      (Subject: Concern Regarding Repeated Instances of Food Mishandling at Checkout)Dear Aldi's **************** I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an experience I've had multiple times at your store that has left me both frustrated and concerned.On my recent visit, I once again encountered an issue with one of your cashiers mishandling my groceries at the checkout. Specifically, I observed the cashier slamming my food items into the cart with apparent disregard for their fragility. This included items such as bread, which was noticeably squished due to the rough handling.I understand that checkout lines can be busy and that cashiers may be under pressure to work quickly. However, I believe it is reasonable to expect that all food items, particularly those that are delicate, be handled with care. This isn't the first time I've experienced this with the same cashier, and on each occasion, I have felt compelled to say something directly to her.While I cannot be certain whether this behavior is intentional or simply an oversight, it has now reached a point where I feel the need to formally address it. Regardless of intent, the repeated mishandling of my groceries is unacceptable, and it undermines the otherwise positive shopping experiences I've had at your store.I would appreciate it if you could address this matter with your staff to ensure that all customers' groceries are treated with the care they deserve. I trust that you understand the importance of maintaining high standards of customer service and product handling, and I hope that this issue can be resolved to prevent further incidents.Thank you for your attention to this matter.       There was a large metal piece of "machinery " possibly from assembly belt inside the box. It was dirty and greasy. Very unsanitary.

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your [store location] on [date]. While shopping with my mother and sister, the checkout employee refused to sell us more than 5 ginger shots in total, despite there being no visible sign or indication of such a limit. When my sister and I attempted to purchase additional quantities separately, the employee still refused, maintaining the total limit of 5 for our group. This lack of clear communication about purchase limits and inconsistent enforcement created a frustrating and inconvenient situation. I request that you review this matter and ensure that policies are clearly communicated to customers in the future, as an experience like this makes us never want to return and instead go to H-E-B or Kroger where they have similar prices and products just without an experience like this.

      My experience here was horrible. The guy at the register was in such a hurry and to make matters worse their erroneous credit card reader automatically made the mistake of making it look like I wanted to withdraw $100. I just held my card over the card reader and without selecting anything. When I was grabbing my items from the guy in a hurry he asked me to grab my pizza so he could get $100. I told him I didnt want a $100 and I didnt select cash back. He said he couldnt take the money back and there was nothing they could do about it.He radioed what had happened and some rude lady came over stating there was nothing she could do and there was a bank across the way ***** Fargo but didnt know who I banked with (Well duh lady). I had to inform her it was a credit card and not related to a bank (What kind of advice and help is that just telling someone to redeposit money into a bank that they dont bank with and not stopping to get more information about the situation to provide proper assistance?) I kept trying to explain to her what had happened and told her to check the cameras. Her constant response was theres nothing we can do and tried to blame me for what happened. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated she was the manager.This explains why the store looks the way it does and everyone there is in a hurry its a reflection of her because she was in a hurry to get me out of the store. I asked her if there was a number to call or anyone to contact that was above her and she just told me to call the number on the receipt. Now Im stuck with a $25.25 withdraw fee that I didnt want.I wont be going back to this poorly managed Aldi. I have shopped here for years and now youve lost a customer. Their customer service is poor. The manager said her name was ******* maybe some above her can retrain her on customer service and support.

      Prices of products after being scanned are more than the prices advertised on the shelves. Thus Aldi overcharges customers. ********************** location on *******************************************. Incident happened on Saturday 8/31/24 (last day for the current prices) which means that Aldi knew about the issue for 6 full days and continued to overcharge their customers for 6 full days.When I brought this to the attention of the employee another employee came in the picture and after making me feel miserable he refused to put the over charged amount back on my credit card. When I voiced my discontent the employee said complain to the manager and left. I had to go and knock on the door of the manager, wait for him until he comes out, and explain the whole thing again. The manager gave me the over charged amount. Not at any time from the 2 employees or the manager did I receive an apology.

      8/24/2024 ************************************************************* The cashier, Kadence, displayed a rude demeanor that is not suitable for someone in customer service. While I understand that everyone can have stressful days, I have visited this location several times, and each encounter with this particular cashier has been marked by the same negative attitude. It seems she carries an air of indifference and dissatisfaction with her job. One incident that happened today stands out in particular. I was helping my husband with Instacart orders, which included three separate batches. We informed her of this and ensured there was space between each order on the belt. However, she mistakenly combined two of the orders despite our clarification. In response, she rolled her eyes, placed her hand on her face, and gave us disdainful looks. My husband, sensing her frustration, tried to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Instead of being understanding, she rudely and aggressively pushed our cart away and instructed him to handle it elsewhere. Additionally, she pretended to not understand him when he explained that there were three orders, not two. Although my husband is Hispanic, he speaks great English. To make matters worse, she mocked him with another customer while we attempted to sort out the confusion she created. It was disheartening to see a manager nearby who did not intervene. This marks my third negative experience with this particular cashier, and I have decided that there will be no more. I sincerely hope she can develop a more compassionate approach towards others in the future.

      I made a purchase on Saturday Aug. 3, 2024, at Aldi located at ******************************************************************** for ******. The credit card machine froze and ultimately, I was charged twice. On Wed. Aug. 7, 2024, I contacted my bank, US Bank, who told me I had to reach out to Aldi. On Wed. Aug. 7, 2024, at 9:15 a.m. I went to the store to talk to the manager ***** who told me to wait till Friday 8/9/24 to see if it would come off. On Friday 8/9/2024 at 11:30 a.m. I went back to Aldi and ***** told me I had to contact the ********************************************* On 8/9/24 at about noon I contacted customer service who gave me a claim # of ********. On 8/12/24 I was contacted by email that Aldi would not be reimbursing me for the double charge and the double charge is still on my bank account.

      I was in Aldi #8 in *******. While I was checking out, a lady came screaming about needing a larger size in pants. She was holding said pants, walked to the aisle, grabbed the pants, and left. When my friend and I asked the cashier about it, she had a rude attitude and pretended as if we were not asking her a question about the lady putting worn pants back on the shelf.

      Today. August 5, 2024 at the ALDIs located at ************************************************************************************************************************** the cashier pushed my groceries back with force I dont understand why. Please view cameras at around 6:15pm - 6:20pm, I just left to avoid conflict. But, really that was going to be my dinner.

      I was at store #8 on Thursday, August 1 when I witnessed an unsanitary transaction. As I was standing in the line ready to check out, a woman came in the store returning a pair of biker stores. She told the cashier ****** that the ones she just tried on did not fit and she needed a larger pair. You could see the lady trying on the item in the parking lot. The cashier did not say anything in response. The woman went and put the shorts back on the shelf, retrieved another pair, and walked out the store. The security goal and cashier said nothing. When I asked the cashier what just happened, she seemed to be confused and rude. I asked her did the woman that came into the store try on clothes and return them. She responded with what woman. I said the one that was just speaking to you. She ignored me so I proceeded to ask again. She stated she didn't know what I was talking about. I then said that must have been your friend. Again no response. This is unsanitary and the worker was rude. I was not aware that Aldi conducted this type of business nor hired this type of employee.

      The fact that clarification is needed is insane! An employee allowed a customer to try on shorts in the parking lot, throw them back on the shelf, and grab another pair. Thats disgusting, tacky, unsanitary, and much more. When I asked the employee about it she was rude and unprofessional.
