      It was on September 8th 2024, i was working for ********* doing 3 jobs the last job was at 2:53 i had finished up 2 order and was getting ready for 3, when a lady came up to me and said if i paid for my bag, i asked if she was accusing me of stealing the bag she said that is what i ask you , i ask her where is your manager she said she was the manager she went on and on about me stealing the bag and she wouldn't stop I was just so embarrassed i ask my husband to call the cops he said no i am not calling the cops for that 12 cents bag and i also had 3 orders to deliver on time so we didn't call the cops she said go head i wish you would just being rude.. Then twice i handed her the receipts showed that i paid for the receipts she refused to take them I sent Aldi copy of all 3 receipts and you can look at the video it will show me twice trying to give the receipts she never tried to resolve this situation and apologizing and looking at the receipt then the *********************************** would of maybe been okay, however look on the tape and you will see she went to the other register and started to complain to them and to the people she was telling and i seen one of the register people shaking her head like omg something is wrong with her , i was already so embarrassed and my nerves and anxiety was so bad that i had to take medicine. I contacted 3 or 4 times the district manager call a few days later said she was sorry for how she handled that and that she will be talking to her , she said it was not right what she did . Now i am scared to go back in the store i lost a lot of work there the way she treated me they did not even make her send a letter to apologize they did not but send ************************* my inbox . i never had an experience like that before it was so terrible i had a relapse and a panic attack the way i was treated .

During the call, we apologized for the experience, the customer's feedback was thoroughly documented, and it was forwarded to the District Manager who oversees the store, and who is the highest level of administration at the store. The customer was offered and accepted a ************************** electronic gift card as a goodwill gesture. Additionally, the District Manager has advised that they have both addressed the situation at the store level, by speaking with the store manager, and speaking and apologizing directly to the customer on September 11th, 2024. ********************** **************** considers this matter closed.

      ALDI **************** has already spoken with the customer directly on September 10th, 2024, and the District Manager that oversees this specific store has also spoken with the customer on September 11th, 2024. During both calls, the customer was apologized, and their feedback was documented. Additionally, the District Manager advised on the steps taken at the store level to address this situation during their call with the customer, and during the call with ********************** ****************, the customer was offered a ************************** electronic gift card as goodwill gesture, which was accepted. For this reason, ALDI **************** considers this matter closed.

      Utterly disappointed with Aldi. I have been shopping at this establishment for long time. I purchased the bread oven that was viral but i happened to get a returned out that was open but put back on the counter. When I opened it, it had chipped handle. I immediately started email with their warranty department but *** the back and forth was incredibly disheartening. Their portal service team might I add different people responded with no resolution. They said the item was out of stock and refund is only option. Which is ok but they want me to put my banking in external link. I politely stated i would like to request that this refund be issued via check, mailed to my address. If this is not possible, I have provided my phone number, and I kindly asked that someone from your the team contact me to process the refund electronically. I would prefer to verify the identity of the person before providing my banking information. Additionally, Ive noticed that some of the communications have included content in a language Im unfamiliar with, which has contributed to my caution. I guess they want to make it as hard as possible for customers so we can continue to opt to keep their damaged items!!

      Today on 9/30 around 1:00 on gateway overlook drive in ********, **, a friend asked me to help them meal prep. We chose ALDI to shop at. As someone who has been a local customer to **********************, I find the manager, extremely hurtful and disappointing. One of the employees, *******, screamed and chased us down after we were out of the store, and said we stole something because the alarm rung when we left. Although, there was another woman with a cart who had been entering the do not enter door. She asked us for a receipt, we gave her the receipt and she didn't even look at it for 1 second before saying we were fine, no apology no anything. Its embarrassing especially because we did not steal, and other shoppers were present. She did not once check to the other womans cart. I went back in to ask for manager, named ********* *., who cut me off a few seconds into MULTIPLE of my sentences, which has led me to this. Something needs to be done.

      SHAME ON YOU, ALDI FIRST OF ALL: NO WAY TO CALL THE STORE, NO WAY TO CALL CORPORATE, NO EMAIL TO CONTACT YOU, NO CONTACT FORM ONLINE. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE AT ALDI WHATSOEVER. I LIVE 3 HOURS AWAY FROM THE STORE IN QUESTION. YESTERDAY AT 9:59 AM I WENT TO STORE 050 LOCATED AT ******* FRONT ST PHILADELPHIA I WAS IN A RUSH RUNNING LAKE TO A COOKING DEMO MEETING AND NEEDED PARM CHEESE. I SCANNED MY CHEESE, PUT MY CARD IN, THREW THE RECEIPT IN MY POCKET, AND RAN OUT THE DOOR. TODAY I LOOK AT MY RECEIPT AND SEE 2% WHOLE MILE FOR $2.34 AND JASMINE **** 5# FOR $5.89 THAT I DID NOT PURCHASE, I DID NOT SCAN! NOTHING!!! I ONLY TOOK AND BOUGHT $2.19 PARM SHRED. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY AS THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT YOU OR I WILL CONTACT MY BANK!!!!!!!!

      Today I opened up a roll of sausage from Aldi. As I cut into it I had immediate disgust on my face from what I seen in the middle of the sausage! It was a whole bunch of black and green stuff which should have never been there! I took videos and have my receipt! Im struggling right now and that was my last little bit of food until I could get. More!

      I am writing to express my concerns regarding an incident that occurred at your store located at ******************************************************, on September 6, 2024, at approximately 4:45 PM. My complaint is specifically regarding an interaction with ******** and the duty supervisor (male) who were working at the time.During my visit, I requested a chair to sit on for a few minutes. However, ********'s response made me feel very uncomfortable, as the situation escalated unnecessarily. After I briefly used the chair, she hurriedly grabbed it and moved it to the back. This reaction felt excessive and left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome.As a long-time Aldi customer, having shopped at your stores since 1994starting with the location in ********, ********* appreciate your presence in *******. However, I would kindly ask that at least one chair be made available for customers when needed, to avoid similar incidents in the future. More importantly, I request that ******** and the supervising staff receive training on de-escalating situations to prevent unnecessary conflicts. A calm and respectful approach is essential to maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.Additionally, I noticed an overcharge on my receipt: I was charged an extra $3.09 for a single item (stuffed olives) according to trace number ****** on the receipt dated 09/06/2024 (total paid $183.39) at 4:45 PM. I would appreciate a refund for this overcharge.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope my feedback will be taken into account to improve future customer interactions.

      This is a complaint about the **********, ** store on Thurs, Sept 5th at 2 PM. I'm a single parent of an autistic adult. He carries around a Blanky Bear which singles there's something profoundly different about him. We were on 1 of the 2 open lanes. Between them was a closed lane not logged into. Besides being autistic my adult (21) son has severe ADHD and can't wait in line with me. At school they're going over shopping and paying for groceries. So my son went to the closed lane to the end where the customer stands in front of the pin pad and pretended to press the buttons like he was paying for groceries.An employee went up to him and spoke sharply at him after talking to the cashier on the lane I wasn't on. He was confused, but before I could say anything, she walked away. The employee leaned out of the office and mean mugged my son. I glared at her and she ducked back inside.I was being rung up. The other cashier closed her lane and came to my cashier and they started discussing my son in front of me with exasperated tones. I told them if they all didn't stop picking on my disabled son, I would walk out without my groceries or paying and immediately call corporate. The one cashier in a snotty tone told me to go ahead, while my cashier apologized and tried to excuse what they were doing. As we were leaving the manager came out with what looked like a security guard, sneered at me and gave my son a disgusted look. After 20 years raising an autistic kid, I'm very aware when people dislike him and are disgusted by him for being disabled. I'm appalled by the behaviors of all the employees today. Not a bit of compassion or kindness for an obviously disabled person. Please let me know if this is how disabled customers are regularly treated at **********************'s, because I won't spend my money there any longer.I would also share across my social media accounts this information, and the disabled rec groups and family organizations we belong to across ***
