      Ulta has AWFUL customer support for online orders. My order was returned without my knowledge, never even made it to my address. When I reached out to Ulta to figure out what is going on, they said they could reship it but did nothing to attempt to answer my questions to be sure it is actually delivered this time / why it was returned. They have bots answering their emails, same exact copy&paste response to my questions and don't even acknowledge that I asked a question.

The original tracking link shows that Lasership did request delivery instructions that were not provided when originally placing the order.       I was in need of a haircut so that I could attend a wedding. I made an appointment with Ulta because my regular stylist could not get me in, *************************, was my stylist and I will use that term lightly so when I went in I had had a previous dye job that had grown out and faded but I was not there for that I was there to get a haircut and thats it first of all ******* was 45 minutes late because she continued to go outside and smoke and take breaks and she had another girl in front of me that she was dying her hair. So when I got up to pay for that the hair cut it was $67 and I just got my statement and someone added an extra $20 for a tip. When I got home I noticed the sides were not even so on a Saturday I went back down and **** the manager was there and I said my hair is not even **** took me back and ******* said its a little bit messed up and she took her scissors and cut my hair right there on the sales sales floor I went home noticed that it was not even again went back down and gave ******* a chance to fix it and again she chopped on it right there on the sales floor. So on Sunday I called the store and asked to speak to the manager **** told her who I was and what it happened and she said that the salon manager had their own manager so a Monday I took a vacation day I went down and talk to ******* told her what happened and she said well we cant fix your hair right now and its gonna be a week before we can get you in. So first of all they s**** up my hair and I have to wait a week so that somebody can fix it so then the district manager ******* calls me and says right off the bat that they didnt have anybody to fix my hair this is after I drove an hour and a half to *********** because they wouldnt give me my money back to go to my regular stylist they gave me a gift card and I drove an hour and 45 minutes to *********** to get it fixed. so ******* calls me today and informed me that they didnt have anybody to fix my hair that day it would be 7

      I went in to the *********** salon yesterday 7/20/2022 for an all over blonde balayage with money pieces, I showed a picture of what I wanted and was told by the male stylist that it was going to be bright blonde and a complete difference. my hair is now damaged completely, I have never had this problem in 10 years of having blonde hair, the lightener sat on my head from 2:45 until 4:20 before being rinsed out. i will say that his customer service was professional but I didnt realize I was being squeezed in between another client so I felt neglected. After speaking with a different salon, my hair is severely damaged and stringy. I am horrified, its not what I asked or paid $168 for. my hair doesnt even look blonde, I look very grey. i never ever complain but I was not listened to for what I wanted to have done to my hair, I cried over how damaged it is. My needs were NOT met and my money was completely wasted. I will not be returning to this salon.

      Ulta Store number **************************************************************************** I placed an online order. Once my package was delivered I realized nothing that I had ordered was in the box. I called customer service 6 times, tried texting, initiated chats through their app, and contacted the credit card company and they all provided information that was inconsistent. They all said they'd get back to me and never did. After two weeks of disappointment, I called Ulta and *******, ** to see if they could help. Manager *** told me she would gladly help and attempt to resolve my issue. I arrived at the store and was helped by the manager, ****, who instantly provided a refund. I was very grateful to have received help from *** and ****. I had given up on Ulta as a business and thanks to them I will continue shopping with the company, but from now on I will only be doing in-person shopping. **** and *** handled my issue better than Ulta's over-the-phone customer service team.

      Today my rewards account was hacked. I called within 30 minutes of the email stating my information was changed. I requested that my account be changed to fraudulent and locked. I told customer service that I wanted the information on my account since a purchase was made and was told they used all of my rewards. I requested the email but I was told I could not have it, from my personal account that has my credit card and home addresses on. I am absolutely perturbed that I cant access my account but a stranger can and its acceptable. Im more furious that I lost all my reward points and am told to wait ***** hours so that they can investigate the situation. The situation is a known issue that multiple people have presented- their account was hacked and customer service did little to help them. ********************** needs to figure this out, and not reward the scammer for their work.

      Yesterday July 16, I went to Ulta hair specialist ***** to lighten my roots because my roots were growing out and were dark and the rest of my hair was blonde. She stated that to lighten my roots she had to tone my entire hair blonde to even it out which she did. I was happy with the toner and the blonde but she then stated that she didnt like the blonde that was in my roots and wanted to do a shadow root, which I had no idea what it was and she explained to me it would make the roots more ***** but still gold and would match the rest of my blonde. She instead did the shadow roots toner to my entire hair which I was confused because she said it was only for my roots. My hair came out dark *****, she completely stripped out the beautiful blonde I had in my entire hair. Then she decided she wanted to tone my hair again with a ***** that was more of gold blonde. So the blonde can come back since thats what I originally wanted. She said it would go back to blonde. Big Mistake! She literally made my hair look as dark as black almost. No blonde anywhere. My roots are now red the rest of my hair is extremely dark almost looks black. Its just awful! I told her I didnt like it. It was extremely dark, it was the complete opposite of what I went in for. She said there was nothing she can do. She didnt even bother to schedule me for another appointment to fix her mess. Im 8 months pregnant and I just wanted my roots done for my pregnancy photo shoot and she has completely ruined my hair. I mean, how does a client come in asking for blonde which my hair was already. She just needed to retouch my roots and you think its ok to leave my with a red dark ***** that could pass for black and think thats Ok! I shouldnt have trusted her she kept toning my hair saying it was was going to be a prettier blonde and instead did the opposite. She charged $160 for a terrible job. Now I have to go else where to fix this. Its honestly ridiculous! I want to cry! Its Horrendous!

      I forgot to mention that this lady ruined my shoes when her brush with toner fell from her hand to my feet and although I have tried to remove the toner from my shoes, my shoes are completely ruined and stained. This is the worst experience with a hair stylist ever!
