A couple of months ago I purchased an ******* angle ***** and dust pan set from Amazon, I placed it in the closet for a month or so until I was ready to start using it, first day I went to use the broom ,a handful of bristles had fallen out of the broom head, so I immediately stopped using it,and gathered the upc and sleeve that the broom was wrapped in,and mailed a letter directly to o ceder ,that is as over s month ago and no response ftom them, i also emailed 3times ,no response at all, so im hoping bbb can help me get **** angle ***** replaced. I can't send it to Amazon,because they only accept returns up to 30days. Hoping you can help..Business Response

We searched for consumers name and email address for previous inquires. Did not located past inquiries.
We are up to date on all office mail as well. We again did not find a ticket created for this inquiry.
We asked the consumer to send images of the product showing the issue reported as well as provide an Amazon receipt.
Consumer states he has tossed the product and a receipt was not provided. However an Amazon picture was sent instead.
We have explained all of the above and have apologized the inquires had not been received. We apologized the product was tossed and asked again for the Amazon receipt to be provided for review.

I am rejecting this response because: oceder Corp. As I already experienced throughout this ordeal are in denial,they continue to come up with excuses to make me get so aggravated that I will just go away! Well I'm past that point, so I'm going to call them out for what they really are, Liars! And I'm going to make a point to put out there what their practices are,and how they deal with the defective products that they sell! I'm 69 yrs. Old, and when I noticed this issue of bristles falling out of my new broom, of course I tried to call,with no avail.. then I wrote them s detailed letter sent them the sleeve from the he product,and then put that small Amazon receipt that sometimes come with their orders, but oceder also claims they got nothing in the mail,they got no emails either, so I'm done withe them! But I will let the public know on ****** reviews yelp LinkedIn,Facebook,x,and BBB reviews to think twice before making a purchase with *******!

Bought this mop bucket set three time within the last two years with regular use per week. The recoil stops working properly when pressing the peddle. The recoil gets stuck which means the spinner does not turn and we cannot use the bucket. We then have to buy the whole set again. We like the product when it is working properly.Business Response

Got spin mop for christmas. I have used it twice and pump on bucket slipping and going really slow. It is a good mop when working. Store won't take it back. I'm very disappointed. I would like it replaced.Business Response

I have bought 5 or 6 of the O'Cedar mops they last a week or two then then dot ring out the water like they did. This needs to be fixed and brought to the attention of the maker it seems they are very weak.Business Response

I am writing about the mop from O-Cedar Microfiber Easy Wring Spin Mop and Bucket System which I purchased. I checked the box and there is no warranty or guarantee. I am questioning the structural construction integrity of the mop handle. The plastic on the inside of the mop snapped rendering the mob useless while leaning against the wall and not even being used. I am not a big person-4"11 tall 105lb and could not have broken the mop when used. I called **************** on 8/16/23 and spoke to "******" (supervisor "****") and was advised I could only get a replacement by purchasing a new one thru Amazon or ********neither of which is an option for me. I asked her for info to write the *** and was put on hold from 1:06pm-1:17pm (10 minutes) when I was disconnected by her. I had been to 3 **************** and told that I was not the only person that inquired about replacement for this type of problem and it was not available at their store. I would like a replacement mop from your company as I feel this is misleading and not a quality product. I was very disappointed in your **************** and especially their attitude and disconnecting me after making me wait over ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** lack of with the company. I also feel your customer service staff needs either retraining or replacement with quality, competent people since I was given the run around. I would like to see O-Cedar stand by their products. We are committed to providing top-quality products to our consumers. O-Cedar products are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Product must be used in accordance with normal domestic household purposes, handled properly for its intended use, and used in accordance with the operating instructions. If you are not completely satisfied within 90 days of your O-Cedar purchase, please return to the retailer.
An original receipt or product registration is required to validate your warranty. This warranty applies when the product has been handled properly for its intended use, and was used in accordance with the operating instructions. It does not include damages which arise from misuse or abuse of this product. Product is intended for consumer household use, not commercial use. Today, 12/06/2023, I bought the O'Cedar deep clean spin mop system. The handle broke within a few minutes. It would not stay up and the lower portion plastic interior separated. When I checked the internet this was a noted problem. You can't even buy a replacement handle. You have to buy a different company. I believe I should receive a free replacement part. I filed a complaint with the company and it stated I would hear from them within 3-4 weeks. What kind of business is this!Business Response

I purchased products from ocedar I contacted them to let them know there had been an issue with two of my items. There was promise of replacement for both. I had to contact several times. The replacement that I received was damaged and my other replacement I never received. they have made me go back-and-forth with the delivery service (which contacteD them since and still no resolve) that has no proof of delivery because I had camera proof on my door step. The package never made it I let them know that and they have since ignored my correspondence. This has been since January I believeeither wayextremely too long.
