      There is no ZERO starts for me to leave about this company or I would leave less than ZERO! I have recordings from our roof adjuster if anyone wants to see them. After getting a new roof (they have very low depreciation rates they pay by so check your policies!!). we received our NEW yearly INSURANCE HOMEOWNERS invoice.. our premium went up by a HUGE amount!!! I don’t have the premium in front of me but I believe it went up by OVER HALF of the our previous amount!! I wish we had looked here at the BBB to see the comments as well as they are not accredited by the BBB!!

      We had one of their customers turn in front of us on a highway and caused a wreck in September of 2022. It’s May of 2025 and Country Financial still hasn’t paid medical bills that Jill the representative said she would in 2022. They have had liens put on them by the hospital and I just got a bill two months ago for it. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and down right wrong dragging their feet so they can try to get out of paying their responsibility!!!

      I would leave a zero stars but I can't , do not use Country financial, no matter how desperate you are fo insurance. We have had them for several years and then around October 2024 we started having problems with them , saying my adult child has to be on my insurance, fighting to to get him off my insurance, which they kept putting him on even though he has his own car insurance,making payments then being refunded and canceling our insurance,only to restart insurance all over again, we have been dealing with them since October with. Issues and finally we had enough of country financial runaround and we went with a reputable insurance company back in March.
      , should of never left our insurance company for c.f in the first place, I guess them c.f giving us a good deal should of been the big red flag, They now keep saying we owe them a bunch of money. We don't owe them anything. This company is down right bad insurance company

      Nothing good. Find another insurance company. please take my advice. True words “ People who make who make me money “. That said find a great company for insurance. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. And that rep doesn’t respect the manager really no good

      Alex f***** out of the racine, wi branch is new to us but has been very prompt and friendly. Living in o********* we were transferred to him as our last agent is no longer there and he has been nothing but awesome! Had received a letter saying our premium was increasing and gave the necessary help and over looked our plan to give us the best possible option. If you have country financial ask for Alex f***** to be your agent. Works with you both against you!

      Hi, I am writing to let you know that Country Financial lied to my health provider about my claim and was not able to get treatment for my injury. My provider called them, and they lied that I had a case pending with them. I want to report them for slander and defamation. I have proof Laura G***** lied to my Chiropractic Health Provider.

      Avoid this company like the plague. Absolute disaster of a claims department. Customer service is a joke and the adjuster (Ali M*****) has terrible communication skills. She doesnt reply to calls, emails, voicemails, etc and because of that your vehicle wont be repaired in a timely manner.

      Used to be a good company. Must be new people or new corporate policies to weed out longtime clients, wish I knew. doesn't make sense but, that's what they did. Raised my rate extensively with no accidents, claims or tickets. Excellent driving record. Never paid late. Just a lame Explanation that i didnt hear from other companies before leaving them. Very disappointing.
      I have moved on from them after 17 years.

      Garbage insurance, hopefully you never get hit by anyone insured by them as they are pure trash and will not even attempt to make the car right. Bottom of the barrel cheap, cheap, cheap. If 0 stars was an option I'd do that
