This was not a good experience; they milk the sessions so you really don't see results any time soon. They want you to have 12 sessions, typically no longer than 30 to 40 minutes and you pay $75 per session upfront. Pretty outrageous. You don't have a one on one, someone is there with more than one patient and the person may have an assistant to tell you what to do, very basic. The exercises are the types that anyone can do at home on your own, almost not hands on. Very disappointed, I will not recommend it and I will tell my GP not to recommend either. The system is broken, all they care about is the money and not the patients. After all was done, I still received an invoice for $150 unpaid treatment, which is not true since I have the payment receipt on my cc. Stay away.ATI Physical Therapy

ATI does not subscribe to general accounting principles. They will attempt to bill you for visits that you already paid for. The desk staff are absent or inept. It took me 10 hours of my time to make sense of their billing and no less than *********************************************************************** Then once I finally resolved the issue they threatened to turn over my claim to a debt collection agency. That was the last straw. Their PT staff handle too many patients at once. Put in the same notes for each visits, and fabricate notes for close out visits that never happened. Avoid this practice!ATI Physical Therapy

ATI physical therapy is running an extremely fraudulent scheme. They told me I have $10 copay and not even once shared with me what my insurance would be paying. My Physiotherapist **** charged my $80 for 8 visits and told me that based on my insurance I have up to 35 visits included. He also encouraged me to take a few more sessions so that my shoulder would feel better and I went for a couple more sessions thinking it will only cost me $10. Turns out they charged my insurance $3620.15 and charges to be paid by me is $1223.83 ( after $80) adjustments. Each session was worth $479.12 and they didnt even care to mention it even once. They are sucking blood out of people who trust them and have some pain and injuries they are dealing with. This is an extreme case of extremely opaque pricing tactics and insurance gouging. I tried to call them and also visited the center and they assured me they will look into it but then nothing happened. Its an utter disgrace and they should be criminally punished for this kind of tactics.ATI Physical Therapy

Absolutely horrible experience. For one they used the same medical code but charged me a different amount. Thats just blows my mind! But the front desk **** told me they charge $120 per one hour visit. No they charge me from $300 up to $700 for the same exact daily exercise. And when I called the billing department they told me no, you were doing different exercises Im like hold on youre telling me this? Like you were there not me? Clearly this company is all about money! Now I finished my physical therapy two months ago and they basically owe me money for charging me $10 per visit even though Ive reached my out of pocket and my yearly deductible. Now Im calling every week and asking when Ill get the money? *** spoke to ***, and ****** first the refund wasnt even processed after a month and a half! Then apparently the refund was issued but I dont see the money on my account! Cant accomplish anything with those people, when Im asking for their supervisor they say - we dont have one. And you have to call your bank. And I cant give you any information. Wow thats how they treat their patient after banking so much money from me. Not to mention this lady ************************* added 10 more visits without my approval. After doing my last evaluation and giving me a discharge. No they arent about wellness they are about your money! Best advice I can give is to STAY AWAY FROM ATI. Id love if someone less aggressive would call me and I can resolve this. Owing money to your patient and dodging the calls absolutely VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And dont worry they will respond to the comments Please contact our patient advocate team but thats the same number and same people! So you wont accomplish anything! VERY BAD BUSINESS! PLEASE CHECK The Better Business Bureau website you will learn a lot! Insurance fraud is the main complaint.ATI Physical Therapy

Therapists were great. The billing is confusing and criminal. $300-$500 per visit, whaat? My insurance covered most of it, but I keep getting bills and I paid $15 each time. 12 visits over 6 weeks and the total bill is over $4000. My surgery was less than that. I am in SHOCK. No clue it would be this much AND each visit was a different cost when we did the same thing almost every time. I wouldnt have gone here if I would have known. I have been to a private physical therapist for less in the past. Never again.ATI Physical Therapy

Insurance fraud. Out of pocket cost is $130 a session. They said they planned to charge my insurance $300-600 a session. Since my insurance only pays 50 percent, the therapy would have cost me MORE going through insurance. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, I had to query them multiple times just to get this information. Beware of lack of price transparency and insurance gauging. Get a referral for somewhere else!ATI Physical Therapy

ATI is not trustworthy. They told me I have to pay $10 copay for each visit. When I asked them if this is the only amount I have to pay for each visit, they said yes. But a few weeks later I got a bill. They are asking me to pay $54.63 extra for each visit. I don't think they even care about helping you getting better because they really did not do much during the sessions any way. That is really not fare and unethical. I am going there again and will not recommend them to anyone.ATI Physical Therapy

Therapist was terrific. After that its all downhill.Had 2 sessions and received the first bill. I was being charged $163.33 with ******** and ********* I called on the first bill and was told they did not have a copy of the ******** card. I gave them the info again. All my info was scanned into their files on the first day when I gave them to the staff. No one on the first day stated anything about their being any co-pays to me. If I would have known I would have gone to a different facility. Called again when I received second bill for same amount plus charge for the second session. Now they are charging me $246.04. Called in am was told ******** refused to pay but that they could give me 10% off the bill. I asked for a number to call and complain. Called in the afternoon to Corporate was told that my co-pay for ******** was $390.00 and that was why I was being charged that amount. I asked again if my ******** was billed was told there was no info on file for my ********* Gave them the info a third time. Visits were 1/18/23 and 1/24/23 missed 2 sessions from having Covid got my first bill and stopped going. Second bill came. Now 3/31 and still dealing with this mess. Will have to wait and see what happens nextATI Physical Therapy

My husband had a hip replacement. We were told the copay was all that would be charged and after months of PT, we received a bill for $700. We were not told that there would additional costs. Also, the surgeon only wrote the PT RX for a few visits and the PT advised there were more needed. We had to beg the surgeon to write an RX for additional visits. He advised he didn't think it was needed but we wanted to be extra safe and listened to the PT. I think the PTs are told to add appointments to generate more business rather than what is best for the patient. This is an up sale and should not be when in regards to medical. Scam! Scam! Scam! Money hungry company. My insurance paid almost $400 a visit for 30 min sessions and then they still want more money from my us when he didn't even need the additional visits. A gym membership is cheaper!ATI Physical Therapy
