      Great therapy. terrible billing. They made error and billed me for 4 visits in one day. Called many times was told it was corrected. Finally insurance company called and it was corrected but they still billed me and sent to collection. Impossible to deal with. They yes you on the phone and do nothing to correct problem.

      If I could give them a zero I would. I was quoted a rate of $122 per session prior to scheduling my PT appointment with them and when the billing had gone to the insurance for my PIP benefits, they over charged close to $400-500 amount which is outrageous and misleading. They had exhausted my PIP benefits with only 4 sessions when I'm supposed to have PT for 6 weeks for my left shoulder treatment. Please stay away and beware of this misleading behavior if you plan to go there for auto accident claims.

      *** is a great facility ran very professionally. My pain and injuries were not too bad. They work with me accordingly and after about four sessions, I'm already feeling some relief.. watched them work with other patients that were more severe than I I like the patients that they have in the gentleness with the elderly people. I also like that they engage in conversations with one another, as well as with the clients its sort of gives you that one big family atmosphere, I would recommend this facility to other people without a doubt.

      I think they're awesome and really listen to the patients and try to help them get better use of there body part or area of there body they're having issues with and especially people with disabilities they help there caregivers understand how they can help them outside of physical therapy improve.

      This is my second go round with this location. My first trip a cpl of years ago was enough to make me ask to return here for this round. Professional from front to back. Last time ******, this time *****, the primary head of the business. But ****, the one who shows all the things they have for your therapy is absolutely a gem. Multi ****** extraordinaire, great sense of humor, yet all business. Thankful for their expertise where my health is concerned.

      I would NOT recommend any therapy place that ATI runs. They will leave you by yourself to do your own exercises. They seen bored and distracted and don't ask how your injury is. To charge $500.00 + for the same exercise you can do at home. When you complain and call their patient hotline, they will give you a run around and not believe what you say. They will still demand full payment. You will have to keep on them then they will give you a small discount. I would not recommend getting therapy here. Over charge for poor quality therapy and they think that is okay. HIGHWAY ROBBERY AT ITS FINEST!!! Customer is never right here.

      This is my second time getting PT at this facility. in zip code ***** When I came in 2022, the staff seemed more knowledgeable, engaged and skilled. But now in 2024, The staff people are pleasant enough but they are often watching 2 or 3 people at the same time in different parts of the room. Now it seems like they are honestly overwhelmed and bored. They look more at their computer than watch me or the other clients. No one asks how my home exercises are going or whether I feel they are working. There is no coaching or encouragement. It's just " do this exercise" and then do the next one. I mentioned when I started this year that my knee is very unstable and that sometimes I feel off balance. It's still very unstable and I don't feel I understand what I can do about it (wear a brace? tape , strength training with weights ?) I want to avoid falling and I'd like instruction in how to do this. I also would like to be instructed on using a cane properly and how to go up and down stairs safely. I'm also not happy about not knowing the level of training of the people I'm working with. Are they licensed physical therapists (DPTs) or aides or assistants ? I think I worked with 2 DPTs at first because they had a good understanding of mechanics and anatomy. Lately I suspect I'm working with an aide or assistant because their advice and guidance is very nonspecific. I want to know that the licensed PTs designed the exercises and instruct the aides and assistants on what to tell me to do. I would like an after visit summary like you get at the doctor. to take home so that I understand my progress. I want to see the progress report in *******. I'm actually considering checking with my insurance company to try another facility that would be in network.

      Very pleased with the physical therapy I received at the Brighton branch of ATI after having fractured my shoulder. **** was positive and personable. **** filled in when **** was not avaialable. He pushed me a bit harder and was attentive and knowledgeable. Both were great to work with and I'm pleased with the results.****************

      Way too expensive for doing exercises. That's all they had me do! $409.44 for an hour. I only went 5 times. My total bill was $2,106.24. I am so angry I could spit fire!!! I could have gone to my local COA and do the same exercises for $35.00 a month. What a rip off. Staff was nice but talked and laughed with other the whole time. I will never ever recommend them!!!

      PATHETIC !!! What a SCAM!! would have loved to know that the first hour they "evaluate" you will cost you north of $500. Here is one good reason why health insurance is so high!!! Good way not to get return business.
