We do see the email communication opened with the consumer affairs team and it looks as though additional information was requested that we are waiting on.
When issues are reported, we ask to see images of the mop as well as the lot number as we requested. We also want to troubleshoot the product.

Our ******* mop is defective after about five-6 uses. It flip -flops at the bottom of the handle. It is most frustrating when mop head flips when pushing or pulling while attempting to clean floors. O-cedar is selling junk products. I'm filing a complaint due to broken mop bucket. This is my third purchase within 9 months. I mop every day and the bucket pedal does not work. This is unacceptable. I ask FHT to issue a replacement bucket and mop stick. I purchase two buckets/mop kits from ******* and one from Amazon. Amazon offered my money back, so I went to ******* and purchased another bucket/mop kit. Now I have two buckets that the bucket pedal does not spin. Please, I ask for your benevolent assistance to remedy this poorly made item and issue a working replacement, until I can find another suitable mop and spin bucket. I've called and emailed your company four times with no response. This is not good business. I am rejecting this response because: O-Cedar has NOT resolve issue. I've sent them numerous pictures of the bucket and mop, and the id numbers printed on the on the mop and bucket, yet I'm getting the run-around from their rep ************* I've sent them the Amazon receipt but I am unable to send the Wal-mart receipt because I don't have it. Yet I've sent them the picture of both buckets and mop. I expect full replacement or refund for both broket buckets and mop. Please assist to getting the issue positively resolve.

we're sorry to see this as we were assisting via email.
We have responded that we would replace in full the (1) bucket we received the image and the receipt receipt for.
As the bucket initially arrived with out a receipt - and per our warranty we use the codes from the system. The system reflected 3 years outside our 1 year warranty. We offered a ***** coupon to use towards product replacement.
An Amazon receipt was offered showing purchased within the time period. We changed our resolution to a full bucket replacement for the system.
We have only identified one bucket and one coding.
We have asked to have both buckets in one image so we may identify the codes for the 2nd bucket to validate warranty.
We understand a receipt may not be available this another reason we ask for the manufacturers information on the system.

DO NOT PURCHASE This its cheap and made poor quality I have already bought a few and had the company replace one that came broken in box yet I had to call the *** jump through hoops to get a receipt reprint then instead of a refund I get sent another mop new in box and it started falling apart after second use The ones I purchased were specifically for pets (miniature dachshund and a cat) yet they cant even hold up to no pets Ive waisted money time effort and more!As a 100% disabled veteran I dont appreciate this company scamming us and stealing money from someone on a set income.Business Response

We have received 1 complaint on ticket ****** April 2024- we explained that the time frame of the issue the product should be returned to the retailer purchase for a refund. However we did replace the product for you with an email of you agreeing to a replacement.

The Playtex Living Premium gloves, claims a warranty guarantee of 1 year per pair. For each pair, we have only used it about 18 times cleaning dishes about 15 dishes each time, or for a total of less than 2 months. It already TORN BADLY, ******. We took the photo before. But at the moment, we searched for them on at least two devices and we couldnt locate them, as it was taken a while ago. I believe it should be somewhere in the electronic devices as we meant to save it for evidence. We will ask our staff to look for it further. When we get it, we will forward them to you. They were badly melted and the plastic fingers stuck together and then torn, near the finger tips areas. It is just unbelievable. We have never seen this before with dish washing gloves.
When did you notice the issue.
18 times cleaning dishes about 15 dishes each time, or for a total of less than 2 months.
Do you have the packaging? Can you locate the lot number on the back of the package left of the *** code. Black print typically 4 digits.

We had received an image of the product box, however had a glare could not read lot information. asked to resend and offered an image showing what numbers we are looking for.
We also offered the Use & Care from our website for the Living Gloves that mentions "After use, wash outside of gloves with soap and water. Let air dry. Do not wash in dishwasher. For best results, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Gloves are available in Small, Medium and Large."

I am rejecting this response because:We have provided the requested photos and info via email to O Cedar as well as via this BBB platform in our previous communication.
The experience of using OCedar/Playtex gloves has wasted a lot of our time and effort. Furthermore,we were happy to and have kindly spent time and effort, for free, answering their previous detailed questionnaires for their benefits but received NOT even a word of thank you from OCedar but rough communication. We are a company and our staff are paid by us,NOT OCedar, and are NOT under OCedars command!
The 7 pairs of gloves cost us about $42 - 50 dollars which is down the drain. Despite that, it has cost us at least an hour or so of our time so far, from different members of our staff, to do the research and provide the info to OCedar last time.
We are nice and always like to help others. Under their harsh tone and unappreciative manners, we are NOT subjected to continue with their demand to benefit them.
We are disgusted in reading their rough response and demand which is NOT our responsibility to assist, and we have NO interest in continuing to babysit them under their unappreciative manner and lack of respect.
We will NEVER order OCedar products again.

I bought the cedar 1 bucket. The pedals not working and it is hardley spinning. So I bought the 2nd one thinking maybe that would work better. The water doesnt flow correctly into the bucket. This mop is the 2nd one i bought because the handle does not stay tight on the mop head. The first one i had to get a different handle and it worked for a little while. Then i bought another one a few months ago and the handle is doing the same thing.Business Response
