      Con Artists!They assured me I would only have to pay $15. I paid the $15 on the day of service.Then they sent me a bill for an additional $34.71 afterward claiming they didn't know what I would have to pay when they told me I would only have to pay $15. This is after they received $518.20 from my insurance company.Their services were also worthless.I also called what they refer to in their reviews as their "Patient Advocate Team". No one could be reached. I left a message and no one returned my call.

      I happened to look in my junk email today to find an email from ****************************. They stated your company turned my bill over to them a a debt collector. You can see I have used your facility in **********, ** for 2 years now and paid regularly as my HSA accumulates. On the phone with an ATI associate, I was told I have several claim numbers with your company and unfortunately, I have been paying more recent claims. This is not my problem and more a deficiency in your billing. All of my claim numbers should be listed under my name and date of birth. There should be a default to where the payment goes towards the oldest claim first. This is not transparent billing and is very misleading. Also, the fact that I haven't received a warning in the mail, by phone or been told at any of my visits that I have an outstanding bill from 2021 is also deceptive and shame on your company for allowing such. If I had not of opened my junk email today, this could of been a life altering situation for me and potentially a lawsuit for you.

      Awful to deal with post physical therapy. I was told that all I had to pay was a $20 cover pay and then a year later got a letter charging me over $1000. I called ATI immediately and they told me they would clear it up. A year later I get a letter from a debt collector hunting me down for the $1000. Ive called ATI twice since Ive gotten it and they have been extremely unhelpful and have redirected me to call the debt collector. If I knew I would have to pay over $1000 when my PT ended, I would definitely not have done it. I see many other people have this issue with ATI. Their physical therapy is mediocre at best (not for college athletes) and was a disappointing to say the least. I feel like I am getting scammed considering other people have the same issue. I have contacted the patient advocate team and they have been no help. ATI, when you respond, please give me a better solution than that. I should not be in debt when I paid over $1,000 in co-pays for those physical therapy sessions.

      My husband has had a ongoing conflict with ATI's billing that has been going on since Feb. 2020. The ongoing disagreement has been discussed numerous times with ATI saying they were in the process on getting this resolved. My husband was told in Feb. 2020 that his billing was charged "out of network" but should have been charged "in network". He was then told that all visits would have to be resubmitted to get this resolved. Today, July 17, 2023, *** said the insurance company told ATI that his deductible was not met and this is why the charge is so high. He asked for a copy of what the insurance company told them. They said it could not be provided but he could contact the insurance company (He is no longer with UHC) This issue has been going on for 3 1/2 years an he ****** speaks to the same person nor gets the same story. We have paid 15% of the total bill out of pocket originally. This issue needs to be resolve and we want to see itemized charges and what the insurance paid.

      Hi, I'm ************** and my visit with ATI and my therapist ****** was hard at first but with her theraphy after total knee replacement I worked hard and followed her instructions to get back on my feet again. I give her all the praise for working so hard to get me back to normal. I would recommend ATI and their therapist to anyone who is willing to work hard and have the determination like I did to get better.

      ATI billing is the worst. They offered me a cash pay rate, then submitted my claims to insurance. After submitting many dates of service to insurance, I learned that insurance didnt pay anything. ATI ended up charging me 3x the cash pay rate and wouldnt allow me to pay the cash rate or make any accommodation. I believe that ATI is unwilling to work with customers even if their hands are unclean.

      I had the worst experience from the manger and the receptionist. The manger was getting pushy to schedule 12 weeks of physical therapy appointments when I only needed 4 weeks of sessions. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional and makes you feel uncomfortable at each session. As a disabled person she questions why I cant work. And is breaking the medical privacy hippa laws. There for I feel uncomfortable going to physical therapy sessions

      I really think ATI has the best THERAPIST ever!!! I went to the one in ********* and I recommend them very highly 5 ?? . They know what theyre doing and I appreciate ATI for having a team like this one in *********. Thank you.
