HowardS - I recently had a ****** A/C installed. From **** coming to my home and giving me a quote and answering all my questions to *** and *** installing the unit and also explaining things. I have utilized the services of Bartlett HVAC twice in the past two months. On both occasions the staff presented themselves in a very professional and respectful manner. They provided a three hour window and narrowed it down to being most likely on the front end of the stated time frame. Auto-generated text messages were sent when the technician was en route to my location. The service was performed in an thorough, expeditious manner and the process was wholly explained with detail. Invoicing and payment was completed electronically and supporting documents for each were delivered to me via e-mail before the technician stepped out the door.The service was outstanding from initial telephonic scheduling to job completion and the staff expressed sincere gratitude for the opportunity to serve. I call on Tuesday morning about 11:00 Oclock to setup appointment to have my annual Furnace maintenance. I was told that they will be at my house between 1-4. I received a call at 11:50 that they are on the way and will be there at 12:15. The Tech showed up did the maintenance and was done by 12:35. Great job to the whole TeamBartlett Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.were terrific. I called about a problem with the humidifier on my furnace and they came the next day to fix the problem. They called when they were on their way to my house and upon arrival found the problem with the humidifier and immediately fixed the problem. The serviceman was friendly and made sure that I understood everything before he left. I highly recommend them.Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

I reached out on Nextdoor for a referral to good heating company that doesnt charge a 2nd mortgage and several people recommended Bartlett ***************************** They came out today and cleaned both furnaces & checked my whole house humidifier. Not only did the tech do a quality job but also gave us some education. Price was exactly what they quoted and was very affordable compared to other companies I called.
