  My agent Bob Bolser from Country Financial in Wilmington, IL is simply amazing! He understands my family’s insurance needs and has been the absolute best to work with. Country Financial really steps up to cover their clients when in need! Over the years I’ve seen Bob give back to our community in so many ways, which was my determining factor to switch to him and his company. I am so glad I did and will remain his client for years to come!

  They had the nerve to report false claims on me add other people's accidents on my insurance policy and when ***** ***** called them they flat out denied that they did it. The Covington office has always been vindictive, nasty, very distasteful and flat out abusive. Please do not insure anything with this nasty fraudulent company. They report 5 car accidents on me but yet not one was true, because I cut them off from being insured with them so they decided to be abusive, try to defamed and send false claims on my name. Liars! Especially the Covington office the consumer agency called them and they acted as if they're astonished, nonchalant and absurd. Very nasty companies. People please call ***** *****, ftc,fcpb and the other 2 companies when insurance tries to fraud you and lie to you about insurance increases trying not to give you good credit for driving. The gluttonous companies.

  I am reaching out to you today with an urgent message to raise awareness about the concerning practices of Country Financial, mainly concerning personal home and auto insurance. It is crucial to exercise caution and reconsider any plans to purchase insurance from this company.
  I, too, fell victim to the misleading practices of Country Financial, believing them to be a reliable choice for our family's home and auto insurance needs. After receiving a quote and conversing with one of their agents, I clearly expressed my preference for monthly payments. I requested an annual policy starting from 4/1/23, with the purchase to be made in May.
  To my dismay, when I inquired about the insurance policy at the end of June, I was met with delays and promises of imminent delivery. However, a sudden withdrawal of approximately $3,000 from our bank account followed. This unauthorized charge left me bewildered, prompting an immediate call to the company to seek clarification.
  Country Financial informed me they had deducted the entire policy cost from my account without authorization. Despite my request to cancel the policy, I was informed that I would still be charged for two months' worth of premiums, despite having yet to receive a policy, insurance cards, or even a comprehensive review of the terms.
  Please share this information with your friends, family, and colleagues so that they can make informed decisions when selecting an insurance company.
  Protect one another from falling prey to deceptive practices and ensure that our financial well-being remains safeguarded.

  If you ever meet Brian S****** from Country Financial and he was dishonest and did not pay for your claim report him to Attorney General office. Be aware of scammers. People like S****** should not work in claims.

  Kohl B*******. I asked his name, he gave it proudly. After scoffing at my issue. Very aggressive. Seemed to dislike my accent. He corrected my speech several times. He slurred his words words so I find that ironic.. He sounded drunk. I left and won't continue paying any company that has employees handling business in this condition or like this. I highly recommend noone else experience this. You get what you pay for I guess.

  My car was totaled out by a drunk driver carrying this insurance ,claims total loss in Bloomington Illinois was worse customer service I have ever dealt with. They dragged out my claim for 30 days without much communication .They have caused my family extreme stress and financial burden, I been out of a vehicle now for 28 days and to get a ride from a friend to go to doctors chiropractor and lawyer because they only offered me a rental for 7 days. What a joke The only good service I had was from mascoutah illinois office

  They refused to give me money for my damages when there customer turned illegally, they said “they turned and there was traffic on the road they turned onto” in no way shape or form could I avoided them (which I tried to do) I feel this is not right, next step is getting an attorney.

  Home insurance claim was cheap to say the least and it was expected from the adjuster that it may need to be updated once I find contractors, but his prices are current and industry standard, they were not. This tells me they insist on cutting funds right off the bat, and once I did find contractors, the adjuster argued the money even more and settled on a cheaper company even when I had quote data from many companies saying flooring was going to be more along with the work. They also will cover padding in a room but not carpet when whole downstairs had water damage from a pipe leak. Don't use this company they may be cheaper than ***** or ***********, but you will get less when a claim happens, and your family relies on them.

  Absolutely ???? company. They give you an account , then keep randomly changing things then they wait a month later to reject your auto because your requirements don't meet from a prior insurance with no accident? What kind of substant addiction insurance company does petty stuff like that? Bought it with home and house combo so I'm Cancelling both.
  Don't even bother with this. *********** is faster and more organized. This company let's agents falsify documents.????????????

  They make it sound like its a great deal what they do for you but in reality, they deceive and mislead the elderly. into investing with them only to charge exorbitant fees to transfer money to other establishments. They do not warn or give any advance notice of these fees or explain if there is a better way.
