I've used Option Care for my infusions for MS, for about 4 years. What a nightmare. Billing? You might as well give up unless you can speak to someone at ur local infusion place. The nurses, I've had ones but then I've had ones that had me covered in blood just sticking me, I'm not a hard stick. She did tell me before she was messy, I had no idea that's what she meant. They made me carry this 25lb box to my infusion because the nurses r to lazy now to bring ur drugs with them, so they want disabled people to haul their own. And if u fall carrying said box they could care less.I'm stuck with the meds now because I won't let these people touch me again. I've been medically kidnapped into either getting these meds thru them or nothing at all because nobody else will touch these meds after they were sent to me. I didn't sign for these meds they dropped them on my porch. The nurse told me that literally everybody carries their own meds here I don't know what your problem is. BEWARE!!!!!

This company took over bioscript and ever sincee anything and everything is terrible. They can't do anything in a timely manor, they won't do their job and I end up having to get a hold of the doctor for them to get what they need. They are just a terrible company, all complaints fall in deaf ears.

Option Care is the WORST company I have had to deal with in my entire existence, and I have dealt with pretty bad companies ****************** ***** Fargo) in my lifetime. Any hospital care system should be ashamed to work with this company. When they sought the hospital equipment from my mom, they were ever so persistent in calling me the *** OF and WEEK OF her passing. When I snapped back at the delivery person that I was trying to arrange her funeral, he backed off. The next time I heard back from Option Care was their DIRECT threat that they were going to charge me for her equipment, which they did. I had to call and find mediation from someone after numerous calls that led me to offshore client reps who had little idea about what to do to help me. They knew my mother was dead but they were so insensitive and uncaring. Bottom line, Option Care will fight for their money and abandon their customers once they're dead.

As a client of infusion services, without health care coverage ,I have been a victim of this company's billing practices. I knew I would have to pay out of pocket because I can not afford a prescription plan. I am a senior citizen. In 2023, I received bills that left off dates and repeated dates on other bills. I have called customer service once in April, 2 times in May and once in June. The bill did not make sense. Not one bill had my all my payments. I couldn't even find evidence of my payments online. It only allows viewing of the most recent. It is so confusing that the customer service agent had to get their manager. I finally gave up and paid the entire balance. so I would have zero balance. I was satisfied I had successfully ended my business with this company. In July, I receive a bill with a balance owed from a service provided in March. That was 4 mos ago and should have been included in my final bill that I paid in June. It is not my fault that the billing department and online services are inadequate. I am currently trying to deal with customer ******************** again. I am tired of being the victim of the accounting department of this company. Unfortunately, there is little competition in my area so I could not change services.

Option care is the worst ever all they care is the money they can get from me, I'm double insured and I still have to pay them monthly I think they are committing fraud and their service *****. I was with Corum till the doctor switched me from tpn to the gastronomy feeding tube to option care. From the start their billing to ******** and ********** was always wrong and they tried to get the money from me and then they terminated me saying I refuse to cooperate with them terminated me just like that, my doctor wasn't any help either he just suggestet I work out my problems wit them. Finally I got so frustrated I threatened them with a lawyer and suddenly my account balance was zero but now I have to pay them 39 dollars every month on top what ********** and ******** are paying. Option care is committing fraud and they need to be punished for that and I wish I could afford a lawyer and turn them in for fraud
