  Every staff member was efficient, knowledgeable in their field and if needed contacted the site manager to receive further instructions.Each person cleaned up the work area before they left the site for the day. Some of the renovations were extensive but the men worked as teams to accomplish the entire project

  As a former worker they would brag about doing jobs without permits and would tell me to Base jobs off race/ethnicity.

  Matrix Home Solutions recently remodeled our unfinished basement, and they did a fantastic job. Our basement was unfinished space; when they were finished, we had a beautiful recreation area, complete with storage and a full bathroom. ******, the job supervisor, was extremely conscientious about making sure the job was done right. His customer service was second-to-none. That's not to say we didn't have a few hiccups; that's to be expected with a job of this size. I give Matrix my highest recommendation and would be happy to work with them again.

  Matrix just finished my basement and it looks amazing! They did a great job with the project and completed it within their projected time frame. Their communication was very responsive from beginning to end and their contractors were on time. We are very happy with the project.

  We are very pleased with the result of our tub and shower upgrade. The product look and quality of the installed tub and fixtures are as we had hoped and expected they would be. The installation crew did an excellent job for us. The crew kept me informed as they progressed through the job. My questions were answered clearly, and the suggestions provided throughout the installation were spot on. The clutter was kept to a minimum and the finished worked was cleaned as I had hoped. The work timeframe was exactly what Matrix sales had promised. We upgraded to a jacuzzi type of tub for our personal relaxation, the finished tub and shower provides what we had planned to achieve. I would recommend matrix home solutions.

  All in all we are generally happy with the results of the work. From the sales consultations, going over the plans to work getting done. Communication could, at times, have been more responsive and management of the different trades could have been better. I had opted to paint the finished space myself and so they did not seal the molding edges and nail holes which was disappointing as I expected the space to be delivered ready for paint, but ultimately my questions and concerns were addressed and the space looks fantastic. We are overall very happy with our new remodeled basement.

  I recently contracted with Matrix Home Solutions to have my basement finished. The entire experience was amazing. From the sales consultation with ******* all the through the final walkthrough. All the Matrix Staff were professional and did quality work. *************************, the project manager was very thorough and kept me abreast of all timelines and answered my questions promptly. *************************** was amazing and did excellent work. I am very pleased with the project outcome and would highly recommend Home Matrix Solultions for your future home improvement needs.

  Everyone was very professional and did quality work. They always kept their work space cleaned up when they were done for the day, everyone was communicative and the project actually finished slightly early! It was great to have the app to see when people were scheduled and they kept on time the whole project which is impressive. We are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Matrix.

  Overall, very good. All projects have complications, missed expectations, and general headaches. ***** is very professional. He listened to my frustrations, and worked to solve the challenge. The contractors were good to exceptional. Would recommend.
