      This company did and provided exceptional service. I was quoted and priced correctly and being in the trucking business I understood all charges explained to me. Port to port is very simple and I am unsure of why there are bad complaints. I feel many should listen past the numbers they hear and understand that sometimes jobs entail more attention and time than expected initially. This company is NOT bad like everyone portrays!

      They lie and overcharge, scammers. They charged us $6500 for a 30 minute load adjustment. Brought three wreckers and only used 1. Every compliant is the same. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      They robbed your money plain and simple. They wont give an estimate over the phone and when they done they hit you with a ridiculous charge already in your credit card. Do not call this scumbags

      My company used them for a tractor only tow swap from *********, ** to *********, **. Charged 9 hours port to port for a 59 mile each way tow... ****** charge. Total $4,065.45... BS all day long with the dispatcher about the price gouging

      Tube un problema con mi truck vinieron a asistir estuvieron 2 horas trabajando me cobraron $/800 sea $/400 la hora y me dijeron *********** q remplazar la pieza q era el hair dryer pero podan hacerle un puente con la manguera del compresor y q poda rodar sin problema un par d das pero q tenia q reemplazarlo bueno a las 10 millas ese empate se solito y me qd en la ***** saliendo I-24 en ruta al dealer a comprar lo q me aconsejaron Los llame d nuevo y vinieron a los 25 minutos volvieron a poner la pieza y me escoltaron al dealer pero me volvieron a cobrar ****** cuidado si los llaman pregunten primero cuanto la hora y si le dan ****** ******* porq ellos no dan ******* d su trabajo para mi son unos ladrones muerdos d hambre

      DO NOT USEBE WARE/DECEITFUL/UNETHICAL/ALL OF THE ABOVE I said OK thats fine, but I will make sure to leave a review. After I said that, he (dispatch) had the audacity to threaten me and say, ok thats fine, but trust me I will find out your name and your address if this is how you want to play. I have a long story that wont fit in this box, but this is the threat I got from dispatch.This is the type of ppl you will be dealing with at Priority Wrecker Service IncI got stranded on side of the road with flat tire and needed a short ride to nearest tire shop. I ****** this sh** of company. Driver gave a price range from $125-150 before strapping car. After car was strapped, he asked to pay $350. In shocked, I asked why he said $125 drop fee + other bs fees. I called dispatch, he said total $316 and proceed to make the above threat. We got the police involved but understandable that their hands are tide on these situations as it is a he said/she said situation, but officer ****** did try to negotiate with these ppl, but they didnt care to as they were going to get my money one way or the other. These ppl should be ashamed; I was disgusted by the whole situation. I wish someone would shut them down and investigated specially after reading all of these reviews. Wish I had before contacting them, ****** learned.

      DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS AND I SAY BUSINESS LIGHTLY BECAUSE THEY CHARGE FOR SERVICES THEY DO NOT COMPLETE, I WAS CHARGED OVER $1000 AND THEY FIXED NOTHING AND CAUSED DAMAGE HOLDING MY TRUCK HOSTAGE FOR PAYMENT!!!I TOOK MY TRUCK TO ANOTHER MECHANIC THAT FIXED IT FOR WAY LESS!!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND RELY ON THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES FOR PROFIT, THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED BUT CLEARLY LACK MORAL CONTENT! TRULY DISGUSTING AND TOTALLY DISSATISFIED!!! RUN FAR AND FAST, LEARN FROM EVERYONE ELSES MISTAKES AND READ REVIEWS ANYWHERE YOU GO!! THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN AND INVESTIGATED THEY CREATE A BAD NAME FOR BATAVIA AND THE INDUSTRY!

      DO NOT Use this business. If you make the mistake of using them DO NOT let your drivers sign anything. Illegally charging right to refuse at their shop. Will be reporting the to the local police to get them investigated. I am sure it will go nowhere as I see from all the bad reviews and they are still in business. Will also file report with **************. Other than the fake comments that say good things all the real people are a 1 star review. Hopefully they get investigated. Be safe out there and good luck. Remember 9 times out of 10 it is always better to tow your truck back to your shop or your local dealer. People like this should not allowed to be in business.
