  SCAM SCAM SCAM- DO NOT USE THEM This "Business" is pathetic and an embarrassment to the industry. **** ( manager) charge me $550 per hour for 4 HOURS. Tow driver was dispatched at 3:20pm CST and reached the destination of the tow at 5:36pm CST and went 20 miles. **** I asked **** what the additional time was he for, he said " We started billing you from the initial call. " " we are also charging for the time it takes for the driver to pack up his tools and make it back to our yard". Their yard was only 23 miles away. He also charged me $337 for fuel. **** I asked him to explain this charge, he said " we charge 15% of the total of the tow for the fuel. Not based on fuel used". The driver also threatened to take the truck when we initially asked about the charges, with a dog inside. The driver also charged my driver an additional $13 for me calling and asking about the charges. This is a pathetic company that is in the business of taking advantage of people. My company will never use any branch of theirs and we are telling everyone we know not to use them. Which includes 15k drivers with one quick text message.

  Very poor experience. I had them move a four post lift 33 miles. This required a flatbed. Took my credit card information to book tow. Driver arrived 2 hours late. Put lift on flatbed and made the 33 mile drive. Upon arrival at home, they said they wouldnt release the property until I paid $908 through cash or Zelle. I found this odd and spoke with someone on the phone and he said either pay it or I dont get my property. I asked why he needed my credit card and that was to make sure I was real. I paid through Zelle and have yet to receive a receipt. I feel there is something very suspicious about this company and their practices. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

  Beware, 20 gals of diesel and a road service, was told 195 hr on the phn to come out..he was on another service, driver called when he done..the charged $1070.73 Less then a hour..even driving time shouldn't be that high.

  I got my motorcycle towed, i asked them 2 times about how much they would charge me after initial mention of about $125 and $4 for each extra mile. After dropping of my bike which was about 1.3 miles from the point they picked up the bike, they raised up the price to $315 now it includes extra straps to harness the bike that i have to pay also they will keep it after they drop the bike. They wont take credit cards only cash or zelle and driver wont negotiate, total scammers ripping off people's money...dont ever plan on doing business with them horrible experience.

  Priority Wrecker service is a a highway robery. Charged me ******* to tow my semi 60 miles. I was shaken with the amount and complained to them with no care from them.

  Complete Scam! Towed my vehicle from ****** ******** to ****** due to a bad serpentine belt, which is about $80. Called me the next day and told me I had to pay for the tow and then they would look at fixing it. Asked if they took credit card and they said yes but not over the phone. I showed up to find a large empty warehouse the 2 tow truck and my vehicle balance on a block of wood. When I asked what was going on this guy who refused to identify himself told me it had a severe oil and antifreeze leak, which it did not before it was towed. I told him to stop doing what he was doing and let me pay the **** and I would push my vehicle out. He told me he wouldnt take a credit card, only cash and it was $391.00. I went and got the cash, paid him, then he told me I had to sign a paper for the release. Once I signed he said I could not get the vehicle until I talked to a manager. An hour later and no response from anyone I called the ****** police department. A half hour later a service manager should up and told me I owed $890 more in cash because of diagnostic testing. They do not even have any equipment in this warehouse, it is empty! The paper I signed for the release stated all these extra charges that the guy told me not to worry about at the time because it was basically just a release form. This went on for another hour until I finally was able to give then an additional $760. This is horrible. The police said they are always there for the same reason. I looked online and they do this all the time.

  I cannot believe the city of Batavia are letting these scammers stay in buisness! I contacted the news channel about this place and they are under investigation.
