1 starWe have had the worst experience with this company. First off, they are impossible to get ahold of and everyone is rude and acts like they don't know any information to tell you. Today, they refused to fill our new prescription for **** Farms enteral, telling us that our insurance denied it. When in fact, they just had their leadership team review the request and they themselves denied it. They lied to us even though our child cannot have dairy and they offered no alternatives that were dairy free. They also never told us that they cannot supply the g-tube supplies for the specific button my child has, they just never would send anything that was ordered for it. ****************. Don't let your hospital or doctor's offices send you to them.Review fromVito D

1 starAbsolutely should not be in the Healthcare business. Never call back when a message is left. On hold for almost an hour only to be disconnected. Do not get important life support supplies to the patient at the time promised. My Grandson had to be admitted to the hospital because he needed his feed machine and it took until the evening for anyone to even respond after they sent a machine that didn't work. The GI doctor had him admitted so he can be fed and get the hydration and nutrition he needs. He will be fine but this company needs to be investigated. This was completely unnecessary and very costly due to Option Care's lax approach to a patients needs.Review fromLisa D

1 starMy 6 month old was admitted to the hospital as a direct result of their horrible customer service! My son's feeding pump was malfunctioning so they sent a replacement and it does not work AT ALL. I tried calling customer service. I was disconnected several times, left several messages and got nowhere. In the meantime, I set up the gravity feed set that they provided. The only method of controlling the feed rate is a very finicky roller valve. The rate would increase and decrease depending on his breathing. He fell asleep and his calm breathing caused a rapid increase in the drip until suddenly he began to projectile vomit and have explosive diarrhea simultaneously. I called his GI doctor and was advised to bring him the the ** and have him assessed. The doctors even tried to step in and expedite getting us a new pump so that we could go home and they couldn't make any progress with the company either. So, my son is admitted to the hospital and given IV fluids and sugar to combat his dehydration and hypoglycemia since I've not been able to feed him.I'm on hold for at least 30 minutes and often get disconnected before anyone answers.I once requested, by name, 3M Cavilon barrier film to protect his skin and instead I received 1100 3x4" catheter dressing films that are completely useless to me.When he had surgery to change his ND tube to a GJ tube I was told that the new supplies would arrive before we were discharged from the hospital. Instead, the day after we left I received a call asking if I really needed those supplies and they finally arrived 3days later and were useless. The extension tubes they sent (that leak half the time) had threaded connectors that our previously supplied syringes would not work with. I called and after 45 minutes was told I'd receive the correct syringes the following day. A week later they told me there was no previous order for them and again told me they'd arrive the next day, finally 3 days later they did.Review fromJulie H

1 starThis is a terrible company. Its apparent, they are only concerned with the bottom line. After dealing with a couple of bad nurses, I finally got someone who cared and responsive. After my treatment was completed, they called to inform me of how I was to return their pump. I followed all their instructions, but *****, who was to pick up the package, never came. I called the company, and got a call back, with a gentleman who then asked me to locate a ***** outlet, and bring their pump to them. I refused! Im not well, yet they proceeded to threaten me after I told them I was leaving their package on my porch, just in case ***** came. The *** told me that if its stolen I was liable for $2,500 , the cost of the machine. I hung up. This is another ******* Healthcare disaster, waiting to happen in ************* when profit is more important than the patients. I plan to call my health insurance companies, ******** and WellPoint, for direction on this matter. It is a horrible company!Review fromJennifer Z

1 star**** at the York pharmacy is the nastiest person I have encountered. I had been getting fluids from them for over 5 years. I owed a bill but had just applied and gotten financial assistance from them as long as I made payments to my balance which I did monthly. I ended up in the hospital needing them for antibiotics and this is when **** dumped me as a patient because he said they had a hard time contacting me. I lived in a terrible cell phone area and was texting with the **** to get my supplies. I have screen shots of everything and all the phone messages. They could always contact me even if by text. I had just gotten a text asking what supplies I needed and 2 days later **** is telling the hospital they are dumping me as a patient. No notice, no supplies to keep me until I could get a new company. He was so rude to me telling me I would get no more supplies from them. I was already so sick in the hospital and he chose that moment to kick me when I was down. I did the best I could with how sick I was. They could have dumped me after the hospital or given notice, instead I was worried and stressed on top of everything. They say youre like family and treat you like nothing.Review fromLucille M

1 star.My husband was put on in home infusion therapy for a severe infection. He was discharged on 12/29/2023 following a 2 week stay in the hospital for sepsis which was treated with intravenous meds. He was set up to receive meds, supplies and the ****** pump. We were told that our insurance would pay for the supplies, the pump was to be returned after infusions were completed but we would pay for the meds. We got home on 12/29/23 and a nurse came to teach me how to give the infusions and directed me to a video that would have step by step instructions. The meds and supplies were on my porch when we got home The nurse walked me through what he did and told me to call anytime I needed help. After many phone calls I finally could manage on my own- the video was not helpful at all. On Feb 2,24 I received a bill for $1168.22 for meds starting on 12/29/23 through 1/29/24, which I paid in full and they sent me a receipt acknowledging the payment. I made numerous calls for help and because they forgot to send the correct number of medication infusion bags. The infusions finally ended on Feb 2. A few weeks later the pump was picked up and I thought that was the end of it. On 5/28/24 we received a letter by mail stating we had a balance of $220.00 for "certain services" from 1/23/24through 2/2/24.The invoice that I paid included 1/29/2024. I NEVER received an invoice for the dates provided either by snail mail or text or email. I called their billing department spoke to customer rep who I could hardly understand. I explained the situation to her and I got the usual canned response. I kept asking why I got this letter dated 5/28/24 which arrived at our home on June 19! Her response was they were having technical difficulties all that time!!! I told her that was unacceptable and unless I receive and itemized bill I will not pay- They could say I owed $500 or more and they expect me to pay it without a bill?? A manager gave the same response. Horrible companyReview fromAkisha B

1 starIve been getting infusion therapy for MS for almost 31/2 years. Since September 2020. In 2023 the female nurse located in the ********* office in, ** text me and stated my appointment needs to be pushed back because they have a hard stick. I replied no the Uber they provide is suppose to arrive at 1;30 pm and Im not changing it. I was told by that same nurse who goes by the name of ******* well when you get here you wont be seen until 2;30 so you will be sitting waiting. When I arrived I was seen immediately. My March infusion of 2024 I was being put on the machine for an extra 21 minutes after the infusion when I asked why I was told we have to flush out the medication. I stated you really need to normalize using the syringe flushes. I immediately called the supervisor and reported the incident. My April infusion the same nurse sticks me a total of 3 times and says oh your going have to come back I cant get a vein! I reply absolutely not my ***** is booked with appointments. She then states oh I can only stick you 3 times. So I did not receive my April infusion because she decided to retaliate for reporting her the previous month. Also I did not receive a courtesy call reminding me of the appointment or a Uber for the infusion day because she failed to update my information after a text was sent to her 5 days prior to my infusion day.Review fromNancy R
