I went to the Aldi located on **********. in ********, ******** and was trying to purchase something and utilize the twice as nice guarantee on another item. I had my receipt for one item but not the other therefore I was given a merchanidse credit refund, which I had no issue with. The staff then became aggressive when I asked to have the item replaced, as the guarantee states. I was ganged up on by at least 3 employees, my husband was verbally assaulted by another customer checking out and the staff kicked us out of the store. The staff stated that since they worked there thye knew the policies and I did not. They refused to honor the guarantee and treated me with great disrespect. They allowed my husband to be threatened by another customer and never asked that customer to leave but threatened us. I then spoke to the district manager and she was rude because I was not satisfied with her resolution of talking to the staff about the problem. She hung up on me when I said it did not feel fair that I had to have this horrible experience yet she was not willing to compensate me for any of that. I am rejecting this response because: I did not agree with the district manager and she did not offer a resolution and then proceeded to hang up on me. I asked to speak with her boss. I do not believe there is any resolution when the gift card received was solely to replace the item I should have already received without having to go through the bullying and harassment of the store staff. Nothing was provided to me as an apology for the experience I endured and in fact the district manager hanging up on me only showed why the other staff was unprofessional in their actions.

Re. Aldi store at *****************************************************************************, Time- stamp on the receipt-07:20PM, Cashier Dalarian.I purchased some items at this store and requested the cashier to put my items in the top portion of the cart for easy removal. All these could fit in that area. The cashier refused and said it is not comfortable for him and put them all in the large bottom portion making it difficult for me to pick up load into my vehicle. When asked "What about the comfort of the customer?", he said "We already have low prices" implying that Aldi does not care about customer and threw my receipt into the cart. This is a total disrespect to the customer.I have been shopping at this tore since its opening and this has never happened to me before. On March 4th, 2024, after grocery shopping at Aldi in *******, ** at approximately 4:55 pm my car struck a row of neglected shopping carts in the parking lot. There were a stack of approximately 26 or 27 shopping carts in the Aldi parking lot neglected. Aldi keeps there shopping carts to the right of the store entrance underneath an overhang but these shopping carts were neglected in the parking lot protruding beyond parking spots (as shown in the photo attached). After putting my groceries in the car, I looked out of my rear view mirror, and was unable to see the carts because of the height of my car. I was given about 6-7 feet between the carts and my car leaving it impossible to turn out of my spot. My car directly hit the carts and there is a large dent on my trunk and paint chipped. I returned to Aldi after realizing they did not have a phone number online and spoke with the manager who told me to email. I emailed Aldi on March 5th and received a response on March 6th from employee "*************************". After two conversations on the phone ***** was accusing it was my fault and made inappropriate comments such as "why did you not move the carts before backing out" and "what if it was a toddler behind you, then what would you do, it would be your fault". To the first comment I explained I did not see them, and if I were to I would have moved them. To the second I refused to comment to it because I believe that was unprofessional and inapropriate. ***** then said he would request the video camera footage and get back to me, I have not heard from him since. I called and left a voice mail March 13th and have not heard back. Aldi should take liability and pay for the damage of my car. In addition I called ************** who were unable to help because it was private property. Thank you for your time and help with this situation. For at least 6 months Aldi has sold dairy products that expire well before the expiration day printed on the item. Either there is an issue with temperature control during transit or while the product is being held, the expiration dates are simply incorrect, but either way Aldi has been made aware of this by customers all over the nation and has not taken any steps to correct the issue for at least 6 months (that's how long I've been personally monitoring this issue). I have personally spoken with individuals at my local store, I have reached out through various social media accounts, I have sent an email to Aldi corporate with no response... Aldi clearly knows about the issue and has not acted in good faith to correct it. While at the same time, they are selling product that they know spoils before the date listed on the product packaging, and they are so greedy that they've chosen not to do a thing about it but would rather wait until someone dies. If my experience does not fit that of what Aldi would expect for one of their dedicated customers, please let me know. In the meantime, is Aldi going to do anything about your dairy problem? Repeated occurence of discrimination by the same store manager at the **** Park location. Despite contacting corporate offices, ALDI rings true to its discrimination. On January 3, 2024, I went into Aldis to purchase a gift card in the amount of $25.00. My card was swiped, the gift card was rejected, and the amount was credited back to my debit card. They tried this four times and finally realized none of their gift cards probably worked. They have since taken down the gift card display. The manager advised me to come back in a few days if my credits didnt go through. They didnt so I went back to be told I would have to call Aldi myself. I did and was assigned a case number and have been dealing with this for almost two months. I have documents showing they sent a request to my bank to put the money back into my account but my bank does not a a record of it. The bank says it is Aldi's issue and Aldi says they can't help. i need some advice in this matter. I have a case number if you need it.
