-plumbing our laundry room as part of a renovation. The first plumber showed up Friday afternoon and tried selling us subscription services for our home systems. We said thank you, quickly declined and had to focus the plumber on the requested quote. He went to van and came back with a $2600 quote that required $900 deposit to be completed on Monday with the proposal to follow by email. Given the size of *** as a business and the fact we were on tight timeline, we agreed. On Monday, a different plumber showed up and again tried asking about other home systems rather than the proposed work. Before he started work, we discussed the job and I asked him to cut the drywall from stud to stud to make the wall repair easier. We left him along for 15 minutes and he asked us to discuss the work. Not only did he destroy the drywall, he said it would require more work and he would come back with updated price. After few minutes in van the quote jumped to $4600. We declined to continue and he asked for an additional $367 for the work that morning. We said fine and the expectation that we would receive the initial $900 deposit back. After speaking with customer service, they claimed we owed $1267 for maybe 30 minutes of work and a destroyed work space. After several phone calls, *** offered courtesy return of less than $900 with no proposal. Keep in mind, It also took a full 10 days to actually receive a written proposal from initial quote. Based on rating here and broadly, Im not sure how this company stays in business. Please avoid at all costs.

      business never returned my calls when asked to credit me $500 dollars on the final ****. credit was promised to me buy there manager and customer experience team.

      Had a problem with three toilets flappers were not working in all three toilets. Called *** they sent out a plumber a d gave me an estimate that to replace all three flappers would cost $2,000.00 . Told them giid bye I could get three new toilets installed for $400.00 . They are very croojed to deal with. Before that I needed two new smoke detectors with C02n they installed it for ****** . They said would last 10 years lasted 6 months called them back they were charging service call ******. They are crooked. You can call me They should not be advertising on TV. *********************

      Called to get A/C tune up. Tech left HUGE note on furnace maintenance log that furnace was unsafe knowing that we are getting ready to sell house. We contacted another local HVAC firm who warned us about **** That tech checked furnace over for 30 minutes and reported that everything was safe. We will NEVER call *** again.
