    1 star is an overstatement. They will take your money and never complete the work. Do not deal with them. Litigation is in the works.

    Stay away from this company. Saw the add on ******** so I contacted them. The first ready sign was they didn't show up to inspect the roof as scheduled. They were a no show no call twice. eventually met with them and they schedule for there inspecting to get on the roof. Again no call no show. about 2 weeks later them just show up unscheduled. Unprofessional so I notified them and and told them I was no longer interested and cancel there services. The stated that would and had to close out the claim first, I few months later my insurance represented showed up to the house and stated he was supposed to meet Windy City Adjusters here. I told him I have spoken with them and don't no anything about it. Again they never showed. The company has been working behind my back. I got a call from them stating they got my roof approved and I told them again I cancelled it back in May. The amount the Insurance was paying was 23k. However Windy City Public Adjuster wanted $50k. I told them I cancelled this back in May and I don't have extra money. He replied we can work something out. I told them no thank you. I got a call from my insurance company explaining they are paying 23K upfront and up to an additional 29k after repairs is done. The company tried to double bill knowing the insurance would cover the complete cost. They still tried to make me pay $27k out of packet. I got another call again telling them I don't want there services. They contacted my insurance company trying to have the send the check to them. They are in for a but surprise when they get my lawsuit for deceptive practices. I hope this helps someone

    I do not recommend this company at all since they have not come to me to finish a job that they left a part where is leaking on the roof I have already spoken to them many times and they always give me excuses and never come to finish the job, apart from that they are liars because I hired them to that they represent me with my insurance for the roof and it turned out that they filed the claim and it turned out that the claim was to do the porch of my house instead of the roof and they did not tell me anything they came to my house telling me that unfortunately the insurance was not going to pay my flat roof my question was why they didn't tell me from the beginning that it wasn't going to cover it?. very disappointed in this company that I am going to make a complaint to the city because the water is still getting into my house
