***** and his team are the best. They did a tight furnace/AC replacement in my older building back in 2017. Others offered crazy solutions for more $$$. They come back every year for the tune up and cleaning. Pros all the way with great service and price.

Bartlett Heating and AC is fantastic! I have been using their service for about 3 years now and they are efficient, courteous and professional. ****** remembered our conversation from last year which was very impressive and set up my appointment in a reasonable time frame. We have been using Bartlett Heating and Air for several years. The service techs are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to make sure we understand what was performed on the service call as well as what may come up in the future if the equipment is aging. They are knowledgeable about their work and always take the time to answer our questions. If you want to be treated more like family than "just a customer" with the added bonus of very fair and reasonable pricing give them a try.Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

This company is fantastic! *** came by today and installed a purification system, he was on time, explained everything, and even replaced the air filter without being asked. They replaced my furnace and A/C units last year and installed both in a few hours, st a very competitive price! Bartlett **************************** have serviced my furnace and air conditioner for over five years. Today they replaced an air conditioner that was over 14 years old and losing freon. Once again, they exceeded expectations. I can count on them to be professional and thorough for every service and maintenance call. I have been using this company for a while, and always recommend them when I can. I like that text messages are sent when the technician is enroute. The service is always performed in a thorough, expeditious manner, and the techs are always friendly and informative. Invoicing and supporting documents are electronic, which I like. Really great company to work with. I was given the company as a referral to replace my air conditioner and furnace. Techs are very friendly and knowledgeable.
