  *** and his team did a fabulous job finishing our basement. They were kind, professional, and completed the job in a timely matter. The finished product turned out even better than we'd expected. Would highly recommend!

  Cons: Sales tactics. The salesman that visited our home was very pushy, and we did not appreciate the feeling of being pressured to make a decision that night (otherwise we would have missed out on the "discount" being offered.) Some contractors that were on site could have manage cleanliness better. Construction materials and some trash was left without being cleaned up afterwards.Pros: **** (project manager) is awesome, 10/10 would recommend working with him in the future. He goes above and beyond what is outlined for his role. Timeline laid out for the project was mostly solid, we had 1 incident where the schedule had to be pushed back, but this was our fault, not the contactors. We received timely responses on any questions/issues that occurred throughout the project. Scope of work that was laid out was very thorough, and even through there was a language barrier with most sub-contractors, everyone was very polite to work with. Overall good experience with Matrix construction team, not so good experience with the sales team.

  My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience working with Matrix. We hired them to finish our basement and add a full bath. Everyone we worked with was polite, responsive and extremely professional. They have an amazing app that lets you see your schedule for each day and who will be on site. We started our project in September and they finished early December. Every week someone was working, which made us feel like our project was top priority. We will definitely be hiring them again for any future bathroom or basement projects!

  I want to start by saying ****** the Field manager is a Blessing. He was managing 13 other jobs and I felt like I was the only client. He is very thorough and responsive. Any adjustment was addressed immediately. He is honest and stayed on top of the crews. I would highly recommend ****** as the Field manager. I am very happy with the outcome.

  Matrix Solutions finished a portion of my basement. From the beginning to the finshed product, the work was well done and in a timely manner. Everyone was very professional and worked so hard. It looks beautiful. Inspections went very well with no issues found. The Assistant Production Manger, ****** B***** and *** G******, who coordinated and scheduled the work, were both very helpful during the project.

  I had an old shower removed and a new one put in by Matrix Home Solutions. The salesman who first visited my home and gave me an estimate was *****. He was very professional, helpful and courteous with his presentation and helpful suggestions. **** and ***** were the demolition crew and also the rebuild guys. They were very respectful of both me and my home. They had drop cloths from the doorway thru the bathroom. They worked hard then entire time they were here and did an awesome job. Everything is just beautiful and even better than I could have imagined. They cleaned everything up when they were done and it looked as if nothing had happened - except that I had a beautiful shower. Thank you so very much!!!!

  Everything was smooth sailing from our initial interaction with the sales rep until finishing. Total time was about 3 months for our **** square foot basement and the schedule was adhered to. Everybody showed up and left on time from insulation to floor. Everything looks amazing and it added so much more value to our home compared to the cost

  our site manager ***** with Matrix was extremely responsive, the work was completed by their contractors was excellent. Anytime there was a miscommunication it was remedied immediately and they gave us all the time we needed to make decisions and even gave us the space to make changes.

  Matrix was organized and very efficient with our basement refinishing project. Issues that came up were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. **** took great care to make sure our bathroom fixtures were installed correctly. Overall, we were very satisfied with Matrix.
