      I have been consuming the "Meat Lovers Breakfast Bowl" almost daily for breakfast, for the last 3-4 years, consuming nearly **** of these bowls.I've observed immense quality control issues within the last 2-3 months. The latest bowl I consumed, which expires on January 3, ****, had only a scant amount of meat and cheese in it, negating my fine breakfast experience. Furthermore, I've noticed more and more issues with the potatoes in the confines of these bowls, some have green skin or green innards. Due to my abject impoverishment, I've had to eat some of these bowls anyway, causing some gastrointestinal upset, as green potatoes contain solanine. It would greatly behoove you to reconsider your current supplier or manufacturer of these bowls, as I've noticed these quality control issues started when the price of these bowls fell from 2 dollars and 79 cents, to a dollar ninety nine. My colon and toilet paper expenditures would also be gratuitous of this adjustment. I would appreciate a refund of some sorts, whatever value you deem appropriate, to purchase different breakfast products from your fine retail establishment. Due to this economy and my own series of unfortunate events, my ability to eat is greatly hampered by my aforementioned lack of funds. I eagerly await your response.

      As a consumer this felt like false advertising to me. Aldi has a twice as nice guarantee. I went to store 90 on February 6, **** and returned strawberries that were very moldy 3 days after purchase while I was waiting for them to ripen. The cashier said the guarantee did not apply because it was a fruit. When I spoke to the manager, I was told the guarantee did not apply because I had purchased them 14 days prior. I explained the long drive I make to shop at Aldi and that this was the next time I was in the city. I offered to take a snap next time so they could see the snap date stamp. I was told they were not allowed to look at my phone. I asked for someone higher up, and there were no options. Then the manager agreed to let me get something around the same price. I selected 3 fruit items. None were close in price as they were rung up. The manager and cashier did something. When I looked at my receipt, I had to have someone explain. I went to the manager for this. What I found out after asking many, many questions since no one had explained anything while I was checking out was the manager felt giving me a lesser amount was giving me more. This is because none of my items turned out to be very close in price. I felt it was false advertising because the manager could have used the correct amount instead of making up the amount she used. I watched the manager interrupt our conversation to use a calculator to calculate the correct about for another customer return without a receipt. I had my receipt. Im still shaking my head.

      Hello, I'm writing regarding an uncalled incident within Aldi store located at **** W. 47 in ******* around 10 am on Dec. 30. During the time I was there I did confirm with security that there was no need for a key for your restroom. At that point I guess I was under suvillence then after. I did go in my bag for water, reached in my pocket for my gloves, then took a few deli bags which did put in my bag to put my items in. Next thing I did notice their security was following me, but I didn't think nothing of it at the time. I did finally checkout and attempted to leave with the items I purchased. Next you know it in the front of checkout the security and I guess the manger asked me to step aside. Their reply we saw you put something in your pocket. Embarrassing enough they asked me open my bag that had items from other stores and to show them what was in my pocket. It was determined that I only had items I paid for. Yes, I asked was I being searched because I'm Black, do you do this to all of your customers, and I bring to their attention I was going to notify corp regarding the issue. Also, I did bring to their attention that at this rate I had no business keeping the items I paid if I was going to be victimized. Oh, keep the items they said with no apology.

      I am rejecting this response because: the response don't address the issue at hand. If Aldi attempted to reach by phone call they didn't leave a message. Prior forwarding this complaint to BBB as a final straw I did reach out to their customer service line. Per conversation with them brought me to the conclusion that the district manager or no one addressed the issue. I didn't want this to happen to me or anyone us. Aldi sweep this under the rug.

      I bought the garlic bread on 01/11/2024 from Aldi's in *******, *********. I made the garlic bread, and after one or two bites I found a Halloween themed fake nail.

      I am rejecting this response because I feel like this matter is being swept under the rug. Also, I was never happy with how they handled the situation. They offered me a $10 gift card, which in my opinion isnt going to fix the issue. I was informed that the quality assurance team would follow up. Although the case is still under investigation I would like further action and something to be fixed before something like this happens to someone else. Finding foreign objects in my food has not only stopped me from wanting to eat. But, I am literally disgusted with how they would allow their employees to wear fake fingernails at a place that handles food. There are so many concerns and I feel ALDIs failed to address them properly.

      On 01/08/2024 around 2:07 I had just finish shopping at this grocery store and i was in the self check out kiosks when i felt someone hovering over my shoulder. when i turn around i notice it was a security guard. i ask her what she was doing and she stated that she was making sure i paid for my 15 cent bag. I am a U.S. Army veteran that has PTSD and this made me extremely uncomfortable to the point i was triggered. i soon made complaint to ADLI corporate office spoke with a customer service representative *** that provide me with case number ******** and then advised that i should receive call from management soon. the district manager ***** called me on 01/11/2024 around 4:15 pm and advised me that i was not the only customer that complain about this security guard. she then stated that she is hire by a third party company and she can not remove her from the store but she ask her to stop doing so. this sent a message to me that ALDI have no control of who they allow to work and represent them as company with additional understanding that they do not care about the health and well being of there customer. I am very fearful of returning to this store as I believe that I will be harass and possible triggered again. i am requesting a investigation take place to insure no other harassment take place on any other customer.

      I am filing a complaint against Aldi *** due to the consistent issue of selling spoiled and/or rotten meat. I frequent two Aldi locations in ********, ******** and have lost track of how many times meat products have spoiled before the expiration date. I have chosen to file the complaint due to the lack of response I have received from this business. I have returned product to the store multiple times and never once Have I spoken with a manager. After opening a bag of bacon bits that clearly had mold in them and they were well within the expiration date, I filed a contact form and shared my concern with the business to which I received absolutely no reply. Most recently, I purchased lunch meat and chicken breast at the Broad St. location and as I opened the lunch meat it is covered in slime and had a very pungent sour odor. I am sick of wasting resources, time, gas, and money buying meat from these stores. I have checked all the temperatures of my refrigerator to make sure the issue was not occurring due to time temperature abuse on my end and it is not. I also do not have this issue when purchasing meat from other stores. To reiterate though, my biggest complaint is from the business completely ignoring these complaints. I am happy to share the screenshot I have of the contact me form I filled out concerning the moldy bacon bits. These issues have ranged from sour chicken, lunch meat, pork chops, ground sausage, and the bacon bits that ruined our entire dinner. I have wasted a minimum of $100 throwing out product as well as at least 5 trips back to the store to return the soiled meat, which I am always just given the option to exchange it for more soiled meat which violates their "Aldi Twice as Nice" policy. I should always have been offered a refund and a new product. I am hoping this complaint will help rectify the situation and force Aldi to respond to a paying customer instead of just ignoring the issue.

ALDI **************** attempted to contact the customer on the afternoon of February 1, ****, and we spoke with the customer, but were not able to get into the details of the situation due to the customer stating they weren't able to talk at the time.       On December 26th I made a delivery order that was stated to be arriving by 3:45 p.m. when the delivery personnel got my order they came and dropped it off without making contact with me and my delivery instruction state do not leave my package unintended outside it will get stolen and I only missed her phone call bye a little over 2 minutes I called her within 3 minutes of the phone call and she was already gone and instacarts delivery personnel are supposed to wait 3 minutes before leaving she did not my order got stolen cuz I live in the hood I brought this attention to instacart customer service and was refused a refund below I will attach screenshots showing the missed call my call back my delivery instructions and when my order was made and supposed to arrive
