      I have been trying to resolve this issue with them for a year and they continue to give me the run-around using their foreign admin/billing office as far as I can tell.I personally paid multiple bills for medicine for my husband until the insurance was resolved and paid. The insurance then paid in full but they refuse to refund my money that I paid out of pocket, in essence they have received double payment then for several months of the medicine.They say they will call me back etc but never do. A supervisor is never available.Last year their system was down for 3-6 months. They are a nightmare to deal with and need to give me the money owed.

      I had an appointment with Option Care in April 2024. I canceled because I did not have the copay of $******. Then in June I started receiving a bill for $******. I looked on my insurance benefits and they had billed my insurance and my insurance had paid it. I spent 2 hours on the phone with my insurance and several people from Option care. They were insisting that they had sent the injection to me by ***. I told them I did not receive it and I would never attempt to give myself that kind of injection. Had i gotten it through *** I would have taken it to their office. They did finally pay back my insurance however they keep billing me for the ****** copay. I wrote them a letter last month with the bill and this month I got another bill. Isn't this verging on insurance fraud? I also reported them to my doctor so they will not send others to this place.

      On November 18, 2024 I scheduled an appointment to receive my medication that Friday, November 22, 2024. At the time ****, the scheduling nurse did not tell me that I was no longer in the system so when I showed up from my appointment to receive my medication that Friday, it was not there. In general, I usually have problems with Optioncare in terms of communication and scheduling my medication. This issue was much larger though, because it caused me to have a five day delay in the receipt of my medication. Optioncare did not apologize and I feel that the pharmacy is disorganized and irresponsible with peoples health.

      I was not originally told about the $200 extra for iv supplies that I would need in addition to my medication. Im fine with that. But because its a lot more I need to switch my payment method to a credit card. None of the phone numbers given to me can connect me with someone who can do that. Most of the help numbers Ive been given connect me with India who have no ability to change the payment method. The grievance phone number doesnt work ************. The pharmacy has no way to contact the billing department except for an email. It will cost me over $1700 over the time I need to take the medicine but I dont have that much in my debit account. I just need to change my payment method!

      I received a bill in March of this year for the amount $883.53. I was informed by United H3133383135**34373632Hcare advantage not to paid this bill because they have special pricing. United H3133383135**34373632Hcare also call this supplier and told them stop billing me and I don&#**;t owe them any amount. I want this bill adjusted and account close without any hit on my credit report. I want the calls to stop and the amount of $883.53 to be adjusted off my bill.

      I received *** and my surgeon chose this company as the provider for my pump and my nutrition. My first Moog Medical ****** 6000 CMS pump, serial number ****** was delivered at the hospital on September 29, 2023, and it malfunctioned, so on October 4th, 2023, another pump was delivered to me( serial number *******, and the old pump was taken by the delivery driver. A non-functioning or a functioning pump in my home would not benefit me but Option Care charged me 2500 dollars stating that I never turned the old, non-functioning pump in. When I glanced at this company's reviews there were many complaints about the same issue. This company is charging patients extra stress and caused me great distress while battling breast cancer and treatments. The delivery delivers never sign or have the patients sign anything when pumps or supplies are dropped off or picked up. I turned in both pumps and there is absolutely nothing I could benefit from by keeping a broken pump. I don't have an extra 2500 dollars and at the time I had full medical coverage. Something needs to be done about this company.

      October 29th, 2024 Nurse was supposed to call me, the patient, to schedule a time to come to my house to administer my medicine intravenously. I was discharged from the hospital at 11:00 am and home by 11:30 am. I tried for 4 hours to reach the nurse, the company, the pharmacist, and Corporate headquarters, but no one responded. I called the doctor's office and asked for their help. They were also unsuccessful in reaching anyone, anywhere at the company , a healthcare provider claiming 24/7 support. Option Care, a nationwide service ************ ***************, ** branch, Nurse station and pharmacy ************ Corporate Headquarters ************

      Option Care provides me with ******* (SC 45 mg o.5 ml times 2) every 4 weeks. They also arrange to have a nurse come to my home to give me the injection. They have been doing this for several years. I pay for the nurse ($40) each time and the money is deducted from a credit card they have on file. Earlier this year, I stopped getting billed the $40. I called several times to find out why and never got a ************ I receive a bill for $428.08. I asked several times for an itemized bill and finally received the one attached. However, no where on the bill are payments I have already made.When I call their billing number I get an out-of-country call center. No one there does anything but repeat the total that I "owe".I have called the Portland, ******, number and left several messages with no response. I have talked to the person who schedules my injections and she has tried to connect me to "billing" with no results.I want someone who speaks and understands English to contact me regarding this bill. That person needs to be able to show me itemized billing and credit items. I am happy to pay what I owe but no one has been able to provide proper details of the billing.

      I have been receiving bills from this company since February 2024, I have never used them before and whenever I try calling to speak to someone I get sent to a recording that only allows me to leave a message. After countless messages that I have left and never gotten a response from them regarding the bill that they continue sending out to me. If this attempt is also unsuccessful I will have no other choice to pursue legal actions.

      Option Care Health is refusing to issue a receipt for the amount I paid through their App. Every time I call the call gets transferred to their over seas customer service and they keep telling me that it takes 5-7 days to issue a receipt. My HSA needs a receipt and the fact that no receipt nor response from their customer service has been issued is ridiculous. I have emailed them 5 times and spoken to two employees that told me that making payment through this app has been an issue because it doesnt issue a receipt.
