We with Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning just under 2 years ago when we needed to replace both units. We called out 3 places (including Bartlett) for estimates, information etc and Bartlett was the best. We've had them out twice a year for the maintenance with zero issues, they never try to pull anything over us. Last Thursday (4th of July) we noticed our house temp was going up and something seemed off. Bartlett was just out here in May as well and the ** unit was fine. I emailed them Friday morning and ***** was a godsend and they were able to get someone out that afternoon. They were able to identify the issue and how to fix it. Unfortunately they didn't have the part on hand. However, they gave us a ***** refill and would come back Monday with another refill, etc until the part came in. ***** at the office was in great contact with me for the updates. Today they came back with the part and fixed the unit. I've never been so happy with their service. They didn't charge us because we had been doing the semi-annual checks with them. I can't recommend them enough. They are good people, great work ethic.Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

We use Bartlett Heating and A/C every year for both our annual furnace and A/C annual cleaning and check. The techs are always on time, friendly, and professional. They even give us a heads up of potential issues to come that aren't quite an issue yet, so we can plan ahead for additional work in the future. Our furnace was professionally installed by Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning. Their knowledgeable technicians were thorough and courteous. ***** and *** arrived on time, got to work immediately and completed the job by carefully cleaning up their work area. They wore shoe coverings so their path to our basement was protected. Bartlett HVAC is a professional company dedicated to following through with their installations along with explaining the process. I would not think of calling anyone else to service my furnace and/or AC needs in the future. Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning is top notch!Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.
