We first contacted this company when we lived in ************; and we were so impressed with their excellent service that we didn't even consider calling any other company for heating or air conditioning issues when we moved to *****. Their technicians are not just knowledgeable and efficient, but courteous and concerned for their customers.

Just had a new furnace and humidifier installed and the ********* whose names start with "S" and "W" did a great job installing it. They were on time, quick, left the area spotless, and even recaulked where the pipes go through the ceiling for venting. They also showed me how everything worked and what needed replacing on a monthly and yearly basis. I will definitely call them when it's time to replace my AC unit.Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

Very professional the technician took time to explain the thermostat. They were very good and did an outstanding job. They used protective measures to prevent damage to our flooring and cleaned everything when they completed. Outstanding and job well done. Excellent service, professional and pleasant. **** did great work with annual HVAC maintenance and new thermostat install. Appreciate the time he took to answer all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with basic operation.
