  I can't speak highly enough of the care and professionalism I receive at ATI Physical Therapy on *********** in *******. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and supported. The facility is clean, modern, and well-equipped, creating a comfortable environment for recovery.The therapists here are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and develop a personalized treatment plan that really works for me.   I see ***** at the ******* location. I am 70 years old and have had a lot of pt at various places. ***** is probably the best pt I have ever seen.

  Zero stars needed. I explicitly stated I wanted to pay for my services in full at time of leaving the appointment, so as not to be hit with a big bill at the end of everything. I was told it was $10 a visit and that was all I would be charged due to insurance. Now I have to pay ****** for all the visits. The full price of the visits should be known and communicated to the patient before I mean, I still have to pay $625. The people there should know the price of service at the time so people can take into the price of service into their budget and not go in for an extra 3 weeks of appointments just to get hit with a huge bill at the end of their treatment. The cost of treatment should be known and communicated to the patient.

  When I made the appointment I was told that I would only have a copay of $30 per visit. After I finished treatments, I was hit with a $570 bill because they didn't inform me that I had a deductible that needed to be met first. My insurance has already paid them over $5,000 for my 10 visits which consisted of one hour of stretching and exercises. I have called multiple times and they offered to reduce it by 15%, then 30% but I don't make very much money so even a $400 bill is not something I can just pay out of the clear blue sky and I wouldn't have signed up there because I've been to other physical therapists where I only had the copay. I want to be clear that the service I was provided was very good so it's a shame because my family would probably go back, I'd recommend it to my friends, etc but not informing someone of how much they will have to pay and then expecting them to pay it anyway is unconscionable.

  I personally would like to thank ******* and ****** for their wonderful knowledge and professionalism in helping me learn the needed exercises and stretches needed to heal my left knee meniscus tear. They knew exactly very time I had a session what needed to done toward the strengthening of my left knee meniscus. The atmosphere and cleanliness was impeccable. Through their knowledge I feel I have gotten my life back after this severe injury. I know exactly what to do to keep my knee strengthened through exercises and stretches. I will recommend ATI Therapy to everyone I know.

  I have had PT several times in the past exclusively for this same issue sciatica not at this place. I chose here because it's close to my home. After the 2nd full visit with ***** the Clinic Director I was not returning. The first and 2nd visit not once was i asked my pain level. I was never offered **** even though I told her I had prior. First time ever I had heat before manual therapy. I was the only one left done with the heat just laying there waiting for ***** to get the my manual therapy and she was on other side chatting away with the other therapist, all while the male receptionist also sat there looking at me and them. I watched the clock 9:48 done with heat waiting I got up went to the bathroom walked past her told her I had to leave I came out she did not immediately come over to finish my therapy. 10:06 she finally came over never asked me to roll on stomach she started manual therapy then the other patient leaving stopped at my table and ***** stopped therapy and talked. My manual therapy was not even 5 minutes. I was done with this place. I'm now at a place that knows what their doing truly cares. I called to cancel appointments and get a discharge letter for my new PT place next day and ***** demanded why I cancelled. I just wanted my letter she didn't like that and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I filed a complaint at main number I was told I'd receive a call and never have I also asked for that visit refund of $30 copay.

  Awful! I wish I had read other reviews about ATI Physical Therapy. They charged me over $400.00 for 1 session (basically an assessment). I was told it would only be charged $10.00 copay. My insurance covered some of the expense, but I'm still obliged to pay $160.00 for nothing. The person who evaluated me was completely inexperienced and a total fraud. She hardly did anything and was finished with my evaluation in 20 minutes. I am a former professional athlete and had been to other P/T places. Other physical therapy places provided a complete service, ********************** for around $100.00. Stay away from ATI! They are a SCAM and unprofessional. They should loose their license to practice. I want to leave a negative star, but it is not available.

  Great atmosphere! Great therapists! Everyone is ready to help you on your road to recovery and I totally enjoyed my entire experience there. ****** was wonderful, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I was in a lot of pain when starting my sessions there, and slowly but surely made my way to a successful and pain free discharge. I would strongly recommend ****** and the entire team. They truly care.
